With all my conviction I believe stargazers discoveries were right...too many experienced detectives here and what has been uncovered is too strong to deny. As I mentioned before, Dispatch also function on favoritism towards celebrities. Not sure if Namoo or Loen have an inside connection or lack of with Dispatch like other agencies. I'm not disputing there isn't something with JHB/JG, but the timing is too weird. As I and others have mentioned JG didn't choose to announce anything. Dispatch did it and I'm more suspicious of why they did it and for whom? Yes, I agree with others the photos are so obvious not lovers' photos but could just be friends, so what card are they holding? Are they that vindictive that they wanted to take JG down? That too is what is so scary. What are they threatening JG with? I doubt very much that JG wants to negatively effect JE's album debut. It is obvious he has a lot of care and support for her. He too has a sellout fanmeet and the CM upcoming drama but even with that, I believe he would put JE above himself. There is just such a strong whirl of JG/JE then WS/HS in JE's 'Through the Night' release, JG/PMY and MEC, etc. All so close together to date. I know others feel this suspicion too. I also kept reading how LJG would let his fans know if he accepted a role. I haven't read anywhere that he made such a personal statement to his fans. Perhaps in light of all this 'dating' press he has chose not to? Hmmm, and for Dispatch to release one day before a published confirmation of CM. Then the triggered cancellation of the spcl MEC episode within a day and then again a day or so from another song release from JE...why is everything days apart with JG/JE? I pointed out something similar to this before with the date of JE's song release, JG FM ticket sales, then MEC broadcast. Some others posted how JG's fm and birthday are so close to JE's album release. Always days apart...why???? Way too suspicious and it is bothersome. Earlier in his career JG would write letters directly to his fans. I suppose that was what I thought it was meant when said he would let his fans be the first to know about his next project. Since that did not occur I have little confidence he will write anything about his dating. IF he announces a wedding, then and only then will that change my thinking. IF there is no such announcement, I can't help but think there has been some kind of sacrifice being made by someone if not two star-cross lovers. Who knows...I could just be reading too much into this cause I'm feeling there is a cover up. I guess there is also the possibility that JG made some mistakes either by poor advisement/judgement or lack of experience with romance with his actions. UGH! Time will tell. If I had to delulu it would be JG/HB are giving it the old college try in their relationship while the affection between JG/JE are being given time to take a step back...realization may occur after the finished broadcast of CM. Then he will probably get shipped with his co-star from that drama...then it will take attention off all that is currently happening. Perhaps at that point the true feelings, to my hopes will surface with JoonU. Like I said, it is my delulu. This will take time, luck and patience on stargazers.
I just don't see JE's Uaenas sensing she has been different with her behavior and at her concert with JG (hug and giggles) to be wrong. Then there's all of JG's affections towards her and even their co-stars stares and giddiness at SAF rooting for them to all be delusional. I also want to believe that there is an injustice being done to JG about his expressing any of his feels on relationships. Again, unless he was given poor PR advice.

Anyway. I totally agree with the speculation that Joongi and JHB are likely a casual on-off thing. Some are jumping to UPCOMING NUPTIALS because LJG confirmed but... nah, fam. He confirmed because Dispatch pulled receipts. Trying to spin it any other way would flop. (Then again, who knows, I could be totally wrong and by this time next year they'll be hitched and I'll eat my words, god forbid.)
I also just can't reconcile being truly serious about your partner and then going to the fanservice lengths that Joongi has gone. As far as MEC is concerned, I don't think LJG crossed any line with PMY. It was all scripted. The fanservice with IU, though, actually IS gratuitous. Like, here is what is required to do your job:
- Walking the red carpet, posing for the camera, accepting the couple award together, praising your costar's work
- Guesting at your costar's event, reenacting drama scenes
- Generally being supportive towards your costar
Here is what is NOT required to do your job:
- Numerous comments about the attractiveness of your costar ("the more I drink the more I notice Jieun's beauty" #never forget)
- Insistence on holding hands (which IU actually tried to avoid more than once)
- Attempts to propel emotional intimacy ("... so let's get back to what you think about me!")
The second list is not the behaviour of someone being 100% professional. And since we have no evidence
yetthat Joongi is a womanizing playboy manslut, the simplest explanation to all of this is that his relationship with JHB probably isn't that deep. Considering how long they've known each other, they've probably been friends with benefits. So honestly, I'm not really mad on either JHB or IU's behalf. (tbh, as a general rule I don't do protectiveness of celebrities who are rolling in all our $$$$$, lmao.)In other news... not gonna lie, the IU/Kim Soohyun MV news kind of stings, since that's something we were wanting to see for her and LJG. I don't know if the MV will be a romantic storyline, but chemistry-wise IU/KSH can't beat IU/LJG. So yeah, I'll probably be watching that MV grumpily imagining LJG instead.
In any case, I'm pretty confident that this collab is happening to further bury IU/LJG gossip.

Sorry for cutting your post Chingu, though I admit JHB must be aware about her bf´s behaviour was due to publicity issues, she must be a saint or a completely fool to agreed and be ok with him touching and flirting as he did. Even if she isnt the jealous type and knowing is about their jobs, I think she still would have all the right to be a little upset with his actions. It´s hardly not to think he didn´t took advantage of his bachelor public status to behave as a single man. If I were her, I ´d be more than pissed. Maybe MEC was the last drop to fill the glass and she put an ultimatum on him.

I think Joongi and JHB dated for a hot minute two years ago but then it cooled off. Then Joongi and IU met and something was there. She broke up with Voldy and they started their dance of flirtation. This does not sit well with JHB and she leaked the dating news. She has something on Joongi (tax evasion proof? videos of him kicking a puppy?) and he agreed to corroborate her story of them dating for the past two years. And now we're in this mess.
Actually I really, really hope we ´ve been deluluing so much about JG&JE interactions, because if something more happened between them and the girl is heartbroken now...OMG
