Sina published a list of its verified Korean celebrity weibos, presumably to keep its lead over rival weibos (Tencent, Sohu, Netease, Baidu, et al).

Many accounts were newly created (circa June), hence the relatively small fanbases for the likes Kara, Rainbow, ZE:A, etc.

Not a thorough list (Chae Yeon, Lee Hyori, Han Geng, Zhou Mi, ex-UKISS Xander, et al. are omissions) but it is reasonably comprehensive.

Hopefully, WG can get verified & join the list soon. WGCN said JYPE has registered for all the JYPE artistes.

JYP threw a suprise birthday party to loyal Wonderful Heechul lol

After getting closer to Sun Ye, JYP, 2PM, Miss A, SanE, now only So Hee is the only 1 left in JYPE he need to close too. And of course she is his strategy for the last 4 years It's so funny when the owner of other company threw him the surprise party, he closed to almost everybody in that company, he didnt change his love to the singer of that company, not his own company

Btw, Yoobin seems want a Macpro so bad, hrm whether Yubin fans will bought for her birthday? But her birthday is still 4 more months so maybe she cant wait and will buy it soon

Hmm, wonder when the Billboard recording session is. 

The August date is for the song release, whereas the poll dateline is July 25(?)

Some Chinese re-reports off the Korean media imply WG is going to record all 3 shortlisted songs, so maybe WG will hit the studio before flying to China.

Or will they fly back to America (& then to Korea & then back to America)?

Already alerted some soompiers about this. 

Some had gotten in touch about re-posting stuff here at their new Fantastics blogs.

I will be a full-timer here through August. 

Will then revaluate my future (monthly basis) cuz I'm going to follow American football again. 

The NFL season is from Sept to Jan, so I may revert back to private WG blogging (i.e. more leisurely pace). 

Will still visit but likely no more news updating/translations. Sorry if it comes down to that.

But let's wait & see. JYP Nation Japan -> yes. Mets game -> not so sure, but hopeful.

'Figure Queen' Kim Yuna and girlgroup Wondergirls 'captivated the world' with their Arirang performance

[seoul News NTN] 'Figure Queen' Kim Yuna and Wondergirls' performance of traditional song 'Arirang' caught the attention of people around the world.

Wondergirls on the 4th performed at Special Olympics in Athens,Greece. They graced the stage with their hit songs 'Nobody' and 'Tell Me' which received a lot of hot reaction from the locals.

The silk-covered lanterns and the 'Arirang' performance particularly showed the beauty and tradition of Korea's culture. Wondergirls expressed, "It was great to perform at such a huge stage. We are especially thankful for being invited to perform at such a meaningful stage."

On April, Kim Yuna performed at ISU world championship in Moscow with the theme 'Homage to Korea' using Arirang as its main music. The fusion between the Western Orchestra music and the korean traditional gugak impressed the whole world.

Especially this scene: When Sunye walked out of the door, she saw a kid, and immediately she stopped. Seemingly not bothered by the others who had left, she stood near the door and played with this Greek boy for a few minutes. Hahaha, I wonder if this Greek boy was smitten by our Sunye too?
