Yeah, actually i dont think Jigs would be so bad to report Clark and Leah to the authorities coz anyway Clark is his cousin after all and Leah is his ex that he still cares for and if proven that Tita Jack is an accomplice then they might all get into trouble and i hope this doesnt turn out like a real soap opera with all the killings or court proceedings but focus instead on dealing with family both Clark and Leah's part.(but there's also a possibility of Jigs doing that out of impulse and then regretting that after) Atleast i hope not. Id rather he tell Mang Sol so things can be out in the open and although it wont be easy at first but they will eventually make peace with the family and sort things out and hopefully Jigs can find someone else before the show ends. And oh, i wasnt clear but i meant earlier that Leah will come back to the Ph to apologize but she will still go back to the US after that and petition her family or if not, get their house back knowing that giving them a good life is her top priority.

But the phrase, "pag mahal ka babalikan ka" it gives me the feeling that they will still go back HOME like doves that they both like in the show (no matter how far they go and freedom they get,they will still come back to where they come from. Noah's ark anyone? Also Clark and Leah are both from the Ph so it makes sense that its their home?).. I doubt this show is about just promoting the American Dream,(especially when they show in the drama the hardships and loneliness filipinos face abroad) but also of remembering your roots and no matter where you've been and what you've accomplished, you will still find your way back home and the Philippines is the Overseas Filipinos  home and where their families are and their dreams are actually to be with their family. THEY LOVE THEIR FAMILY AND EVENTUALLY THEY WILL COME BACK SOMEDAY when their work is done. (i always hear this from my OFW relatives and friends. 10 more years they say, and ill be home)Im getting confused with the ending as well. Haha

This show is surely squeezing out our creative juices and analytical skills. Haha. Although i also do agree that the American dream is one of the main themes of this show but i think love is the universal idea. In my case, ive always felt that the mom never stayed in the US for selfish reasons coz its just not in her nature and that something deeper and beyond her control such as amnesia and such, as cliche as it may sound. And even if she did choose to pursue her own self centered goals,
im having a 50/50 guess that her mom's abandonement wont be the only reason for her to throw away everything that she worked hard for in getting her greencard. I mean, it wasnt always just about fulfilling her mom's dream although it was a big part of it, she said it many times that she wants her family to have a good life, she wants to get their house and jeepney back and give them everything. from my how i see Leah, i think she would endure anything maybe even to see or  be reminded her mother who abandoned her just to support her family in the Philippines. maybe she will even work harder to prove to her that she was wrong in leaving them just like Clark. He had those dreams of living the American dream while having a complete family, but his father disowned him and even when he couldve gotten the chance to come home when he became an adult, he stayed in the US despite occasionally meeting the person who rejected him to support his younger siblings. And i have noticed too that despite everyone hating Jigs i feel that he has always been the core character. The conflict always stems from him and love&marriage issues like "Leah is Jigs ex" "Jigs is Clark's cousin" "you cant fall for your cousin's ex" "you cant have a relationship with 2 cousins" "you CANT fall in love" "marriage is sacred". And seeing Jigs to be so consistently determined and wants to possess Leah, i dont see him giving way to Clark and Leah that easily but that he will do everything in his power to separate the two (i think he will always be the MH especially coz he is blood related with Clark and social standing is involved)and i do believe that giving jigs a tourist visa has a purpose: he HAS to come home and leave Clark and Leah back in the US. So if he cant stay there and part them, he will might as well go back to the Ph and tell someone who probably can hurt Leah to take revenge and that's Mang Sol. He has said it many times  "dont fall in love" "marriage is sacred" and although he wants Leah to be happy, i think it will still Anger him if he finds out that Leah married for money. and i think it also serves a purpose that Mang Sol has a heart problem. that's why Tifanny always told Leah they cant tell him yet because of his delicate condition. if Mang Sol finds out (and he inevitably would), there's a big chance that he will get a heart attack or something and if that happens im guessing that Leah will definitely come home to speak to him and personally apologize and not just a simple skype call but I mean that I BELIEVE SHE WILL STILL RETURN TO THE US AFTER AND EVEN PETITION HER FAMILY. 

 anything is possible though, or maybe im wrong too. that's just how i see it. its fun to think that we have different takes on the story knowing that we still have 4 months to go.

KDIK okay Im placing my bet on....gosh, idk.i think its inevitable for Leah to come home since her family is in the philippines. I dont know how long they will stay in the US though coz i saw some bts pics a few weeks ago that tifanny was ing thE US apartment. I dont know if they will still show that or if they made changes in the script. i have a feeling that if Jigs will find out eventually about the growing feelings of Clark and Leah and he cant do anything about it, once his visa expires he will threaten Leah that he will tell Mang Sol about her arranged marriage. (im praying he doesnt do that)She would have to go home and explain and ask forgiveness from her father and Clark will be there with her to face him. (i hope they never divorce or break up, but most likely they will)MY BET IS that they will go home. Haha

I also think that AlexMao's theory is possible that Leah will go to the Philippines alone and Clark follows her afterwards coz he cant stand the idea of her being away from him and facing the consequences alone.

I love all your sentiments pipz! Please dont tita jack, dont be a Malaking Hadlang (big obstacle) in the Cleah's love story! Yey! Theyre airing the scenes that ive been looking forward to next week!! Idk why but am i the only one who gets more kilig in scenes when they are holding back ther feelings rather than the kissing scene? Haha. Clark is unusually agressive today wow. It kinda brings out his western style upbringing.

Ranxie, i completely agree with you! How do they shoot the scenes anyway?? What happened to the old clips shown in the teaser which were legitimately shot in US (fountain proposal, Clark playing guitar in the park, Leah wearing yellow dress and acting cutesy),

*the bts that Tifanny was in Cleah's apartment,

*Leah was crying in the bed and Clark was backhugging her.

*or the one i saw wherein They were in a fancy resto and even hired a Limo and Leah was in a long gown and Clark was in a tux and he was playing the piano and Leah was with him,

*the ones shot in Tagaytay and they were driving an ATV,

*and another one  wherein they were both riding the jetski????

Those scenes were shot weeks ago whereas, As far as i know the Jigs and the rain kiss were shot only last week i think. Did they cut some scenes or revised the script?Hmm. i think they have already finished most of the major parts of the show and just doing retouches or last minute additions. I think Direk is very serious when she said that taping will officially wrap up by November.

I hope that Leah and Clark can still have enough time by themselves before Tita Jack and Jigs arrive in the US. Enough time to atleast sort things out involving their emotions and i think that they would, based on the future scenes like the one where Lea was sitting on a fountain and Clark proposing to her, or the one where Leah was leaning on his shoulder in the train(?), and the part that they were sitting on the park and Clark was playing the guitar and singing to her. I think they would be too cautious to display any kind of attraction if Tita Jack and Jigs are around. Actually, they only got to enjoy and have fun  when Tita went to the Philippines (Napa Valley, eating out, walking in the bay near Golden Gates Bridge, Pier 39). Before their only interaction was at home.

Im completely horrified, WHY IS JIGS GOING TO STAY IN CLEAH'S APARTMENT???!!!!! why dont he go stay in his mom's house? Doesnt he know that Leah's green card has just been approved and although he is Clark's cousin, he is still Leah's ex so if the immigration makes a thorough investigation, that can cause trouble? Actually, i dont think he's such a bad guy and i hope he can find someone  for himself.(maybe the bar girl?)Leah dumps him again, a girl meets him, starts to like him and becomes clingy. He gets annoyed by her at first and slowly starts falling. haha.

I hope though that Mang Sol can eventually meet Clark.i mean, its bad enough that they never get to ask for his blessing, he should atleast get the chance to be introduced to his son in law formally knowing that he's suffering from a serious condition. I hope they get to resolve Clark's Daddy issues and Leah's Mommy mysteries soon.

I agree with all of you guys about your opinions about the mom, i think its just not her character to leave her family selfishly and start off a new one with a clean slate... regardless i do hope that they dont drag the drama's plotline too much. Also ive noticed that they are staying in america longer than expected. I saw some bts pics of Tifanny as well as Jigs in Cleah's US apartment. Honestly, i would rather they stay in the US forever. It just gives off a unique vibe to the drama that doesnt seem to make it a typical Teleserye. Many critics assumed earlier that the US episodes will only last for 1-2 weeks and they come home but this proved them wrong. Jadaone was able to make the most of the time there and managed to tape more than enough scenes for 2 months only in a span of 2weeks shooting in America, squeeze in some scenes shot in ph and there are still US scenes that arent shown yet based on the trailer. what i like about her is that she balances our emotions in watching each ep. First a super romantic scene with Cleah, next scene Tifanny crying, Cleah scene again, Jigs and Jack. I think that's necessary so we wouldnt all die from kilig overdose hahaha. although, i still miss Clark and Lea's arguing conversations in the beginning. Haha.She also changed my impression of Jadine and Bianca's acting chops! A breath of fresh air indeed.

Wow i was shocked that the 16 year old Ysabel is still part of the show, and there's also the model Patricia. Clark, youre one goodlooking guy! 3 girls... i hope they pair the younger girl with Jigs! there's too many competition for Lea. The mom is alive and she pretended that she didnt know Lea... I wonder what happened. How could she do it? How come she didnt even contact them all these years? Im assuming she married the American she was talking to. Did she get into an accident, got into a comma but her friend thought she died, acquired Amnesia and someone took care of her, so by the time her memories returned she has already lost years without her family and realized she cant go back so she just moved on with her life? I find it hard to believe that she just disappeared and didnt try to see them or tried to secretly help them (lets say she married an american to get a greencard and support them) and just completely abandon them. . .

jafstar, there were actually some pictures on instagram of the new girl who will be casted on the show and she is so young. Maybe 16? Im not sure.

By the way, if you guys can choose to include a scene that u think would be so romantic, what would it be? Personally, i want to see them flying a (1)SKY LANTERN together. I was at a sky lantern event 2 years ago and i found the couples participating together to be so romantic. Or a (2) MT. PULAG TRIP! (please google the beautiful pictures internatioal viewers. Awesome!! )But then another love team already did that but at that time they couldnt catch the beautiful sunrise and sea of clouds on cam coz it was raining. Or (3)SKATING SCENE. Haha. I have never seen a Ph drama that showed that although there are plenty of skating rinks in Manila. I can imagine Lea falling down a lot and Clark helping her to walk, the intimate touch and peircing glances would make it more magical. Their stares are enough actually.

Also Ive been wanting Lea to use her new surname Medina. Hehe. Ive noticed that she still goes with the name Lea Olivar (adobo ala lea olivar) and when she introduced herself to her mom's employer. (She could have said Lea Olivar Medina right?) Coz i think that would show that she has really acknowledged him as her husband or Clark calling her Mrs. Medina. (although Wifey and Hubby also sound cute). In the other thread, some commenters said they find Clark (all men) attractive wearing his wedding ring. Strangely i feel the same way. Haha. Everytime Clark has a scene where he is flashing his ring unconsciously, idk why but he gets more handsome. not that i am into married men, they just look admirable and proud of their life, their love, and decision to be committed to one person.

JUst finished today's episode where they already went to Napa Valley. Gosh!! the feels... i cant contain it. but i have to control myself since tomorrow is the highlight of "most kilig night ever!" and i cant die yet! Haha.I also read somewhere that they are planning to take down the drama in sites like DC since its obviously affecting the ratings. Its starting to get lower coz more filipino people would rather watch the replay than to watch it on tv so the network is probably worried about the ads. I think she is already starting to fall in love with him. Its just that she feels guilty of the situation between Jigs and Clark. She is naturally a very selfless person, she even said it before that she doesnt like hurting people and that she felt guilty for hurting Jigs and that's probably why she is trying to control herself. ALso, Tita Jack plays a big role in the conflict of emotions. She was there for her, she took care of her when she had nobody in the US and her one request "Anyone else is fine but not Clark.Dont fall in love with Clark." I think she wants to honor that promise considering she asked her that twice. She doesnt want to add more misunderstanding and bad blood between the cousins. Its more than just a (utang na loob)debt of gratitude towards Tita Jack, it involves ethical issues since in the Philippines there is this expression "tinuhog ang magpinsan/magkapatid" which ir difficult to tranrlate but has a very negative stance in the Phil. It somehow means you got involved with 2 guys from 1 family. Even Manang Tiffany used that term when she warned Lea of the repercussions. That's why she is avoiding to have physical contact with him to lessen the chemical reaction and not get carried away.

@zagigirl and kdik i think the teasers you saw were just promotional teasers they shot before they started filming. It happens a lot here in the Philippines and they usually reshoot it. GOSH!! I guess we are right! In the preview, Leah saw her mom that's why she was trying to follow her but she was lost in the crowd. What kind of mom would pretend she's dead and abandon her family?? Actually if this ends in January, it wouldnt be that long compared to other dramas. The director was interviewed and she was misquoted to say that OTWOL will run for only 3 months ending in November, but the Jadine fans and viewers went balistic and posting, tweeting to extend the program. I didmt know about all the fuss at first, but Direk Tonet calmed them down thru her tweet and another staff i guess. I think she meant filming will end in Nov but the show will finish January  2016 (the 2017 was my mistake sorry)since she has a movie to shoot for MMFF. DO U GUYS KNOW THAT THE INDOOS SCENES WERE ACTUALLY SHOT IN THE PHILIPPINES? i heard they had to make the most of their time to shoot out a lot of outdoor so those room scenes are more recent than the USA shots.

Haha. Sorry, i just cant help it. The past few days ive been staring at it and going crazy wondering what happened in that ep. Since monday, the episodes are getting shorter and shorter coz the number of ads shown are increasing. That is actually a good thing which means the reception is positive but it really pisses me off that the ads are longer than the show itself.

I hope its not coz they're getting a divorce! they are both teary eyed here. The intimate way that Clark backhugs her without the hotdog pillow between them makes me think they are on a deeper level.

Guys, im sorry but i cant quote you yet since im new to this thread and its pretty interesting that you found it by accident. I think zigzag asked me about the conversation.

Which part do u mean? U mean after the kiss and they were both outside and Clark asked her "why nothing?". That part, Clark said something like "ah, about the kiss. I just had to do it..." and Lea interrupted with, "its okay. Its for the best so as not to make them suspicious about us."   

 Another scene was when Clark was helping her walk since she was quite drunk and clark asked her "youre so drunk! How many bottles did u drink?" 
Lea:"1 and a half!!!" 
Clark:"You got drunk after drinking just that?"
Lea: "I am not drunk!! Just tipsy..." 
and then she leaned against a pole and started blurting out Lea: "they looked such a great couple. Im so envious. I wonder when THAT will happen to us."

Clark: "Do u want that?" (I cant exactly remember what Clark said)
Lea: "it depends.." 
Clark: "on what?"
Lea:  "If i fall in love with you." ...(this part i cant remember)... Lea:"admit it, you're inlove with me already, arent you?"
Clark: "What? No..(he denied it)"   Lea:"so even if we kissed now you wouldnt feel anything? You're just a coward coz you're starting to fall for me."  She was leaning in and so was he, but instead she puked on him!! Haha

Wow i wish other people are as interested as  you are in OTWOL. I also recommend Be careful with my heart, my binondo girl, got to believe and forevermore. However, they are quite long and i dont think there are subbed episodes available online.
