Well, from my experience of cooking these two dishes... it is more about the prep-time. Finding all the ingredients then doing what it takes to get it to the final stage... veggies always need to be washed, then cut or sorted and sometimes steamed or par-boiled... before you get to mixing the seasonings or sauce to bring out the taste. As for the meat, marinade needs to be made and some times when a certain ingredient is out of season or difficult to find, improvisation has to be made... also, I like more tender meat, so I marinade for longer than half a day (it means I start the day before or even more)

OkCat's is eating (left to right) candy, hardtack crackers/biscuits, & some strawberry flavored snack you suck out of straw/tube. That's the candy in OkCat's mouth. It's actually called 'Apollo' but in the poster it's called Ah*Lo.
