Late to the party. Finished watching RAW.. And my heart was shattered over and over again! SHK!!! You broke our hearts once again!! Her crying scenes felt like I've lost a bf irl and that someone is taking my heart out from my chest! I will protest outside KBS if she didn't get an award for this! And SJK deserves it too, both of them. SJK in tears while hugging her! You don't have to say anything SJK your eyes, again, said it all! The last part was just wow!!! SO BEAUTIFUL! And heart warming, it feels like rain on that hot desert. They were both in tears and you feel the emotions like they're real! And the way they hold each other was wow! And the way he held her!!! So tight! And hot lol. And so full of love. I just can't find the right words and I'm just so speechless and in love with these two! 

And damn SJK!!! Damn you sexy sexy manly man!!! Dirty and wounded SJK/YSJ in worn out clothes is so hot!! And the way he hugged was hot! And handsome. How can you look so good in those clothes?  And that body!! You're hotter than that desert!  Ok I need to get a hold of myself!! *heavy breathing*

Loved how on the first episode, the very single and woman-less SDY and YSJ were on the coffee shop with the stuff dolls, then later showed the women together now sitting with those dolla the guys used to 'date'. I love just how they everything is interconnected, and idk how to say this, every scenes are relevant and most have their own similar versions? I want to applaud the writers cos twas beautifully written. 

I knew that tent scene is going to be on the last part. That tent scene was what kept my hopes up that he's going to live! Idc if he's a cat with 9+9 lives. I'm so happy YSJ is alive! Captain Korea did it again! Makes me really think, is he immortal or something? 

Its a good thing they didn't drag his "death" til ep 16 tho

Can't believe we're down to the last episode. It feels like only yesterday when I was too excited for episode 1 so I finally made an account and joined here.

Late to the party but I need to get this off my chest.

I guess I didn't get the memo that this drama is going to be an action/suspense/thriller drama with some romantic melo on the sides. I feel like running inside an unending maze with either booby traps or a surprise on every corner. Accompanied with doubts and questions: Am I going to die or am I gonna live? I'm not sure if my heart can take anymore!

Honestly, I have never seen ep 13 because I'm not ready for all the agony. And I'm not even ready to watch 14, not until I saw a spoiler that SJ is alive! Ugggh!! I'll have to rest my heart and my mind until next week. My hair is falling off from all of this! Yeah, it's not a push and pull, rich boy-poor girl relationship story alright, but an unending rollercoaster. A frustrating one! Trying to push and pull with life and death. Or heartbreaks and heart flutters. My heart is tired and this rollercoaster is nauseating that if it gets even worse and didn't stop, I think I might have to throw up!

And I won't even bite on that preview bait. OH NO!! Not even the tent scene! I've had enougn of that guessing for the past 13 episodes and my mind wants to stop thinking anymore. 

I'll still trust blindly on the writer tho. That she'll give us a satisfying ending and sweet moments on the last few scenes to make up for the past two. And unless KBS wants to see an army of angry women camping outside.. You better make sure of that! 

Sorry for the rant.

On a lighter note, that BED SCENE was really sweet!! So much for a real one tho. So literal.

LOL at the YAI cameo (judging from the comments) For everyone's consolation, (and since Kwang Soo had a cameo) Why not make JIS the Yoongi Oppa? Now that's an even better match and a worthy rival to beat.  And SJK-SHK-JIS in one frame?! Wow! I'll bet YSJ will lose his cool getting jealous over him. This Will definitely send all the ladies and the ahjummas to Haesung for heart attack, loss of oxygen and getting crazy. That's FOR SURE! Unless he'll just appear for second or his shot will be taken from mars.

I'll steer clear of any heartbreaks and will just probably get worked up thinking about who Yoongi oppa is for now. Until I finally have the courage to watch tonight's ep.  

YAI is cute tho. Too bad he didn't make the captain jealous

What an intense episode! I feel like watching a high quality action movie!! 

I just love the rescue scene SJK so hot and badass!! It's heart jumping and scary and very emotional as well.

Did you guys notice where YSJ climbed up the balcony (at the beginning where he went inside Argus hideout) and then he fell? Is this where he was injured?

I just can't forget the scene where SJ covered MY's eyes. That was very powerful, sad, heartbreaking and scary all at the same time. But bittersweet and full of love and care. So full of emotions! Idk I can't put into words how I felt but its beautifully sad.. which left an ache in my heart. My heart was even shattered for the two most esp for SJ when he was crying, SJ in tears is really heartbreaking while MY stands on the opposite side of the wall unable to do anything to comfort him. It's not that I'm looking for a loveydovey scene on a situation like that but I was hoping for SJ to atleast comfort and give her a hug but then again, he was really broken already with what happened. 

How come the second OTP gets to have more moments and skinship than the main? I'm afraid they wont be getting enough moments for our couple. And I have a feeling that drunk is just a troll! Same with what they did on that balcony kiss! I'm still not over that PDnim and writer-nim!!!! 

I'm so glad rain has finally come on this long drought for a sweet warm hug!!! Thank You for hearing me drama god! We even got some holding hands too. That was the best and sweetest hug I've seen. No kidding! So much feels in that very intimate and sweet gesture. Like all the intense scenes were taken away because of that, and I felt like I was KMY and YSJ and all my worries just disappeared in that very moment. 

I was ROFL during that jogging scene with the Dr. Song! Hahaha he's really hilarious!! I love him and the nurse.

I'll be back for more after I watch them in subs.

Just finished watching raw. What's good about watching it is that I get to pay attention to their facial expressions and their actions more. Thus, giving me a grasp of what's happening despite not having any subtitles.
My heart raced on the latter part of the episode like it was going to jump out of my chest. My chest actually hurt from the main OTP's scenes. Again, these two can convey a million different emotions while tugging on your heartstrings. You can feel the fear, the longing, the pain, the anger and helplessness without uttering a word and just playing with their eyes and faces that's worth a thousand words. I just loved that scene where MY tears were running down her face with her mouth taped. Her eyes were so expressive I can't help but really feel for her (and she is soooo damn beautiful at the same time) And that scene with SJ during the encounter at the road and at the Taebek. You can feel his frustration and the tears welling up his eyes. You can feel how much he loves her! The things he'll do for love and for MY, he's willing to give up his job/violate rules just to save her. I feel sad for the two. My heart cries for them

But, let's not forget that all-black, very Won Bin, assasin-esque badass garb. (Really, he reminds me of WB and his ahjussi movie with that look and that snapback. He can really pass as the next WB and future action star) And did I mention he was sooooo hot on it? And that gaze ugghhh! Ok, I'm trying to get a hold of myself.. 

- I love how previous symbolic items plays a big role in the future scenes.. On this episode, we saw how they made use of the VIP card.
- Even the things that happened in the past (car on the cliff scene) plays a very important role. And how they throw every line, that same line with each other. 
- How they use the words to the questions as a comeback (or an answer)
Or how the same answer can be used the same as a question ( truck confession scene dialogue in connection with the confession scene)
Or just how one does for the other, the other will do it back (when MY saved SJ, SJ shoe lace scene then later she learned how to tie on her own and countless foreshadowing where YSJ said that we are compelled to do things... and KMY would like to do something for him in return)

Can we just get rid of Fatima? I'm sorry but she annoys me coz she brings nothing but trouble. Don't you dare put YSJ or MY's life in danger!!! And please take Argus ( in all fairness he is a good actor and throws his dialogue really well) and the manager with you!!! I have a feeling that stairs scene where YSJ asked for MY's blood type foreshadows about either one of the two, who will be needing and donating blood. Please I don't want anyone to get hurt drama god please??? I know Alpha Team and the. VIP card will save the day. I'm scared for our couple and at the same time I'm sad with only a few episodes remaining. What am I going to the with my life after DoTs????  

P.S Dr. Song trying to pull a SDY on the nurse is cute and funny. And very sweet! I just love those two, they're hilarious!

Does anyone feel sad that DotS is getting closer to its ending? Yes we still have six episodes left but with all those conflicts that are about to happen, I'm not even sure if we have enough time for more OTP's interaction. I know this is ridiculous but I'm demanding for an episode specially dedicated to them. Well what can I say..I'm just a greedy person. 

We share the same sentiment. I was thinking of the same thing when the episode ended.. Like, will there be enough moments?

Just finished watching RAW. The episode and the preview kind of scares me. The title/intro changed as well, which is even scarier because it seems like a warning for an even heavier plot ahead. 

I just knew from the blood on her eyes that MJ will be infected. They should've worn goggles when operating. Poor second OTP, SDY broke my heart just when they were finally allowed to date.. The virus happened. Hate that manager!!

I love the contrast and the similarities, now its time for our army guys to worry about their girls jobs.. Soldiers aren't the only ones who are willing to sacrifice their lives for their careers. Doctors lives can also be as dangerous  as that of the soldiers, sometimes worse/more than what most people think. Everyday, they risk their lives too coz they're opening themselves to the possibility of contracting a deadly disease.

SJ why you so bad richard simmons?? i think some shots were taken on the latter part of the shoot coz I can see the changes in SJK's face. 

After the shoe lace, now the hair tying. A soldier, and a pretty bad richard simmons one at that, is tying his girl's hair..now how sweet is that? That scene gave me a toothache and totally warmed my heart.  Our main OTP banters are just hilarious even their relationship. They're so cool and crazy haha I love that night vision gear and of course the ramen toast ( RAMEN AND CHILL you say?? First the LIPSTICK WRECK and now, THIS? Now aren't we always getting ahead of ourselves?) 

KES its so hard to read your mind and predict what's next why do u have to be so literal, you interrupted our pervy thoughts!! 

I have to prepare my heart for the incoming heavy episode (hope not) Now Iemme replay those kiss scenes!

Just watching the episode again and I'm really amazed at how beautiful SHG looks, even when she's crying. Actually she looks especially beautiful while she's crying. The way a Goddess would cry , not an ugly slobbering mess like the rest of us.

HAHAHAHA! Waaa I've been squealing up to the last min. Just when I thought that we wouldn't be getting anything from this episode.. NOT EVEN A HUG!! But the ending is sooo much better! I DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING!! I'm too happy and giggly I can break the things surrounding me. What a funny way to confess KMY! And for all the people of Urk to hear? Haha! That epic priceless smile at the end took my heart away. That sweet tooth-decaying smile definitely deserves an award! Feeling like a billion bucks, eh? Shi Jin? Now I can sleep with a smile on my face. One whole week won't be as cruel for I think we'll be getting 2 KISSES!! (Cartwheels woooh!) One of the best and such a feel-good episode! Aaaand the best cliffhanger. I LOVE IT!!

Just finished watching EP 7 Raw. Ahh, what a sad episode. But this definitely showed how both our OTP and their respective teams are indeed true descendants of the sun. I love how each character have a chance in the spotlight. Each were focused even in just a few seconds or minutes just to show how vital their roles were in the story. Who would've thought that even that sexy bartender is relevant to the story. She's not all boobs and skin lol.

MY is such a strong woman, and as someone from the medical field, being in the hospital is depressing already especially if you're dealing with deaths and disaster is even worse. As someone in charge, it's never easy. Her tears showed how despite being fierce and strong, she's got a kind and fragile heart and no matter how she keeps it, sometimes you just couldn't help it anymore. 

I may have never understood the dialogue, but the last scene speaks volumes. And reading the translated dialogue after makes my heart ache even more. So touching! It's full of emotions, love, sadness and longing. I love how they're not facing each other but you can still feel the cloud of emotions. It's written all over his face. You can feel it from his eyes how sad YSJ is. SJK nailed it! You can feel how he loves her deeply, how he longs to hold her especially when she cried, but he can't do anything but look at her from afar.

And of course, you broke our hearts once again KMY. I just love how SHK cries because its just too real. They're real emotions. And her face when SJ confessed shows how much she tries to hold every guard and emotions but they're obviously crumbling down. I just wish a back hug from that scene. I think despite everything that's happened, that is what's needed at the moment. To remind them that everything is going to be alright and that they're there side by side for each other. No words. Just a heart felt hug that could take all their pain and sadness away. You see, I've been wishing for a hug up to the last minute of the ep.

SJ uses his heart. When it comes to emotions and matters of the heart, no thoughts or hesitations he just listens and follows what it tells him. While MY is a cerebral type,  who uses more of her head, who overanalyze and rationalizes everything. It's like a war of hearts and minds. 

Now I'm starting to hate thursdays because it's gonna be a loooong torture again. 

Sorry for the long post troopers. 

P.S Did I mention how that manager annoys the hell outta me in most parts of this episode? I wanted to kick him so hard that he'll fell on the rubble. His face is even more annoying! 

P.P.S Second OTP is just as sad. The hug was so touching. Please episode 8, give our main OTP a sincere hug, atleast. Please! Oh, and please give MY a heart fluttering dialogue too. If it's not too much to ask hehe

Is that ep 7 or 8 teaser? I remember SJ hates it when a woman or when MY cries. And from the teaser it seems like he'll confront her? And by confronting, can it also mean comforting? And when I say comforting I'm not referring to consoling words. Warm tight hug I'm waiting for you!

Why is SJK's left hand always missing?  SJK is so handsome, even his adam's apple. Lol. I also love his outfit and his hair it suits him really well. SHK too, with her light curls she looks like a doll even in a very simple clothing. How can they possess such chemistry even in just pictures? Jin Goo is hilarious and handsome as well I'm liking him day by day. Now I remember I have a crush on him on the movie Mother with WB. I love our OTP's genuine happy smile. I've never seen SHK smile like that during presscon and with her co-stars.

It's not even thursday yet but I'm getting anxious about having to wait for a week again. Atleast I'm only a few hours away from EP 7 yaaaay!

SJK and JIS has the same intense, woman melting gaze. I'll never forget him as Oh Soo and  how he looks at SHK/Oh Young intensely and lovingly and if I were youngie/SHK I'll definitely melt like a snow. I had Oh Soo fever back then, now made me realize SJK/YSJ is giving the same woman that GAZE! Even more intense I think. Ahhh.. She's so so lucky!! 

Anyway, I loved how KMY/ SHK owned episode 6. I know this have been mentioned for a million times before, but the moment we've been hoping for finally happened as SHK really shined in this episode. I felt the heaviness of her heart when she was about to cry during the shoe lace scene. This episode is entirely dedicated to her and her team. 

Cinematography is at par with hollywood films, I was so speechless. The helicopter scene is one of the highlights for me, when they were coming down made me feel like the superhero is coming to save the day. And when they started walking, that was so bad richard simmons. It reminded me of armageddon, but theirs was better. And how can I forget, that gaze!! When they're both trying to catch each other's eyes while the soldiers are lining up. They're both trying to find each other moving their heads, and when their eyes finally locked.. That was so emotional for me. YSJ was still looking even after she turned around, he even moved his head until he can no longer see her insight. Of course, the shoe lace scene is hands down, the best! 

I applaud the supporting casts as well, I believe they weren't just there to support but were personally handpicked by the writer/director. Each have their own distinct but very important role in the drama. I just loved how the medical team can goof around, they're hilarious even in their own banters esp with Doctor Song and the head nurse, but they can also be serious. They can even make you cry. This ep highlights what it's like to be in a medical team, and just like the soldiers it's never easy. It also highlights how MY's profession is as dangerous with SJ and that in any moment, something bad can happen to them too. I guess YSJ realized that when he said he regret not saying goodbye. Episode 7 I guess, will show how the medical team and the soldiers, will be working hand in hand together. And our leads will be taking charge again.

P.S Jin Goo is growing on me. He's so adorable.

Hello everyone! I'm so excited that it's Monday already! 2 more sleepless nights til DoTs. Anyhoo, the awesome conversation makes me want to join in so.. glad I was able to catch up. Phew! I just want to share some insights, this is pretty long but here it is: 

Tragic Ending
I have been reading about DoTs even before it was aired coz I've also been a longtime SHK fan, so upon searching I came across an article about how KES wrote our favorite life-ruining drama DoTs, and that this is like her dream project or based from her fantasies. Not the exact words but.. And to put it simply, if I were to write about my fantasies I'm 1000% positive that death won't have a place on my perfect story. But I'm definitely sure it comes with tons of tooth decaying sweetness, truck loads of cheesiness and pretty censored perviness (if that's even a word) that will put YSJ's single-against-the-wall bed to a muuuch more greater use

These people are funny. They keep on hating yet they're still watching. Heck, they can't even help themselves but to watch each and every episode (I bet they even watch the. re-runs?) Just to have something to hate on and comment about. Well atleast you guys are helping with the ratings

White Stone
In my opinion it sort of symbolizes like a promise between MY and SJ, for him to stay alive and have something to look forward to. It can somehow motivate him to go back to Urk. And because SJ comin back also means he wont got there alone obviously and based from MY's white couple shirt imagination, she wants to go there too. Or because MY obviously can't drive the boat, she can't go there alone she gave it to SJ instead Lol

"Today's plans may change tomorrow"
and then the earthquake happened. And changed MY and made her come to her senses of who she really is and her principles in life. If you guys can remember, before she was sent to Urk Doctor Song sunbaenim of MY said something about "how life can easily turn around" (can't exactly remember) And then poof, she became a host after failing to snag the professor position and it somehow made MY into a diff person who lost her purpose for a while.

Idk, I maybe just delusional but I can't help but think that maybe the reason why we've never heard of JIS visiting DoTs set, which is quite odd since they visit each other's set and we all know that JIS-SJK are best buddies, In Sung is even friends with SHK as well she visited IOIL before, plus Kwang Soo had an appearance so it's quite impossible.. Maybe he'll have a cameo??? The in between guy perhaps? Just thinking about SJK-JIS in one screen plus SHK!! OMG!! Way too much beauty in a scene it will look like the gods and goddess came down from heaven. I can't. our phone, tabs and televisions will surely explode!

Just finished watching EP 6 and even without the subs I can still feel the intensity of this episode. My heart hurts, especially that shoe lace scene and what broke my heart even more is when they both go on their separate ways while MY is holding back her tears. but still managed to stay strong. It's just so hard to watch. I can only imagine how SJ and most specially MY is feeling as they turned their backs on each other. I don't think have the heart to watch the subbed ep tom. And I think I need an overdose of episode 5 because I don't want to sleep heart broken. 
I feel for the two of them but MY the most, her longing, her regrets and suppressed feelings. She loves him so much but the truth is still there, that being a soldier will always comes first. And MY needs to fulfill her duties as well. It's somewhat, like a choice between love and career and how both always gets in the way 

Aaaah.. I felt like watching a movie. I can't say anything (despite the burst of feelings) I'm just so speechless. This is the best drama I have ever watched and I swear, DoTS will definitely get all the awards from editing to music to best actor and actress. Props to Onew he really made me cry.

Sorry for the dramatic post. Now, I just need to think of happy thoughts. Or happy pics I guess. We all deserve a ton of  BTS. I demand it cos DoTS and KBS owe us that for breaking our hearts, making us cry and for another burden to wait for a week

I've noticed that and somehow feel for SHK. Don't get me wrong I'm so happy for SJK and just like SHK, he's the next biggest hallyu star and he deserves to be well known internationally. The whole world including us, the aliens and the fish in ocean is head over heels in love with him. Just his eyes are enough reason why we all feel this way. 

With TWTWB they both shined, and I remember SHK and JIS complimenting each other about how each have given both their own moment to shine. That without the other, one won't be able to fulfill and play the character really well. They worked hand in hand for them to portray it the way it should be done. Each have the equal chance to shine. 

In DoTs, I know both characters worked so hard for the drama and their characters as well. But the reason why MY's character may seem like it is being outshined by SJ, is probably because of the way KES wrote them. SJ is flashy, smooth, like a fairytale and the perfect guy every girl is fantasizing of having in real life. He's too perfect. And he is PRINCE CHARMING. While KMY is just, normal. She's closer to reality, to all of us. She is a real life character. I think KES focused more on SJ's character development more than MY. During the past 2 episodes I was hoping to see a hotter MY, sassier and be a character that guys and girls would fall for too. She deserves a swoon, a drool and all the butterflies as well. I mean, how can a smooth good looking hot guy fall for her right? I mean atleast, give us a glimpse on how SJ sees her. AS A MAN!! Right from the eyes of our hero. There must be something more greater ( aside from her sassiness and good looks) than what we see about her. Give us more reasons why SJ is head over heels in love with her. And not her typical sassiness ( I think it deteriorated as well)  more than what we were shown from episode 1. So I hope for more developments on her character and that there will be an episode that will be focused on her and her skills too. Something to show her on a much more different light. 

SHK is doing a great job. KMY and Han Ji Eun is my fave among her played characters.

Hello everyone this thread is on fire! I can't keep up! Done watching Ep 5 with subs, I'm dying to know about their convos after watching a raw ep at midnight. I guess the world stopped for a few hours last night bec the streaming is lagging, soompi crashed? And the raw ep took a while before it was uploaded and I've never felt so desperate to watch an ep in a drama last night.

Anyway, I just love the episode and I can make a whole garden from the butterflies this episode and SJK/YSJ have given me. SJK is such a great kisser even with SHK mouth really close, it still looks sexy and the way he kissed gave me a thousand butterflies while my heart is fluttering over and over again. I wonder how many takes for that scene because aside from the pics, the wine kiss was obviously shot on different angles and versions. There was the chin grab and the ear down the neck grab from ep 4 cliff hanger. I just can't get over that scene. What's even funny is that I was unaware that I'm pouting the whole time as if I'm MY/SHK. SJ is so smooth and sexy and the way he put down that bottle and attempting for another kiss gives me a vibe that he's feeling a little pervy and oh so sexy!! Lol. I was expecting the kiss to be a bit long and somehow dramatic tho. But I'll take it, the scene also explained why YSJ looks like he's always going to kiss KMY because " he finally did it after hesitating a thousand times" and I was like, aww! That line really got me 

The rescue scene is fast and less dramatic, or rushed? I'm just so happy that we get to have a second and third kiss haha. Is it just me or is the CPR from afar scene looks like it's not SHK? Or it was shot like that because CPR involves touching SHK chest and maybe they don't want to make SJK look like a 'byuntae?' Lol. The shirt around MY is cute and sweet. He looks so hot and sexy on a shirt and the thing that he does with his tongue and the peace sign and his chest and his biceps. He's so hot and irresistible I died a thousand deaths. I replayed it again and again while smiling like a fool. BTW,  I love how they can always come up with a witty comeback for each other. 

I love SHK/KMY on this episode. I was laughing really hard at the eavesdropping with the stethoscope scene. And Chi Hoon is an idiot hahaha he's like a child but funny. I also love the entire medical team for being playful and funny despite their profession. The crying scene on the accident is funny too but well acted out. You can really feel her emotions while crying as if it's real like I would cry the same if that happens to me.

Anyway, I'm sorry for a novel-like post. Another great episode, funny and witty lines. Let brace ourselves for another heart fluttering and heart wrenching episode. Hoping I won't get my heart broken later. Aaaaaaand stop over thinking KMY!!! Go for it. 

P.S : Sorry to burst your little bubble but I think MJ made it clear that SJ is like her big brother by saying she doesn't like MY as her sister-in-law soooo

Hi everyone! Few more hours to go til we all die from heart attack and lack of oxygen from the kiss. I'm pretty sure the ratings will reach 30% tonight. DoTS have the best cliff hangers leaving people wanting more, with so much anticipation and agony and frustration. 

RE : Video of SJK pouring some water for SHK.. I find that really sweet. I think SJK is like YSJ in real life because he's so attentive to SHK. Notice that in 01: 47, he even moved the glass near SHK as if wanting her to drink now  Is it just me or the Songs are trying so hard to avoid talking to each other? But they just can't? LOL. I love them both they have the same mannerisms in 17:28 as well. And why are they so good loking are they even real? They're like Ken and Barbie they compliment each other really well. 

Can we have more pics of the godess SHK/KMY too? I think I'm girl crushing on her right now
