my psp USB doesnt work anymore... computer doesnt recognize it or something... always says "connect a USB cable" when it is already connected... dunnno what to do...

i dunno... i just plugged it in my computer so i can put some new songs into it... and it just decided not to work anymore... so did buying a new cable work out for u?

If you got one of those 3rd party usb/charger cords from pelican or something..yeah..those die out fairly easily. Just buy a new one.

hey so is this game a sequel or a remake with additional characters and jobs?

i'm thinking of getting a psp just to play this game if its a sequel.

FFT for PSP is going to be a remake of the PS1 version with added features such as new classes, stages I believe, and other stuff...as well as more characters including some characters from the GBA version.

And depending on how you look at it, the DS overall does own the PSP due to its evergrowing library of games. In terms of capability...I'd give it to the PSP. If you use the PSP to it's full potential/hack the hell out of it, you got one awesome system. Chrono Cross and FF7 on the PSP? Sweet . Add that with being able to play nintendo, gameboy color, gameboy advance, super nintendo, and sega, then yeah...WOOT!

and god danggit i basically messed up badly on my psp... my version is 3.4 and no downgrader.... =.= i always wanted to rip my psx games and put them on my psp... it sounds cool. but oh wells i cant downgrade

dammit im still waiting for Silent Hill: 0rigins, they said it would going to come out in Novemeber 2006, then February 2007, now its going to be sometime in the 4th quarter of 2007.

i picked up puzzle quest and field commander (10$ cdn). what other games are must have?

If you like technical fighting games, there's Tekken: Dark Resurrection.

If you're a Metal Gear Solid fan, go get yourself Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, it's a must have.. it's good for the collection .

Racers. Depends on what you like. I usually like to play Ridge Racer and Burnout so you may want to pick that up.

Music games? Import DJ Max Portable. Good game.

old school side scrollers? ultimate ghost and goblins is out and castlevania is on its way from konami. the megaman remakes are also meant to be awesome.

RPGS? valkyrie profile if u haven't played it before and crisis core should be coming this year.

Action? syphon filter and metal gear portable ops are pretty much the best.

rhythm games? dj max, but prepared its quite hard, or u could buy taiko tatsujin 2.

LOL It's such a simple game, but it always kept me entertained when I had a PSP. (I have a DS lite now).

Both the PSP and DS get old really quickly. I own a DS and after finishing both ouendans, I just put it sumwhere and forgot about it. And my friend sold his PSP after a week cus the only good game that was worth investing time on was tekken:DR. Just getting a Decent Laptop is the best thing to do IMO.

download pspvideo9 (http://www.pspvideo9.com/), convert the video that you want, and use the program to transfer it to the correct folder on your psp. should be pretty straight forward.

PSP slim coming out Sept. 10.

I might pick this up when they're able to downgrade or there's compatible custom firmware.
