T-ara’s Soyeon did not have a good first impression of Kan Mi Youn

T-ara member Soyeon confessed that her first impression about senior singer Kan Mi Youn was not particularly favorable.

During a recent recording of KBS’s variety show, ‘100 Points Out of 100′, Soyeon revealed, “Kan Mi Youn is a senior who I am close with and like very much, but in the beginning, I did not have a good first impression of her.”

She then continued to explain, “During the time that Kan Mi Youn was pursuing activities as a Baby V.O.X member, she seemed innocent and weak. She gave off a narcissistic image of a princess, so I did not have a good impression of her.”

Luckily, Soyeon let go of her negative impression. “However, when I met Kan Mi Youn later on and got to know my senior better, she had a personality much different from what I predicted. I then realized that she was a great person.”

Kan Mi Youn’s backup dancer receives praise for her professionalism

Kan Mi Youn’s backup dancers were praised earlier today for showing off superior professionalism.

On the March 10th episode of “M! Countdown“, singer Kan Mi Youn performed her title track “Paparazzi“. During her live performance however, one of her backup dancers slipped, causing netizens to fear the worst.

Shortly after, the dancer quickly rose to her feet with a calm expression and continued to perform the choreography crisp and clean, which is generally difficult to accomplish.

Netizens who viewed the performance commented, “The professionalism was amazing“, “She was calm and responded very well“, and “We applaud your professionalism.”

Former idol singer Kan Mi Youn revealed a rather shocking image of herself in a recent pictorial.

Kan Mi Youn went to Macau on April 5th for a 5 days, 4 nights photoshoot. The star was welcomed to her hotel by many local fans, but unfortunately, they caused too much confusion on set, forcing the eventual postponement of the photoshoot.

Kan Mi Youn’s “Star Hwabo” is titled, “Best artist Kan Mi Youn’s 24 hours”. Set against the glamorous city of Macau, the star is photographed doing some of her everyday activities with a ‘paparazzi theme’.

Kan Mi Youn sees the funny side of rumors of her dating Hwanhee

Singer Kan Mi Youn expressed that she found it funny that a rumor that she is dating singer Hwanhee has been spreading.

On May 31st, when asked about the dating rumor through a phone interview with a Korean news source, Kan Mi Youn replied, “It’s too funny.”

On May 30th, pictures of Kan Mi Youn and Hwanhee standing outside of a restaurant spread across the internet, catching the eyes of netizens. With the picture portraying a paparazzi feel, netizens began to wonder if the two people were actually dating.

Kan Mi Youn explained, “About a month ago, we met an agency’s president’s wedding. Because he was at the wedding, I greeted him. However, I was dumbfounded that it blew up a month later. I think it’s funny.”
