@wewantryu nahh just leave all sweet mama boys and come to the bad boys side! this side is more fun and more entertaining bwahahaha jkjk. i know right, junghwan's the type who won't bother to busy-bodied other people's problems but he'll always support you with his own way (like when he came to the drinking tent and accompanied sunwoo without talking at all but it's already like a brocode to both of them). and once you got his heart-he will always be concerned of you wether you noticed or not and that's exactly my type!

@wewantryu hi there! yeah i am soo agree with you. i think in every k-dramas world, we are the most honest shippers. we didn't know who is junyeol at first and we shipped them because that's what we (and the majority of the viewers) see. we didn't make theories to strengthen our belief, the drama showed what it needed to show and our duty is to watch what we need to watch (that's why i feel so betrayed by lee woojung and shin pd. this is just a family drama for god sakes! not a movie about davinchi code). we simply fell in love with junghwan and deoksun's characters and believe that they would make a great pair. we shipped them because we wanted junghwan to be happy and leave his angsty bubble soon and we want deoksun to have someone she can depends on. deoksun always taking care of everyone at her home and like hyeri said, she needs love. from what we see, despite junghwan never told her that she's pretty and all but he's there to protect her inside the bus, from the rain, and he secretly always put a full attention on her. she can sleep on his shoulder anytime and she will always be in the comfort of junghwan's jeep. meanwhile for junghwan, deoksun is his forever moodbooster, junghwan just simply purely loved her (hyeri stated it herself) and he's happy everytime he saw her.

i've been downloading all the behind the scene videos since two days ago for my heartbreak medicines and look at what i found! beware this is a very very long post and you can skip them if you want < 3
1. EPISODE 0
(ryu junyeol-ssi couldn't take his hands off of hyeri! he always teased her) when i watched this, the first thing i thought was 'whoa.. what a funny dynamic they got there.'
2. REPLY 1988 BTS PART 2
(i skipped part 1 because there's no hyeri and junyeol interaction except when she was staring at shin pd who put crumbs on top of junyeol's hair)(at the sobangcha scene, hyeri and junyeol messing around again, hyeri was practicing on her dialogue but suddenly junyeol butt in and because deoksun was supposed to be angry she threw her shoe toward junyeol's direction and junyeol-kyungpyo pretended to threw it away, but junyeol really did throw it. she laughed and called him a meany and this whole scene were going to be aired so he took the shoe and helped her to wear it again)
and after that, taek-cursing bts!
this bts's focus was actually on taek but i can't help noticing leeryu moments!
when they were still preparing for the shooting, we can see our couple were conversing with each other and they looked so comfy. i wonder what were they talking about?
also, hyeri-ya! i'm so jealous of you.... you can touch oppa's thigh so freely;_;
at the end of the bts, hyeri cutely said 'ep 4 shooting is finally ended and we can hear oppa was the only one who respond her by saying 'ep 4 shooting is finally ended' cutely too < 3.
3. REPLY 1988 BTS PART 3
it started early in the morning and hyeri seemed too sleepy! bogum and junyeol came to her and helped her on preparing-to-meet-sunwoo. junyeol and bogum were very cute here, lmao. when hyeri passed her 0-gravity walking, she and junyeol danced to celebrate lol. hyeri asked them did she do well but i think she was addressing this question to junyeol because the guy was the one who answered her first and bogum was like 'blank~' for awhile before followed junyeol
next scene was four ssangmundong friends listening to lee moonsae's starry night. i love this scene so much especially the scene before this when junghwan and deoksun teased each other with aurora and nello (which is weird because aurora and nello have a love line between them lol). the atmosphere between them was very nice and i think that's why they laughed so real~ dongryong-hyeri-junyeol were having a battle and i don't know why but hyeri trapped junyeol inside the blanket and junyeol let out a (really cuteeee) 'ah!'. junyeol rolled her away to the side and poor kyungpyo! she crushed him hahahahaahahaha4. BTS PART 5
this bts was so full of jb-mo sw-br and tk-ds but the way i saw it, whenever hyeri and bogum in the same scene, the one who initiated the skinship was bogum, he is a cutie who loved skinships too much! but when it come to hyeri and junyeol, these two always did it alternately. hyeri grabbed bogum's neck after mentioned that she did the scene with the other guy already,and then she pulled her hand away from bogum and hid it behind. but then the proof scene came and we could see deoksun-junghwan photo scene! and oooh hyeri grabbed junyeol because she's too excited and curious!
she grabbed his arms twice! look a how excited these two when shin-pd talked about future scene. after watching this bts, i don't know but i feel so sure that they really did changed the script... why would shin-pd even talking about future scene in front of them before they took the picture but they didn't show us anything until ep 20. or maybe shin-pd was talking about how jh needed to grab ds just like tk's but meh idk, look at these creatures! too bad lwj crushed their hopes 7 episodes later..
5. BTS PART 6
beware!!!!! this is my favorite bts ever so don't blame me if i couldn't control myself < 3
(held hands yeah !!!! what a lovestruck smile you got there rjy!!)

(they're so suddenly sharing their hearts < 3)
(geez i'm out of words. i love how their smiles were lingered there even after hyeri already done with his hair)
(junyeol also happily feed hyeri with his left hand and hyeri also smiled a lot that day)
(junyeol suddenly sat with hyeri and they were laughing at something really funny judging hyeri who laughed so hard that night. and of course hyeri and junyeol look at each other when laughing! of course.)
after that, they revealed the hidden beach scene.
we can see a very smiley and funny ryu junyeol at this particular bts scene. kyungpyo couldn't stop laughing at our oppa because he jokingly told bogum to take hyeri inside and he's fine with only one hot-pack but he's actually suffered a lot lmao!!! but oooh he seemed concerned that hyeri coughed a lot that day.
junyeol was suddenly taking care of the actors by gibing them hot-packs with his signature tsundere way. it's cute really;_; and i noticed that hyeri;s eyes were following junyeol here, so i think she could be watching his movement even before he gave the actors hot-packs (when he was still joking with pbg and gkp).
(and look how happy she was lmao. she even turned her head to bogum like saying 'look hahaha! junyeol gave me hot-pack, it;s funny', but bogum didn't seems noticed the whole scene lol)

i know that maybe deoksun was not destined to be with junghwan and junghwan was destined to be heart broken, but we're not blind either. because what we saw there, in the drama, the love line between these two was real... after watching these countless times i knew that hy-rjy chemistry is real. maybe reason why we are so deep in love with jh-ds was because they shared romantic chemistries inside and outside filming.
the bts scenes are so beautiful after i watched hyeri's hong kong interview and junyeol's 'i want to act with hyeri again' interview. these two acted like this outside the script, they did it because of their closeness, and i'm happy that i see bts scene in hyeri's pov (she looks so happy and smiley whenever junyeol was around). ra miran's interview about how hard confession scene for hr-rjy was also successfully made my heart fluttering even more;_; i hope i can move on from them really soon and hoping for rjy-hr to act in the same drama again< 3
ok need to stop and sleep now, and this is the last on this post < 3

I wanted to share more RMR interview abt JH-DS on RJY thread but I think it's more appropriate to post it here.
RMR was asked how Kim family doing after leaving Ssangmundong and she said Kim Sung Kyun character is good at predicting things not like Sung Dong Il character (lol) so probably Kim fam is living in a big street in Pangyo (they're doing well). she said JB is probably still with Minji, but JH ending was sad, she's also curious how JH doing..since Kim & Sung family live together in Pangyo so JH will probably see DS face very often.
She said if later 'Miran' the character find out how her son felt, she probably would confront DS and asked her why she did that to her son, why did you dumped him. HAHA love her
yes ra miran eomma yes!! another fact that lwj is a cruel writer ever : she put kim and sung families' houses near with each other again. like really? jh could see ds anytime he's back at home. or even worse, jh back home and see tk with ds, that's even worser!!!!!

imagine if ryu junyeol really became a teacher *A* if he teached me, i swear i would have move my things to the school and sleep there so i can greet him when he come and say goodbye to him when he's going back home. uhuhuhuhu junyeol seonsaengnim's voice is really shooting and clean... and he's a really kind guy... i bet the students are going to love him so much, his table would be really full of gifts, chocolates, and letters. ah i can easily imagine him went out from a class and waved to the students with his 'saranghaseyo' lines (don't forget his bigggggest beautiful smile);_;

Yes and to think that those people started to make a very long analysis of why taek-deoksun is indeed the end game after it actually happened and insisting that they hate junghwan's character because he's so rude blah blah blah (which is weird? they hated that exact personality of him but they suddenly love husband's same personality with him at ep 2 and 9 because he's 'taek' LOL) makes me laugh so hard. so are they still insecure even after rep88 ended? why? because husband junghwan will make more sense? MWahahaha

like i said, i backtracked the whole series and there's something that still makes me feeling weird inside because :
1. Since when Junghwan was actually like Deoksun? I mean, i know he likes her even waay before ep 1 started and it's so obvious because tvn explained his character from the very first ep with 'he's always teasing deoksun, something's definitely weird' i mean... if they didn't want to explained it later, why did they even bother to write those?
2. I'm still curious of why Deoksun suddenly got angry at Junghwan at the very first ep. Even Junghwan was confused as hell too.
3. At the end of ep 2, when Deoksun hitting husband and cam-recorder showed us who's the real owner of the chocolate. i bet my own life that cam-recorder was supposed to mean something beside telling us who's deoksun's first crush!!!! like junghwan accidentally watch the video or something.
4. Still doesn't get the POV. Deoksun is obviously telling us of how he and Taek fallen in love but we only saw a little of taek and too much of junghwan. What is this? Deoksun secretly telling us how much she wanted Junghwan to confess early or something LoL
5. Junghwan's diary. why bother to showed us a lot of deoksun's name there when they wouldn't make a scene of deoksun reading it later (just imagine that would be very cute i need to make some fanfic about this : ( )
6. There's secret scenes of junghwan at ep 18 ending when he's secretly like deoksun and it matched so well with 2016 scene when the husband told us when was the first time he liked deoksun : )))) someone please edit this for me and cut the 'sleeping pills' off. And i think it will make more sense since they were only inserting the obviously we knew scenes when taek supposedly told us about his feelings, and it doesn't screamed original. Which is weird because reply was never like this, they always prepared the flashback scenes so well (just like ep 18's ending!!!!). If junghwan have flashback scenes, i bet deoksun have one too. they still didn't show us her true feelings : )
7. When the childhood scene showed, i thought they originally made this at ep 4 along with taek's moving scene so i believed taek was originally the end game. But when ep 20 ended with the 5 of them changed into kids, i laughed at myself. SO THEY SHOOT THAT SCENE RECENTLY, ahhh this is soooo unlike reply series. so unprepared
gosh there's so much thing i need to ask to lee woojung seriously. She put a very big hole on my chest that i think i can't get rid off until six years later or until leeryu become a couple in the next project

yeah, i decided to watch it from ep 1 again like they said, to see the obvious love line of deoksun and taek. but no matter how long i tried to watch it even for 20000000000000000000 times more, my faith of seeing junghwan-deoksun at the end didn't waver at all.... i don't know how they could see the opposite from me when it's so clear... or was it because hyeri and junyeol's chemistry that tricked us real hard of them being in love with each other? and once again i'm starting to wonder where did i go wrong..........................

what i like about this thread is, from the beginning until the end of rep88 i never saw any of us saying 2cents of how we didn't like taek, of how he didn't deserved deoksun etc. We are all blinded with love for junghwan but we focused on his development all along, and we love every single characters in the drama. Well we did say about not feeling the romance between taek-deoksun but isn't it better than disregarding the already beautiful written character? I'm just so hurt when i read someone analyzing about his confession in a mean way;_; it took him 6 years to be able confessed and we all know he's not good with words, yoonjae even did it worse by saying 'how could you not notice that i like you' or smth like that. junghwan put his all in that confession and he didn't even want her to respond because the pager and bell chiming accident. Ep 19 and 20 is already mean to him and that's why when people bother to say how they didn't like junghwan when everything is already ended and taek is the end game hurt me a lot... and the baduk theory though. if it's true, then isn't it too meany for the writer to make deoksun as the stones junghwan and taek played? she's not a thing, writer-nim, excuse you. i thought she was meany to junghwan but looking at that 'theory', i think she's even meanier to deoksun. up until ep 20 they still didn't give us clues about who the one she loved the most and more focused with the husband's feeling at the flashback scene, and left us to wonder, again. she indeed say saranghae to taek at the end, but isn't that because they were already dating that time? i need the scene where they showed us deoksun's diary (and of course not about sunwoo rejected her). i won't say deoksun already love taek since the beginning and explaining things blah blah blah because we already did that and we wrong, the writer-nim is the one who knew though and it's not clear as long as they didn't give us how deoksun fall in love. so give me all the analysis about how she fell in love with him, but i won't budge until the writer tell me herself
Anyway thanks to you guys for writing the alternate endings < 3 i feel really saved and i could really imagine them easily. can we make a petition for ryu junyeol and hyeri to join wgm or starring reply 1974? with a kiss scene this time of course hahahaha > : )

today is my first day of finding this threadi saw bogum and irene use the couple jeans outfit today and they're really really cute~ it's a pity that bogum has to leave, as soon as filiming ended, to africa : (
just imagine bogum sending irene a picture of him at the safari trip with lions at the background, caption : 'noona! the lions are you going to eat me!' and irene will laugh somewhere before reply the silly dude with 'bogum please... stay safe there!' Ahdhbajdjdnsksnhdjsnahaha
and the news about irene auditioned to be deoksun makes me go wild. bogum kissed like a pro and imagined if irene was the one he kissed romantically there. especially the kiss like a dream moment (i saw the fanart of borene and squealed in an instant), taek would be mesmerized of how beautiful this woman was.
anywaaay, i hope this thread will grow every single day because seeing you guys talking about how silly our otp is, makes my heart warm and hope more lololololol

so i finally get over my tantrum toward shinpd-lee woojung and agreed on watching the flashback scene. i put my junghwan's feeling aside and started to watch ep 20 in ease. but when the flashback scene started i still didn't get the goosebump feelings.... it's weird. i didn't ship bora sunwoo as hard as jungdeok, but their scenes always made my fingers curling. i'm not in a denial, i swear but i didn't get any emotions on watching suntaek's scenes.... I smiled because ah okay bogum and hyeri's features matched with each other and they both looks like kids holding hands like always. i re-watched ep 19-20 twice and it's like hyeri was on a slump or something. especially when she get angry at him. that's awkward-_-
and geez can hyeri and junyeol stop being with each other 24/7 at phuket because i couldn't focus on my school because i'm so happy mwahaha
