Hooked with The Princess’ Man (공주의 남자)

As the drama went on, I’ve realized that it’s a story of tragic love, friendship, loyalty, courage, honor, revenge, desire, and hope. It’s an all-in-one drama for me. The actors/actresses especially Moon Chae Won who plays the female lead, Lee Se Ryung, and whom I’ve first seen in Shining Inheritance (a.k.a. The Brilliant Legacy) through [again] GMA played her part really well, as well as Park Shi Hoo who plays the male lead, Kim Seung Yoo. One scene in Episode 11 where Seung Yoo, blinded by revenge, wanted to strangle Se Ryung to death, proved to me that they both deserve the Best Actor and Best Actress Award from KBS Drama Awards 2011.......................

That scene was so intense. I kept on repeating, “No wonder they won those awards last year.” over and over and over again in my mind on this particular scene. There’s also one scene that never fails to make me go giddy from head to toe! =)))) The scene where Seung Yoo finally confessed his feelings for Se Ryung at the temple. Oh I was in cloud 9 the whole 3 minutes! ♥ Forever adoring that scene! /le cries........................

On that same episode is a quote I finally understood when the whole drama ended.......................

What is love? I asked the world. That which makes us unhesitatingly grant life and death to each other. That is what love is.
– Kim Seung Yoo, Episode 07..................

There were also scenes where I really cried my eyes out… literally. ;~~~; The emotion was too heavy~ I couldn’t help but be touched by the lines and the acting they do. OTL You can’t help but say, “They’re so perfect; well-suited actors for these roles.”
