***I always had a soft corner for him****
KMY and SJ: SDY right hand back in cast. KMY hugging SJ.
Me either! I can sense that from one of my fv epi 14.

I find all these Knetz comments really amusing because I'm pretty sure they are all gonna eat their words tomorrow once we get the explanation of how it all happened.. I mean if they are so eager to jump over something that 'doesn't make sense' in their point of view why not use those smart brains to figure it out that the answers will be given tomorrow? Oh well, they will all watch it tomorrow anyways so let's just enjoy our last ride with DOTS. I can't believe tomorrow is the last episode!
I'm with you. Practicaly, thier prediction gone wrong and be impatient to wait for the explanation. Ha ha ha! booooooooo to them!

Hm while I do understand why some people might find the ending scene ridiculous I think it was really well done and beautiful, it's actually one of my favorite scenes from this drama. Plus we are probably going to get the whole explanation of how he survived and how he came to her tomorrow (like last week with the shooting scene) so I don't see why so many people are mad.
I thought people wanted him alive? Damn it if he's alive, damn it if he's dead lol
Ha ha just ignore the ignorance! booooooo to them! Ignorant people will never satisfied And will never be enough! Let them be like an id..t.

Hi, I don't think you are arguing but just clarifying so I'm good.
Thanks for the definition but spoiler also means spoil the experience for others and a speculation that creates a negative mood does just that. I think that's why that person made the suggestion and I agree. Perhaps putting an alert would help. A forum is for sharing but the sharing can enhance enjoyment not rob joy.
Well, I much prefer to read analysis, people's thoughts about the episode and raves or rant about the plot. Maybe it's just this particular drama that's gotten everyone on tenterhooks. I just am so astounded that some wants to speculate (especially negative ones) when this show has proven time and again all speculations were wrong.
Ok, chill. I think I should visit the forum less then to avoid further agony.
@Sesame Chew I couldn't agree with you more...I love your thought! Salute! I do feel disheartened reading some -ve comments.
As I mentioned a few times that I prefer the "ending" should be keep in a surprise mood. So, I can feel the excitement. But, probably not for all. Fist bump dude ! eh! Chingu!

I prefer the NK got the surgery instead of YSJ. If that was YSJ, it kind of typical Korean Drama (the main lead get severely injured and the co-actress save him). So, it is a fresh storyline where they are putting another vital aspect such friendship, honor, trust and believe between the two distinct professions as well nation.
And for the fast recovery, I accept it openly as a soldier spirit and resilient are beyond anything.

- Actually finish ther first date/ movie ( well .... somehow)
This part somehow I put as a "fresh" cliffhanger. Such in KMY's monologue either the movie will have a happy or sad ending? I will wait patiently for Dots ending without put any expectation and prediction...

I knew I was going to do this... I just saw the latest episode with subs... I am eating my earlier words. Once I ignore super recovery of YSJ and NK lt I quite like this episode. Without subtitles the PPL becomes even more glaring. Without subtitles you cant understand why YSJ is not comforting or hugging KMY... even confusing is why KMY seems to be tolerating it.
The humor is still very much there. Since it is mostly spoken one it is lost without subs. I love the smartness of NK army guy. I love the fact that both he and YSJ are equally crazy, brave and dedicated to their respective countries. I loved the fact that instead of painting NK bad they made the politician bad.
I liked KMY's attitude. She didnt throw a tantrum. Even when YSJ repeatedly continued to go to the 'department store' She has finally accepted him and his job. During the coffee hug scene she told him he has to get used to her nagging. So he didnt really complain much when she scolded him. And she too didnt go overboard. KMY is the woman!!! I love her more than YSJ now.
JG and SJK are hilarious... they should do more comedy henceforth.
I am going to love this series till it ends... Blindly!!! No matter who they kill or don't kill.
That's the reason why I wait for at least 90% subs. ..this epi by far my fav. It's not another drama..its still Dots..They show us how the two most challenging field and profession is truly complementing and needing each other.

Episode 14 is brilliant!! Yoo SiJin got reunited with the NK Lieutenant. In spite of them constantly dangerously meeting, they seem to have built trust in each other.
Who would have thought, with the simple statement of NK soldier "I don't trust mine so I came to see a friend", YSJ would immediately sense something behind it. Thus, sending his girlfriend KMY to do the surgery. He knew she would find something - and sure enough, she did. KMY smart enough to pass it on in confidence to SDY.
Who would have thought again, YSJ trusting his instinct and the NK soldier, that the evidence would be found in the left over cookie? This is why both are in the special forces.
Others were laughing about YSJ getting conscious after getting shot. YSJ was shot in the arm and the blood splattered all over his shirt - that's why KMY said 'put a cast on him'.
This drama is great - it sends a lot of message to everyone - and each tragedy has a purpose. It has flaws, of course, but if you nitpick on the flaws, you won't know the true meaning of the story and wouldn't be able to enjoy it.
The only drama this writer had written that I've watched is Secret Garden which had a satisfying conclusion. I didn't watch the entire Heirs - it just won't click on me. Did I read somewhere she also wrote Lovers In Paris? Wow!! That drama has the worst ending.
We still have 2 episodes left to watch but I am already saying I would be willing to spend a lot of time watching and rewatching this drama - over and over again. Good story, good cast and good portrayal of the characters by everyone - down to the supporting casts.
I like your thought! Deep! Salute!

Yeaaa! Fist bump to you chingu @razledgoose. It is nearly 02:00 a.m in my place. Ha ha.
Just to say that I don't want to make any prediction of what will happen in the end. It will ruin my excitement. I prefer to let myself in a surprise mood as I don't like people tell me about the movie that I haven't watch yet.

** I am going to take a stab at this since I believe my opinion will be of the less popular ** -- some ppl seems disappointed with the episode
I really really loved episode 14 -- I had to put aside my obsession with the songsong couple and actually focus on how amazing the story line is . I feel (my opinion )- that we are so invested on the "love line" that we forget that the drama has other characters as well
** I felt like I was watching an American tv show -- when I saw this episode **
This episode basically closed the loop on certain characters:
- Episode 1 with the NK soldier - it was a definite foreshadowing when they said " I hope we don't meet again ......... " -
- Dr. Song and Nurse Ja - finally acknowledging their feelings towards each other
- The birth of the child of LCH
All the characters (may it be a 5-10 exposure) in the drama definitely had some humanistic component that I feel that they were not just "fillers"
I really liked how the drama is closing in towards the end --- If you think about it -- if you watch episode 1-14 WITHOUT ANY GAPS --- One would think that one was watching a movie !!
To summarize - I Really liked this episode - It was a needed closure to some characters ---
I couldn't agree with you more. The best action scene by SJK and so SHK's comical expression. I love the fact that they bring back the NK story line and how they portray a loyal soldier (Neptune) who dares to die for his nation. In the previous epi, they have shown us about the betrayer soldier (Asparagus).
I also can see the friendship spirit even they do not belong in the same comrade.
And for your summary: Win!

MBC eyes remake of classic contract marriage drama 1% of Anything
by javabeans | March 31, 2016
Here we have another remake in the works, but instead of remaking a foreign property or adapting a webtoon/movie/book into a drama, MBC is looking to remake one of its own properties: 2003 drama 1% of Anything, starring an early-career Kang Dong-won and Kim Jung-hwa in a contract-marriage romance.
At the center of the show is a kind schoolteacher (Kim Jung-hwa) who helps out an elderly man, not knowing he’s a chaebol, and then is shocked to inherit his fortune when he dies. Kang Dong-won plays the haughty grandson who gets cut out of the will, whose only way to inherit is to accept Grandpa’s choice of bride. He and the schoolteacher agree to a temporary contract marriage, but end up falling in love. The drama originated as an internet novel written by Hyun Go-eun, who went on to script the TV series (which also starred Han Hye-jin and Kim Ji-woo).
I wrote about this drama briefly back when I gave capsule reviews of some of my favorite (and okay, not-favorite) contract marriage dramas, because that is one of those tropes that consistently hooks me. The story is a bit straightforward as far as contract relationships go, and by all accounts 1% of Anything is an imperfect watch, which probably feels quite dated now. On the upside, my interest had been piqued after writing that If You Like post (I should really write more of those, if only I had the time), and I’d been bummed to hear that the show wasn’t as exciting or bubbly as I hoped it would be — so this means I am ALL ABOUT this remake series. Here’s the chance to update the world, polish up the rough edges, and make it fun for a whole new generation of viewers.
There were initial reports that MBC would schedule this remake in an unconventional timeslot, the late-night Saturday spot currently home to Oh Ji-ho and Lee Soo-kyung’s My Little Baby. It’s an odd broadcast hour, for sure, since My Little Baby starts airing past midnight (at 12:40 a.m.) and shows two consecutive episodes, but MBC has since come out to clarify that scheduling has not been decided. If 1% of Anything does get that slot, it could premiere as early as late April.

DOTS is a KDrama come true....it has everything in it....
but credits should go to the scriptwriters as they beautifully intertwine previous episodes dialogue and scenes back to the current scene.
theres so many of them, just a few as an example
3 trashed cars
minefield
confessions
washing hair
jealous boy friend girl friend
i've never watched a drama anywhere where this happens ... The drama gods were looking from above...
great acting to bring it all to life... DOTS will be a classic KDrama and has set a benchmark which will be hard to equal
I wait for the "blood type" scene. Why do ysj ask about that? Hi hi.
Wait for the next episode
