Yay, I just bought a new microphone today, meaning I can start recording again! Good luck, guys. And for those questioning, I personally would prefer the air-mail audition tapes instead of email. Their mailbox can be full from all the other peoples who want to send in their audition clips. Or, just do both.

I can send you our old version of Eesongi. We recorded it a while ago, right after Lexy's 1st ablum came out I guess, and we had just heard the song. It's pretty good I guess...but we are like 238595 times better now. And of course I mess up my Korean, because well....my Korean = the suck then haha. If you want it just let me know!!

Thanks to everyone for the luck!! I think anyone sending in an audition to a place like YG needs it! And I know that it is suggested not to audition in groups or to do the company's own songs...but we feel that we'll be able to do tell enough that it will impress them...or so we hope ^^ Thanks for the advice!! I'll keep yous posted on how we're doing and all!!

Kelly Clarkson : =X this was really ... bad =X im sorry. ive personally never heard this song, but it sounded very off. i could barely make it thru the clip. the pitches sounded all off. the beginning was okay, but once u got more into the song. it just... wasnt good. i dont think ur singing the right notes.

SeeYa : this was a bit better than kelly clarkson song but still it didnt sound right. i dunno sometimes ur vibrato goes off and it doesnt sound ... good [?] also ive noticed how theres no emotion in the songs. but ur audible so thats good.

Seven : so far the best clip. it sounds like the song. u have strong vibrato but it bothers me sometimes. sometimes it sounds like u cant make it to the high notes. very little emotion, but much more than the others. it sounded the best from the three so far. (back after all 4 clips: this is without a doubt ur best clip)

Corbin Bleu : suddenly u sound so soft. it sounds really boring. its definitely not a good audition piece. no range. and the song is so repetitive.

overall i think u have a nice sounding voice it has potential to sound soothing, but u cant seem to get the pitch a lot of the time. and the song turns out to sound weird. (referring to see ya and kelly clarkson songs). u need to have more emotion or else the song is just a real bore. it doesnt seem like ur into the song that much. u have nice vibratos, but control where u do ur vibratos cuz too much can be bad. also ur voice was audible, but then in Corbin Bleu it sounded like u had a really soft sounding voice. i dunno which ones real. u can go high, but then u cant go that high. work on high notes too.

yer voice has potential but i dont think yer singing material proves that yer hip hop or r&b.

오디션에 지원할 때에는 본인의 원래 목소리와 느낌을 잘 살려서 노래를 부르는게 좋습니다.

there are no specific genres to qualify. hiphop/r&b/dance/ballad/rock..just send in what you are most comfortable in. also, you can sing songs other than YG's songs. whatever the song may be, please choose what you are most confident in. and liven the emotions when singing. we prefer singers with emotion rather than a good voice

at the YG audition, you don't necessarily need to be a good dancer. even if you cannot dance one bit, it will not be counted against you. however, if you are a good singer, you will be held in a higher favor. nonetheless, the voice comes before the dance, so the advantage won't be a big one

for the people who pass the online audition, they will officially become trainees and begin training. at that time, the trainees don't need to prepare anything, like a training fee or an entrance fee [t/n: like a down-payment..kinda thing]. all fees are to be paid by the entertainment.

my teacher told me to put my hand on the chest

speak or sing or yell out anything, when you feel the vibration on ur chest, you know you're projecting.

about using stomach

i do not know how i can explain

i was pretty confused but then...my friend helped me out with it a bit

and i just kept practicing and so i got it
