  1. would anyone else also think it would be wonderful if MY learns (from someone) that LG drove him away because he thinks he has Huntington's? this after learning LG still goes to see her mom and keeps tabs on her...

then MY would confront LG and tell him that she loves him and wants to stay by his side despite of that possibility. LG would of course, do everything to drive her away, maybe tell lies ("I don't love you" "I am over you" "I was nice to you only because of the baby," etc) that MY won't believe, because she knows in her heart that LG loves her. she's super glue after all, right? once applied, it would hurt to remove her? :) So LG loses the battle to stay away and marries his wife again (yes, their divorce was never submitted to court). this time he's happy at his wedding.

then comes Dr Octopus saying that he is negative for the gene after all. no Huntington's LG... so babies would be safe. and then they'll produce 3 sons (so there'll be no shortage of sons) and 1 daughter (for MY's mom, she had 3 daughters after all) for this generation. lol.

now that is a happy ending I could live with... :x

  2. I liked episode 14 in its' simplicity. no grand gestures from LG this time, but it had some of my favorite scenes as well. that scene when he thanked DP for watching over MY is very touching. it showed how much she means to him, how he values MY's happiness more than his own. I agree that DP jumped the gun to propose because he saw LG coming out of MY's room. I guess he remembers too well what happens after a night with LG. lol.

some scenes were funny too. the battle between fire and ice between LG & Yong. when LG tried to hide under the table when ST was questioning him about his trip.

while I hear some criticism over the texting between the OTP, I replay those scenes over and over. seeing their faces light up while reading each other's messages make me smile, gives this feeling that they have this amazing bond that just wouldn't break even when they're apart. when they were in their respective beds, my mind quickly flashbacked to the times our OTP would talk before going to bed and before LG's hands "come alive."  :P

I will side with the people who thinks LG will leave after witnessing the "proposal." he is still in "that" state of mind after all. But I think MY would turn DP down. she has never shown any indication that she welcomes that certain kind of attention from him. I hope that because she has grown a lot in those 3 years in paris, that she'd be able to say "no" this time. although honestly, I miss the MY we once knew, the MY who's not afraid to fall in love.

  3. since time-jump happened...

I wish dr octopus had by then sent LG for genetic testing...and found him negative for the Huntington gene.

proving in fact that the amnesia was caused by a concussion when LG's head hit the highway. (it was too quick to have been caused by the disease)

then since LG is negative for the gene (and MY is not a carrier either), he would be able to sire healthy babies. no more Huntington worries.

    ;;)
  4. started episode 12 mentally prepared that it will be heartbreaking so I was able to hold back my tears, up until MY found the baby diary.

then I totally lost it. was sobbing with MY. whew! heavy episode.

but every cloud has a silver lining...

that last scene in the airport filled my heart with HOPE. and now it feels good to wait for episode 13. (in contrast to last week when I was actually dreading episode 11)

no matter how long it takes (giving them only 6 episodes for that), I know they'll find their way back to each other. ;))

and I'm sure we'll enjoy every minute of it.:D

btw...my jaw literally dropped when I saw JH with the new hairstyle. next thought was, lucky lucky wifey...

all together now, "married! two kids! married! two kids!"

now I know how LG felt while wishing he was "that towel"...LOL.

  5. gumi said: If I remember correctly, what Gun said in the extended preview was"How can I not worry when I have people to protect?!"
oh and here's my speculation.Gun doesn't tell MY that he regained his memory, and in fact asks to end this "fake" marriage.MY says "Can we start all over?", implying that it's ok he doesn't remember her, they can rebuild the relationship again.Gun says no, cuz of course he's trying to push her away cuz her life's gonna suck to have a husband with HD.Sera goes to MY, kneels and begs her to break up with Gun.MY finally gives up, decides to leave Gun, thinking that'd be happier choice for Gun if he is not gonna have his memory back and has his loved gf by side.MY decides to go to France with Daniel.MY and Gun says last good bye...and boom! accident. Time leap, 2 years after, MY comes back from France. Ending scene in the airport where she comes back.

  6. btw, where is the nice lawyer? did he finally give up on LG after being subjected to wearing high school uniform? lol. we still need him to clarify on the new divorce papers drawn up by LG.

    - dr octopus should just test LG for the Huntington's gene to know if he has it. can't it be the impact of LG's head on cement which caused the amnesia? LG is CEO remember, he eats stress for breakfast. ;)

@trixie1029 I applauded both Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara for their performances. In today episode JH was able to deliver comedic antics and heartbreak. Because of the amnesia he reverted to childish immature and a bit rude Gun but when he came back after he changed bc of MY his crying scene and his yelling out snail omg. My heart. It's so raw. I hope younger pretty boys take cues on this man's acting ability. JN didn't cried when Gun was being mean to her and the whole situtation upon it instead she pretend to smile but her whole expressions you can just feel and know she's hurt. She's not even letting out emotions like Gun yet by crying but you feel so bad for her.

  8. watched episode 11 raw and I don't understand Korean...so I don't really know what was specifically said but only what their actions implied.

like most of the members here, I cringed a bit when I learned that they were bringing in the amnesia factor. what comforted me was the fact that most of my beloved Korean dramas have an element of amnesia in them. FTLY now joins that league.

for me, LG needed to forget so he can be slapped of the truth, of who MY is in his life now. remember he told MY once that in his life, there is only room for SR? now he just left that girl and ran to MY, leaving behind SR without any apologies nor a regretful backward glance. also, this episode gave me one of the most unforgettable scene from a Korean drama. LG driving while reliving recent memories of MY, no words needed (I wouldn't understand them anyway) yet you know he's so sorry he forgot (albeit temporarily) about his family, as he calls out for MY and GD...

if I had been holding any award for best actor right now, I would have handed it to Jang Hyuk. no doubt about it.

  9. once in a while a good Korean drama comes and makes you feel the happy anticipating what's gonna happen next. :D

i am so loving this series...so jumping back in on soompi threads.

it's been awhile for me after KDSBH ended...I hope to see some familiar names again.

very special thanks to the members who does the episode recap in real time. (you're our lifesavers!)

may I say I really want to strangle that lawyer guy again? he's that bad lawyer in ugly alert and now he's back as MY's ex-BF. (bad lawyer again, poor thing...) *insert that weird laugh* :)
