    @narrubi Hi! Another fanboy? Well @hankitae42, now there are two of you here lol. Don't be too sad chingu.. She cannot please everyone. Although i was also affected then, when I also read comments like that. But for me, she is the first choice for the woman detective which I thought was a brilliant idea because the writers and directors believe in her. To be honest, i really feel like they should've gotten an older lead for the role. I thought it would be more appropriate but Seo In Guk did well so I'm fine with him being casted. Maybe people are saying that Nara unnie is a miscast because they are trying to think of an actress that will fit In Guk. But since I am a Nara fan, i see it the other way around. I thought they should've casted another actor for the role. Someone older, more fierce and so on.. But then again, since the drama is finished, and anyhow, I fell that Jang Nara and Seo In Guk really put effort for the chemistry, and did brilliant acting together, then, I'm okay with it.. They are actors and people need to forget their real identities to understand the drama and the characters. Why do they say that she is too old when she is acting as a same-aged woman as Lee Hyun? And I think they looked like they of the same age with the way they interact.

    I'm a girl but I don't really like bromance LOL! I love the OTP Jian and Lee Hyun. Also, regarding the love line being pushed back, I think they did that as we see that they focused on the mending of the brothers' relationship. They did not focus on the romance. I wonder what else do fans want LOL!! Cha Ji An is an essential part of the story and of Lee Hyun's life. The story would not be the same if Ji An and Lee Hyun had not met.

    Anyways, I also am looking forward to her projects!! Let's just ignore negative comments about her because we know how precious she is and we don't need others to tell us otherwise. 

    Also, it's better if you participate openly in the thread instead of lurking.. hankitae42 may need to fanboy together with you!

    Hello there Nara Jjang fans! 

    I'm absolutely a newbie in this thread but i thought i should drop by. I knew her for some reason as i vaguely recalled seeing her somewhere and i knew she is a celeb... but lol. Well, she's gone for a quite didn't she so i sort of forgot her. I'm quite a new fan of hers around 2014? I bet you guys would have known the reason why i'm such a fan when i mention the year itself.

    The reason i'm a fan is first and foremost, i love the way she portrays her character. There is this some sort of earnest thing going on with the way she acts that i feels like she is the character itself and the character actually exist in the world. I find that quite mind boggling? and the sole reason why i keep on coming back to check whether she has a new drama going on. I actually went back and track some of her earlier works along with the Chinese one, The Bratty Princess. I never did checked the post China drama but i did seen it way way back in early 2000s. Even then, i know how vividly she has grown into an actress that i absolutely love. It is even more evident after she made a return in KDrama land around 2010. 

    I'm a bit greedy and personally can't wait for her to return on our screen but i wish her the absolute best in her personal life. I watched a few of her variety shows and i grew even fonder of her. How can someone be so humble, hardworking, frank as her is seriously a charmer. She's like a walking 'sincerity model' lol. I knew about her scandal back in 2009-2010 and it's quite a saddening thing to do and i'm sure it has effect her in a way we her fans wouldn't know. But for her to find the positivity in it is great. I pray the guy that got her, (i hope she is going to get married one day) the world need her kind in this world and i hope that someone is able to take care of her cause everytime that i saw her i fear that she's going to break.

    Jang Nara sshi, I hope for a healthy and happier with more acting projects in the future :D and keep on smiling cause your smile is really contagious.

    Hi @hypergbb! Welcome to thread! We're the same! I also became her fan on 2014 due to FTLY LOL! I also love her personality that's why I came to like her even though there are a lot of more popular kactresses and kactors. Hope to see more of your post here!

    Im Chang Jung mentioned that he wants to work with Nara unnie on a movie! I hope this happens because it's been a while since her last movie.. I wonder what genre could it possibly be..i am not really familiar with Im Chang Jung LOL!

    Hi!  This is my first post here.  I’m a newly acquired fan of Nara (can I call her Nara? :p) courtesy of IRY drama. If there’s one Korean actress that I want to meet personlly someday,  it’s her!  :-) Her story in HT3 touched my heart and somehow,  I can relate to her.  Not in the same way but I just know the feeling. So,  if it’s possible to be friends with her, just by keeping track of what's happening to her,  then I’d like to be one,  so much! :)

    @annasedomo Actually,  I think she’s more than capable to take on a much sexier role. She said something about being flat-chested in one interview but being sexy is not all about having a big bust,  right?  So,  yeah,  I hope she’ll be given a chance to do a seductive role. ^_^

    @angela0612 first off, welcome to thread!!! It's nice to meet new nara fans. Let's fangirl together here! I agree with u that she can pull off being sexy and seductive. I just hope that koreans realize it too. I hope to see more diverse characters for her..

    Jang Nara shows her fantasy bohemian style for ‘singles’

    Fashion magazine ‘singles’ has today revealed a pictorial featuring actress Jang Nara that was taken for their September issue.

    In the photos, Jang Nara is seen sporting smoky make-up while wearing clothes that are fitting for the fall season, as she showed off her bohemian style.

    The actress said in the interview, “I wish to take on different kind of roles. It might be difficult for me to take a pure sexy role, but I think I can handle a role that requires me to be tomboyish with a little decadent beauty. I have been praying everyday on aging beautifully. Mu dream is to continue with acting. If possible, I hope to take on roles for every age range at least once.”

    Jang Nara recently wrapped up filming for her drama ‘I Remember You.’

    LOL!! they described her as autumn siren! A dangerously seductive woman!! I wonder if this photoshoot can attract kdrama producers to give her diverse roles such as a seductive woman LOL! Has she ever done a photoshoot with the same concept?

    @annasedomo No news about it, but if she can still work, then why not~ :D 

    She isn't doing dramas but is busy with other things LOL! It's fine, as long as she updates us of what is happening.. I just noticed that there are only you two in this forum most of the time. @hankitae42 and @ChaYangSoon. Reminds me of Successful Story of a Bright Girl LOL! Keep it up you two! U'll be my next otp LOL!

    Jang Nara is sooo pretty!!! And I liked that she is still friends with Choi Daniel after how many years! Baby Faced Beauty was shown in 2011 right? In my opinion, it's fine if they date LOL! I mean, I like Seo In Guk for her and they look good together but the age gap is too much.. In Choi Daniel's case, they only have 5 years gap and it's not very obvious.. I also think that Choi Daniel is near Jang Nara's ideal type..LOL! My delusions... I just want her to date or get married..

    Annyeong!!! I'm sorry I wasn't active in this thread.. I was trying to avoid spoilers about Hello Monster because I want to watch it after the series ended but I cannot help it. I watched the eight episodes this Monday, so i am now updated with Jang Nara! I will try to post more often.. I miss you chingus! Where are the others??

    @AnnaS OMG!!!  What's happened to you??  I missed you so much~ :lol::lol::lol: Well, you've been missing so much about our Nara-ssi~ :D You may have already noticed that our Jang Nara will be in upcoming KBS drama "I Remember You" with Seo In GUk as her leading man!~ :D

    Any updates guys? LOL.. How are you? I've been lurking, and trying to see if there are new projects for uri Nara sshi but it seems that there are too many offers that she cannot choose what to do first!! LOL!!
    I miss Nara unnie.. And I hope she can do one where she plays a princess or a queen in a sageuk drama. She looks so pretty in her hanbook.. Also, her face is very compatible with that genre because she looks so fresh like without make-up. I think sageuk dramas today use too much make-up that makes the women look modern when they're supposed to look like from the old times when make-up is not as extravagant as today's. I hope I can see her in one sageuk drama soon!!

    I also want to see Jang Nara and Choi Daniel again. I think they act well together and I liked Baby-Faced Beauty because they have a cute chemistry. They can act goofy around each other and it's obvious that they are like that in real life. 
    Song Joong Ki is expected to be discharged from the military this year. I wonder if he can be Jang Nara's leading man in any project or is he too young? But Jang Nara is baby-faced!  I think he is as old as Daniel Choi so why not, right? I also like Joong Ki so i think I would watch any project that he and Jang Nara could do..

    thanks @hankitae42..  Actually, I've been doing what you just posted and am watching from her channel.. I'm loving Yang Dong Geun LOL!! But why is Jang Nara partnered with Yang Dong Geun and not Jo Insung? LOL.. =))

    I guess it is more interesting to see Nara and Dong Geun's interaction than having her partnered with Jo Insung. It's good that Insung was partnered with Kyunglim. Otherwise, Jang Nara and Jo Insung could be boring when partnered together...Besides, it's a sitcom. They are supposed to be funny.. LOL.. Did I just answer my own question? Mianhe..
    But seriously, I would want to see Jang Nara and Jo Insung act together for something serious.. Although the dilemma is the height difference. I'm afraid Jang Nara will have a stiff neck looking up to Jo Insung LOL!!! =)) =)) =)) 
    I'm just teasing you Jang Nara unnie!! Don't be angry in case you are lurking LOL..

    @hankitae and @Kyorean, i'm currently watching new nonstop and I can't count how many clips have i watched.. LOL!! I only watch on Youtube. So far, I've been watching parts with Jang Nara only. I'll have to find full episodes.. But you're both right, Jang Nara is crazy!! LOL.. Jang Nara and Yang Donggeun: New OTP?? LOL.   :)) :x :)
