omo my poor Jang Tae Sung worked so hard in here... is Family honor a comedy drama? I don't think so (judging from the name ) so I think I'm sticking to Boys Over Flowers for now... it sure guarantees the laughs and smiles I need... beside Lee Min Ho and Kim Bum awww sooo cute

cantonhina KOTW is still a great drama (despite all of the sadness and agony)... Emperor Of The Sea is also a great drama (although the ending was devastating )... I think it's amazing that we were so invested in the characters to this extent... so kudos for the writers to make us feel this way (but still, I hate them for this tragic events :tongue2: )

Well, finally got to watch EP 35 ... it wasn't an easy trip, that's for sure. I do think that the producers seem a bit sadistic ... I mean how long can you linger on Maro's death??? We got to see all his close friend grieving terribly while watching him burned alive. Was that totally necessary? I do love that teddy bear, though. I love how he stayed true to Moo Hyul to the end. He had some great lines before he died:

"All my life, I've only followed Moo Hyul."

I love this exchange the best, when Do Jin kept trying to convince him to change sides and preserve his life,

"Do Jin, you can't beat Moo Hyul. While Moo Hyul has people who are willing to give their lives for him but around you are only men like Bae Geuk. You know very well while Dae So keep you around because he needs you, he would cast you aside anytime."

I wished Bae Geuk was there to hear that! Also I love it when he responds to Dae So earlier,

"When I had to serve with the Heuk Gyoung, what the king of Buyeo did to loyal subjects like the foreign minister, I saw it all. How can such Emperor raise such words to his mouth?

That didn't make Dae So happy. That's when he order Maro to be burned at the stake.

Then there's the endless replay of earlier happy times with his friend as he was dying. Come on... isn't that a bit too much? Also, why is Yeon Hwa walking on the partially frozen lake? Does she really want to die??? Don't do it! Then again, these are the people who brought you the cheerful ending of Hae Shin where everyone you got to know died except for Jung Hwa, the merchant and his son plus all the really bad guys. So I guess this shouldn't be a shock.

The previews at the end doesn't seem to give much hope for Yeon, either. It almost looks like she falling into a shallow grave in pain. Is Do Jin killing her and burying her at the same time? God and that scheming Yi Ji will never stop... even though she proclaim how the Biryu must help the king but she seem to listen to what his name. He warns that Ho Dong should not become the crown prince. When he offered to eliminate him she proclaims why he think she can't even handle an infant and that while she is the queen, Ho Dong will never be the crown prince.

Yes, Family Honor is a comedy. It's based on the movie of th same name. The English title for the movie was Marrying th Mafia. Besides, don't you have to study!!??

I think that Baeguk is going to stab Yeon, and Dojin will feel guilty cause he's the one who sent her there so he throws himself off a cliff although I was waiting for a majestic dual between him and Muhyul, where Muhyul kicks his butt and then beheads him, but well... that's what we got instead

I saw the last part :tongue2:

Dojin saw Myeongjin carrying her to Mahwang... he just looked at her and then left (finally he was able to let her go... she suffered a lot because of him, so finally he did something good to her at last... he sent a scroll to Muhyul through Chubalso.... Muhyul looked moved reading it... and then Dojin rode the horse to a cliff where he threw himself :tears:

and FINALLY Muhyul saw Yeon he went to her and found her in the bed... he looked at her and held her hands... she babbled, and then FINALLY Muhyul called her Yeon... for the 1st time he ever call her by her name no more ahjussie ... more babbling from miss yeonwood and then it's over... she died :crazy: :tears: :tongue2:

now five years has past, I'm off to continue watching :tongue2:

ok I catched the live stream! don't know how much i missed though... OMG Yeon is really dead, but at least Muhyul get to grab her and sob... now i have mostly just the sound seems like this is a jump to 4/5 years later, becos Hodong is like 8 years old. Muhyul talk to him about his mother, then we see the sketch he did on the wall.

Hodong is 5 years now and sneaked to his daddy's room and saw Yeon's portrait on the wall (the portrait Muhyul drew for her in the camp before) :tears: :tears:

Hodong asked him about her, and Muhyul said she's his mother... they rode the horse together and went to the beach and talked

the credits are rolling now

ok why did she has to die :tears: seriously this is just so brutal... Muhyul and yeon didn't even have a single moment of happiness at all in their lives.... why it has to be this way :tears:

selva looks like you're really affected and still crying at this moment. im also crying while wacthing the episode esp the part when yeon dies and mhuyul is looking at her, i really feel the pain here in my heart. it's really hard loosing someone you love, i remember again EOS....

BTW, there is one goodthing happen here(FOR its good coz this is what im looking for)...i think princess seryu is pregnant.... at least the gen and princess end up together, happy for that

OK... I give you the good and the bad ^^ the good is Baegeuk died! his trying to get away but got caught between Muhyul and Gweyu. As he trying to kill Muhyul with his sword, Gweyu killed him first! love this scene.

About Yiji... I think she's still alive. Muhyul already found out about the conspiracy between Yiji and Biryu tribe and when Muhyul bring Myungjin and the rest of Biryu tribe. Muhyul ask the guard to escort Yiji? (sorry I'm not understand what she was and Muhyul saying.
