    I honestly don't know how they are going to fit everything in. This brings back my idea that they wasted too much time on YX after his family died. They should have gotten down to business right away. 

    it's like a chinese strategy. they put emphasize on a little thing and make it big. that's how they do it. like too much war, long separations, memory loss, hatred etc. though i haven't read the novel but i read some chapters and it was wonderfully written. everything was in it's right place and time. they didn't plan for details though they had 68 episodes to tell everything.

    Wow good then we need to find out who she is actually ... just dont ended without telling us 

    how are they gonna show all of this? in 11  just episodes? :( so many unanswered questions!

    all the things you mentioned will be compacted in one episode just like other dramas! that's giving me a heart attack :D:D it's like they don't have to show something positive in a few episode :D just half of the finale is enough -_-

    They didn't wrote this drama to have a Season 2. There is no release on having a Season 2 yet. They're all rumours. I don't think they'll be cruel to give us a sad ending. Remember, there was that BTS of LGX's last film day with the flying cape? ZLY had one too. They'll probably show us a scene where the two end up being together, but not the scene of their marriage life or a scene of them two with the kids. 

    strongly hate the rumors i see! it's like they are doing it on purpose to torture the fans:D:D they don't have to deviate the ending at least just because they are greedy for a second season production -_- and with different YWY AND CQ?! that's way beyond!

    what?! don't tell me the ice lake scene will be the ending!:cold_sweat: why do i hear so many rumors lately that we're gonna have a sad ending + ice lake scene will be the end of it? why?

    I mean did they really plan for such a blockbuster drama to have an open/sad ending? My friend can read chinese and i asked her to read some on weibo / youtube and maaaannnn the comments only makes me sad:bawling:

    Guess everyone is still in the love mood :D:wub:

    One thing about YX:

    I'm still puzzled about his character. he has gone way too dark for a guy who was happy and carefree at the beginning. well we all understand hatred and revenge and that's all ok. but since the past few episodes i came to realization that not only he does not love CQ, He only feels obligated to her and in some way needs her. and that's it! all those secrets and massacres. he knows CQ won't approve but still wants her back <_<

    And CQ. she is not romantic. Being loved by YY is new to her. she is still all mixed up and confused about her feelings. now that YY came clean about his feelings and the kiss happened :wub: she realized that yes she loves him too. but still , she put aside her Love and moved back to Yanbei. because she felt obligated to do so. she thinks by going back to yanbei , she will prevent more drastic stuff to happen.i feel so sad for YY :cold_sweat:

    Yeah :D YWY is kinda an ice cold hopeless romantic but CBJ was a hot lover so courageous and a good kisser too :D:D they are the same in so many aspects :rolleyes: and they were separated like a lot -_- separation is becoming a real trend in cdramas

    i had a feeling too since the beginning but General and i had so many steamy scenes :D:D and BPT was not that ignorant of her love to CBJ :) they actually fell in love quite fast:D but the chase and run thingy is the same :tongue: PA is getting there too slowly..

    I feel like they dragged out the part after YX's family got massacred to the rebellion too much (2 weeks on that, totally unnecessary) 

    CQ and YY won't get back together after the catfight scene?:D:D so unfair poor YY had like 5 minutes in the last episode :wacko:

    PA had it's own cute otp moments since the beginning :) i guess we all wanted more romance and lovey dovey scenes but oh well. we have to stick to the girl power thingy at the moment :) there will be some cute moments till the end i hope!

    after tomorrow, there will be only 20 episodes left till the end ( two more weeks :( ). the story's pace is getting somewhere but the romance! No! this drama is only about girl power with a great story but romance lovers are disappointed already :D

    i guess they had to put it this way and they had no intentions of focusing on romance unlike other latest popular romantic dramas. from the looks of it, the romance part will be short and at the end of the series.

    But, as long as the major questions are answered and the ending is decent, characters are developed well, CQ reaches her potential + gets her badass scenes and, *whispers* my ship sails bc I'm still a shipping ho at heart oops -- I'll still be happy. No production is perfect I guess, and I haven't enjoyed & gotten this worked up over any show/film/book in a while. I also love that issues regarding morality/choice/power are raised and explored in this drama and discussed/debated here and around the web. Im reminded that it's great and always important to see what other ppl have to say, whether or not we agree bc at least we have the chance to view things from other perspectives. In some cases we might realise there are flaws in our perception and strive to be better + grow, and in other cases it might reaffirm our beliefs. World ain't black and white and people exist on all spectrums of the moral compass. After watching, discussing, and thinking about this drama I'm reminded that whilst the trajectory of life is sometimes beyond our control and shaped by uncertainty, there is a prosperity for both good and evil. Also we might not have to agree with a character/person and their choices and we certainly don't have to like them, but i think it's never a waste of time to understand why they are the way they are/how they got here/ why someone thinks the way they do. 

     

    Lmao sorry I went off topic there. maybe I'm over analysing and thinking lol, my inner English lit. self is coming out, also it's 5am so I'm being all weird and mushy and my eyes keep closing. Time to hit the sack. Have fun y'all, be nice and stay safe. Will stalk when I awake from my slumber.

    So many unanswered questions! Luo he's background, Mr Wu , YY's mom and the old concubine from YH's. Even YH's mom had some story.At the beginning the name CHU QIAO was like a big thing and everyone heard about it seemed to freak out to some sort.:D

    but now CQ comes and goes everywhere and no one seems to know her. Even luo he was from liang how come the liang spies don't recognize her daughter well? Just that little new concubine knows her.

    Yes he was yanbei duke's advisor. And also he came across the prince general in the camp if I remember correctly and said he will help the prince and kill YX. He actually has an important role but I don't think we'll get to know him more :( his relationship with luo he seems really interesting but nothing is actually mentioned

    Furthermore, if you watch the ending credits, you'll notice that she will be wearing the Wei armor. She'll be fighting with YWY against YX and the Liang state. So she'll be switching sides soon.

    I think one of the many reasons reasons she cooperated with YX and wanted to go to yanbei was because of the letter her mother left asking her to go to yanbei and see mr wu. Actually heard his name few times in the series but they never fully covered who he was and what he actually did. Her background is still a mystery. And luo he was a liang spy if I remember correctly. How come the people of liang don't recognize CQ just by hearing her name? There are so many things that needs to be cleared :)
