I just have one question, Is vanilla really needed ?

I forgot to get vanilla yesterday when I brought the supplies.

I suppose you have to refridgerate the crust first. before putting the cheese cream in there.

Because when i made it, the crust fell like sand.

I have a question!! Since I am a complete newbie at baking.

After baking them, do we put it in the freezer part or the regular cooler part?

And how long do they last? Like a couple days after they're baked or... yeah?
