Jennifer is the most common I can think of off the top of my head.

i think there's a lot of

Davids, claires, joannes, daniels, james, bens, and esthers

well at least in my area

or they just find a name that most resembles their asian names

since we're on the topic of names, i would like to mention that in american movies, every asian girl's name is mei ling. wut. :huh:

but i dont know of anyone personally who has that name..

Most of the ones I know are either related to their ethnic names, just shorter versions of it, or distinct/common American names: Tammy, Lisa, Aileen, Tiffany, Kevin, John/Jonathan, Alex

That's funny, because in Gensokyo, the only chinese character is also called Mei Ling lolololol

For girls, Jennifer, Christine, Vivian, and Felicia seem to be common. For guys, it's Peter, Daniel, and Micheal. For some reason, I know far more Asian girls than guys, so for Asian guy names I'm not so sure...
