Guest sphynkter
i have yet to cry while watching a movie. the movie that i really don't get is why people cried during the notebook. that movie wasn't even really that good. it was predictable as heck. and to rapunzel283 you cried during mulan 2?! i thought that movie sucked. i was expecting so much since one of my all time favorite movies is Mulan but it really didn't do anything for me. i thought it was boring. besides who really thought that shang would die. i guess i'm just really apathetic when it comes to love stories. Guest seriatim_*
I like manly, macho guys!! No pretty boys for me. Oh yeah, I cried A TON in Armaggedon. 1)When Liv was saying her last good-bye with Bruce Willis on the screen. 2)When Willis pushed Ben Affleck out of the way to his death. Yeah, I think I cried more in this movie than The Notebook. So....... Try out: Armaggedon, The Notebook, and Gladiator FOR SURE!!! ....wow same here. lol and a bunch of korean movies, esp, tae guk ki

Guest prequality
I don't really cry at movies save for the EXTREMELY rare exceptions. I'll just list down the ones that got me pretty close: The Notebook A Walk To Remember I Am Sam When A Man Loves A Woman Windstruck (even though they were really pushing the boundaries of the suspension of disbelief) A Man Named Hero (especially the part where the hero shows his son the photo of the mother he's never seen) The only movies that have moved me to shed a tear on extremely rare occasions would be: Sin City (I know, weird, but I am a MASSIVE fan of the comics. I could feel that rare tear coming down during Hartigan's last moments. I think it came down to the fact that it was just so beautifully done and I knew exactly what was coming. My hats off to Frank Miller) Apa Itu Dengan Cinta (translation: What Is It With Love or What's The Deal With Love) (I remembered watching it awhile back and for some god-awful reason, it tugged at my heart. Maybe because everybody in the room was crying at the same time.) Fly Me To Polaris (I had too much to drink and sometimes I tend to get a bit more emotional when the drinkies start to kick in) and the tear-jerker award would have to go to: City of Angels (Nicholas Cage was just that damn BRILLIANT)
