Would if I could. I'm still not finished with my current fic. It's the length of freaking 3 novels now (on word count) and I still have at least 20ish more chapters to go. I'm also taking a month off writing because of all the complications at work and in life in general (car repair, sick, back problems, family, etc.). Also, I don't know what kind of fic I'd make. It's not like LS where I've read about these characters already, therefore understand them. Since I haven't read the actual novel, I'd be making stuff up. I'll leave it to the good writers who have a concept. For now, I'm drawing blanks for these two because I'm content already with the story so far.

Fellow fanfic writer as well. I suggest, make a fanfic if there is something lacking with the show that you want to portray or make it smutty smex basically. I wrote/write mine because of the disaster that was LS Season 2 and I'm basically filling in the gaps for when Earn and Pete weren't there (Part of the main cast my richard simmons. OhMick got more screen time) and fixing certain blunders that made no sense. Fanfics are there to satisfy a need that the show/novel isn't providing but everyone is craving so if you feel that there is something like that wanted, then go ahead and have fun with it.

Same here. Yeah, he's a very confident guy so it was kind of odd to see him looks so awkward and stiff. Hell, even people who have been dancing forever have time where they just crumble on stage. Yeah, when they started to clap, he went back to smiling and seemed to enjoy that dancing was over.

Yup, same here. XD
Have a family of dancers and used to do join competitions in high school, college, and in a crew a lot. I'm a fatty now but used to be lean. Two of my good friends were basketball players and loved to do those triathlon and running sports so, yeah they are muscular but lean towards the leaner side. When I rewatch the video, Johnny does not look happy at all though. That makes me kinda sad. :S-

I could already tell with WeiZhou's demeanor and stance in the beginning that he is at least rhythmically inclined. Add onto the fact that he does have a nice singing voice, was pleasantly surprised by his artistic talents. Johnny is an athlete and although I have friends who are very built and sporty but still dance extremely well, it's kind of a weird/funny stereotype that jocks aren't exactly the best dancers.
It depends on them if they want to branch out. I mean, there's nothing wrong with it but yeah, let's not force them too much. A lot of K-Pop stars have branched out into other more popular things that they like. I remember one female K-Pop star who is in a girl group and is also a star runner so it doesn't always have to be related to the entertainment industry. Johnny does martial arts so he might decide to follow a career in that type of field along with acting.

Like I've said, strong and sturdy body usually equals stiff and not so good for dancing. As long as he doesn't win over people with his looks while acting like he's a great dancer (Some social media people that are attractive looking and try to sing but do it badly still get praise because they are attractive, AKA You Qi) I'm a-okay with him.

You're not the only one. He boarders more on the psychotic and obsessive for LY actually and leans more towards that than genuine love. My reasoning, he dumped Lu Lu the second he had a reason after a 3 year relationship of being 'in love' with her. To easily just toss away and say it hurt my pride and, "meh, the person I really like is here so I'm okay as long as he comforts me" raises a couple red flags. He was basically trying to cheat on her with LY anyways with all the constant wanting to mutually masturbate as well. If we are going to go by a real case scenario, I'd be afraid to be LY. He sounds more like his play thing or distraction from his family problems or a temporary 'high' away from his depressing life (I use high because of the whole Addiction and Heroine theme).Watching E11 uncut and reading the translated synopsis chapters related to that scene, GH is kind of walking that fence of a literal crazy person and actually genuinely loving LY. Still going to compare their relationship to a battered wife and abusive husband from what I've read and watched so far because it very much feels that way. I'm hurting you because I love you so much and no one can have you. If you won't stay with me willingly, I'll cage you up. YUP! That doesn't sound insane and abusive at all. (Sarcasm Alert). Of course, I look forward to watching since I hope I always get proven wrong about negativity in love related stories, especially since this series is well done.
SIDE NOTE:
Is LY's dad just a man of bad luck? Not only does his former wife divorce him a long time ago, he had a bad job for years while supporting his parents, the woman he really loves had gotten beaten/hurt recently (severely in the novel), and almost every time he says, "GH is a great guy and would never do anything to hurt you" he always kidnaps LY. I laughed because his dad does say this and the very next day he's kidnapped by GH and he says something similar to GH being a good guy that wouldn't hurt LY before he's kidnapped again and GH rapes him. I just really needed to point that out and that cold anvil of Irony, yet again.ANOTHER SIDE NOTE:
If you take out the guitar music when GH 'confesses' what he really feels for LY it sounds more like the novel in where he sounds much more psychotic or mad. Comes to show how music can change the atmosphere of a scene. Not sure if it fit well with the context of the scene at all. :S-

P.s. It's so painful to translate this because of Gu Hai's aggression, remorse, confession, and Gu Hai's reaction to Bai LuoYin's reply. Gosh. Gu Hai acted so much like a psychopath here. Also, I wish that the novel wrote more of the incident from Bai LuoYin's perspective.

So..... GH is insane, and BLY has developed Stockholm Syndrome/Abused Partner Syndrome. Why does this feel like a retelling of Beauty and the Beast? Thanks for the novel comparison/translation. Ummmm, Yeah, GH is kinda cocoo for cocoapuffs. BLY, you seem reasonable and smart but...... IDK, this level of abusiveness is more worrisome for me than sweet. Even if the love of my life told me those kinds of things and officially kidnapped me and confessed if I didn't like them back, they'd basically hold me as a slave, those are giant red flags right there. :S
Not sure how to react but thank you none the less for the insight in the upcoming episode.-

That awkward moment when you're still making PetEarn Fanfic even till now and am not finished but still have a decent reader/fan base. Have to agree on the acting. Oh, White. I get a lot of flack because people love him but..... I could never get into him. I agree about the Kristen Stewart part. Faves/Biases were of course Ngern and August because they can actually act and when they were on screen together, chemistry was immeasurable. They basically outshined the main couple, that's how good they were. Season 1 was an extremely good season. It was compared to be in competition with Hormones. Then season 2 came around. That was a train wreck. I mean a flash back in every episode? Do we have amnesia? There was even a freaking FLASHBACK WITHIN A FLASHBACK. That's when all my hope for it being a good series ended. Finished the season for the sake of finishing it.-

I don't believe that. LY and BH are both head strong and stubborn. They bump heads a lot as much as they love each other from what I've read. LY is in no way Submissive. He does his thing the way he wants to. There are even times where GH seems submissive where he follows what only LY says/orders but then of course we have incidents where GH can go bat shiz crazy at times. From an outsider's view, at least for now till they actually go steady correctly, their relationship looks very abusive. Even the themes of LY returning to GH when he's done something extremely horrible. Sounds a little too much like a battered wife returning back to her abusive husband after he apologizes for what he did. Not saying that's technically what's happening but it's very much eerily similar.-

Although GH's actions can be adorable at times, they can also be a sign of a very abusive relationship. Hitting, forcing himself on him, kidnapping, rape, emotionally damaging LY's psyche. Take note the way they even started at first was very rocky with all the pranks. His heart is in a good place, his actions or way he deals with those emotions are either extremely sweet or extremely sick. Like an Addiction (har, har, I know, bad pun). Either way, we can all agree that GH is an extreme personality.

Thanks you 3 for the much detailed summary and explanation of things. Yeah, like I commented before, it's a sad and depressing arc however, if resolved and treated correctly, a great growth for each character. I didn't know GH was this fairly crazy for LY to this point which a bit of a shocker for me that these events would turn him almost heartless in a way. A few days..... that's questionable for me on how quick LY forgave GH and sure, GH learns his lesson/regrets everything, but a little suspension of disbelief is needed I guess since this is a novel revolving around love of two male characters. If things don't resolve a bit quicker, the viewers/readers may get upset/bored/depressed, etc. or it might drag with the angst for too long. It was a good read to find out what happened and the added detail by others. I want the novel to be translated faster now. XDSIDE NOTE:
Is it supposed to be a cold and cruel anvil of IRONY that everyone (LY's Dad) tells him that GH would never rape or 'sexually assault' someone yet GH then proceeds to do those things to LY? I might be looking way too into this but I just realized that's how things sort of happened by everyone's explanations.-

The rape was a huge tragedy. It's so regrettable that things became like that. It started with one misunderstanding and it led to another.
Gu Hai was very remorseful. He stayed by LY's side throughout his hospital stay. He was very thoughtful while accompanying LY. Even when LY left the hospital, he knew he had no reason to stay by his side and left LY with all the necessities. They didn't meet until the time of reconcile. Later on, when they reconciled, GH, again, felt remorseful, for not being there when he needed him most.
On the other hand, Bai LuoYin was a really tough guy. In the hospital, he was receptive to the doctor's treatment. He didn't shut himself up and did many things like paying Shi Hui a visit partly to console her. And at the end of it all, he went to look for GH and reconciled with him on the night of Yuan Xiao.
I'm just glad that it's over. It's something that they manage to overcome, which can only strengthen their relationship even more.
This is uplifting. It wasn't just some flippy do thing and was handled over time. This I can get on. Context helps a lot and this explains a lot of the gaps that I (and maybe others) were in the dark about. Sounds like a very developing storyline. As long as it is addressed, proven that what had happened was wrong or negative and is fixed, I can get behind. There's somewhat of a lesson being learned or taught and the struggle helps them grow together. Doubt there will be much of this in the series though because, 'censorship?'. I question because it has been brought up and someone has told me a new bill or law was passed down in China recently concerning this type of content. Please some correct me if I'm wrong.
Side note, a group of friends and I were wondering whether or not there is a season 2 in the making or is there an intention to add more seasons to this web series? It's been a long time since I've gotten involved and/or liked a BL series in a long time since a blunder with a certain tv series and it's horrid season 2.-

I'm still sticking to it being disheartening in a way. You explained it and I already know GH is obsessive, for me, still doesn't justify it just by the context and explanation by having to prove psycho ex they are a couple, and they had a misunderstanding, etc. Yeah, GH feels bad about it later on, however, it's distressing. A trade off of bottom and top doesn't seem like a good band-aid either. I'm probably missing a ton because I haven't read the novel and I'm going off everyone's words or explanations. That being said, still not into the scenario. GH being so caring and doing everything for LY but 'forcing himself' (how everyone is putting it now), is a no, no for me or at least raises red flags. Everyone says it's expected because military boy, spoiled brat, yadah yadah. Last time I checked, those weren't legit excuses. Either way, I wish I could understand Chinese/Mandarin so I can read the novel and know how and why things happen but sadly, 3 languages is enough and I'm no willing to pay nor have time to learn a new language if it's not mandatory. If this gets flack, then sorry, however still sticking to my thoughts. Not like if someone tells me "Don't be affected" and I'll magically go numb. It's that good of a story that I'm invested in the characters and how they develop.

She knows better because she's the one who read it. I'll clarify with her tomorrow.. Anyway, this kind of act is discouraging but it's just a fantasy. You don't have to worry because this scene will totally not be in the series.

Either way is bad. No should mean no. I think you even said LY becomes distant from him for a while and for a way to reconcile, GH offers himself. These chain of events or way how things plan out don't fix that sort of problem. I know it's a fantasy however, I don't even think it fits well with GH's character from what I've been reading here about how sweet he is to LY. Then doing it in front of LY's ex while it seems LY is actively saying he doesn't like it. Sends off a red flag for me. Even if maybe if they were by themselves in private, it might fly a little but they do it infront of someone? :S
When I say about GH being bottom first I mean from a rehearsal/BTS while talking to the writer/director saying GH will be the first to bottom. -

I'm not exactly 100% happy with this kind of thing. Well, the incident with LY's ex and what they do. I mean, smex is okay but..... it might be the term you used however, that's slightly disturbing/unfortunate they did that. Consent means a lot. I thought I read in the BTS/Teaser subs that GH bottoms first. Hmmm, strange. Anyways, I wish the novel was translated in English and I know someone is trying to do it now however..... they are only on chapter 2. :S

Those are easy. Had a hard time making smex chapters but after getting two done, they roll off so easily. Yes my fic has smex in it (PetEarn smex :3 ). I guess if I were to participate or help, it would just be in writing smex or reviewing shiz. XD
