I don't think SJ is scared of BH in the least. He knows that BH isn't going to do anything with the info he has... or even to go a step further, I don't think SJ thinks that BH is even CAPABLE of doing anything with the info even if he wanted to. Being the narcissist that he is, I think SJ just finds BH annoying and not worthy enough to even be in the same league as him. The reason he fired him is because BH really did mess up and SJ was angry because BH made a fool out of the company and ignored what he told him before, but the reason he hired him back and put him in the refrigerated section was to humiliate BH and to show BH the power he has over BH.
