In terms of popularity it is tough but acting wise joongi wins no comment about it. People will obviously just vote their favs not looking at the actual acting performance as the vote is for actor of the year.

On Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day, OneTVAsia will air marathon 10 episode each day of MoonLover. I dont think I want to watch again. I will cry a bucket instead of be happy on Christmas day.
Same, I always avoid MLSHR clips because once I start watching them I don't stop and end up crying so much. The feels are still there and will always be there.

even during a photo shoot no one compares to his acting. He is such a good actor I am still in awe.

@lyserose when I said I like that hairstyle I didn't mean the thick on top part, I liked it cause his forehead was finally showing and the bangs weren't covering his face and coming down in a v shape. I would love it if he showed his forehead more often.

Joongi looked so handsome today in the dark blue suit and black hair but those contacts need to go. He actually blended in quite well with the other actors you couldn't even tell he was Asian. Hope he gets noticed for bigger roles in Hollywood after this and I'm definitely going to the cinemas to see joongi on the big screen.

I hope joongi wins the daesang, he deserves it more than anyone else this year and really hope he breaks into hollywood through resident evil and gets a bigger role in a good movie. His acting is the best i have seen in korea and needs to be appreciated.
BTW look at joongi reaction to a fan at 39:00 so funny.

i rewatched at all 19 eps of moon lovers but couldnt bring myself to rewatch ep 20 and i dont think i ever will. LJG crying scenes are no joke the feels are so intense even when i watched a random joongi crying scene from ilijimae and i hadnt even started the show i started crying. While i was rewatching episode 18 and 19 i legit kept cursing at hae soo every time she spoke to gwangjong and hurt him or promised him she would never leave him and understood him, i just kept saying 'liar'. The most painful rewatch of my life.

I have do marathon drama : SH - Arang - Scholar - 2 weeks , and i love all of his character in that drama
from the 4, i pick
2 weeks > story plot
Scholar > Loveline ( if u like disney live story LOL )
Arang > if u like mystery / horror drama
SH > The character and if u want start become his fans
( But Glad, SH setting is goryeo era, the costume really cool ! i can't imagine if the setting was joseon and wang so must wear hanbok with eye patch LOL - one of reason i don't really like saeguk drama was the costume, i can't stand if see a man use something like "skirt" and hat like that )
OMG same i cant stand joseon era clothing which is why i avoid those dramas and havent been able to fully complete joongis other joseon sageuks apart from ilijimae.

I have been re-watching Two Weeks again and again after moon lovers to fill my LJG void as the drama is too sad for me to re-watch and have come to like it more than moon lovers. Moon lovers is a good drama mainly because of LJG and his acting was absolutely phenomenal in it and comparable to the best performances in hollywood as well as his chemistry with jieun which was explosive but as a whole the drama is not perfect and leaves many questions unanswered. Whereas Two weeks is a perfect drama as a whole, the story has good flow as well as pace, the acting of all the casts was good which is hard to find in most kdrama and joongi was even greater and the chemistry between joongi and his daughter as well as park ha sun and kim so yeon was amazing. The drama also was the first one where i watched every single scene and never got bored and the first kdrama i finished and liked despite the fact that romance wasnt the main focus cause i watch kdramas for the romance genre. I'm still suprised it didnt get any awards. I really wish MLSHR had more episodes and better flow nonetheless i love the drama and joongi truly saved it as i overlooked many of the flaws due to his wonderful acting. BTW would really love joongi to be in a drama with park so dam, she is a great actress.

It's kind of unfair that many actors got the Daesang before joongi when their performances weren't even as good as his. I know many people won't agree but I think joongi deserved a Daesang for two weeks, the character wasn't as complex as wang so but he sure did make many people sympathize with him and feel the love he had for his daughter when he wasn't even a father in real life. He is one of those actors who make you feel exactly what the character is feeling which only a few actors can pull off even in Hollywood. He better get the Daesang this time or it will just be downright cruel. I don't want him to get the Daesang at the age of 42 like Leonardo dicaprio.
