I'm not usually like this but I actually feel like I'd be willing to skip a meal to have my pie and eat cake too buuut... I guess at the end of the day, I'd have to choose pie. (Actually, my member title was "apple pie" even before I saw this thread!) But yeah it goes without saying that on a day worth celebrating, cake will always take the cake.

떡 and 팥빵 (Korean rice cakes and... red-bean filled donuts?) beat even apple pie for me, though. Ommm nom nom nom.

hmm... i just went to NZ and they had wonderful pies!! I was never a fan till i tasted their pies. I think it's a chain shop called king pies or something like that. Their steak and mushroom pie is so good!!
