Well i hate bad endings on dramas, so im not trying to watch 20 eps of a good drama then at the end both of the mains end ep freezing to death or being hit by a car and die. dont wanna watch that kinda stuff so a 5 year epilogue doesnt seem so bad to me.
I rarely don't finish a drama that I have started, but Secret Garden I had to drop the lead actor made me ill.
Faith wasn't really worth it, history was all wrong and there was no chemistry between the leads.
I normally hate the rich jerk chaebol characters, but hyun bin was very funny to me he actually had me laughing and i have a calm stoic demeanor. I didnt like faith cause it seemed that i was just watching kidnap victim fall more and more in love with her captors until she lost all common sense. Who the hell would wanna stay in the past no matter how "handsome" the guy was? He probably didnt bathe everyday and i dont think they had toothbrushes and definitely not toilets. -
I didnt really like the korean version of dr jin so much, but i loved the japanese version. In the japanese version the gisaeng lady looked like his girlfriend not his assistant.

You're right about Faith because had that not happened, Philip Lee would have had a much bigger role than what the ending result was. Faith was good, it's one of my top dramas but that whole Dr. Jin scandal just ruined what would have been a much better drama. I enjoyed Boys Over Flowers. but as I said Gu Hye Sun made it terrible. I blame the director because I know she's a good actress, but erg! They made her super annoying

@elegance1 When A Man Loves was horrible and she seemed to have wrote The Equator Man as well. So I was just interested to see if that drama was really good. The Equator Man was about a blind man right?
Man of the equator is very very good, one of my favorites.
Which made watching when a man loves (made by same writer) and seeing how bad that was very strange. It makes me think maybe she stole the script for equator from someone more talented, that's just how bad when a man is compared to equator. Equator is a melodrama/revenge about a kid whose fatheris murded by his best friends dad and set up like a suicide. Unaware of this he tries to find out what happend to his father and when he gets close his best friend hits him with a branch and throws him in the ocean. He is found and is hospitalized for ten years in a coma while the best friend becomes a respected prosecutor. Whenn he finally awakens from his coma he is blind. Dun dun dunnnnnnn

It's REALLY terrible, but I read the recaps when I am bored and have a good laugh at how terrible the plot is. It's a mystery why anyone in Korea still tunes into that, with better dramas out there.
Funny how many ppl mentioned BOF... I still think it's worth a go, it's not the worst drama out there. GHS is totally annoying, and so is Gu Jun Pyo's mother.... but it's not ALL bad. LMH really rocked his role (although he couldn't save Faith...)
I iiked WIHM enough, but I thought the cell phone thing in the last ep was a little silly... (I doubt this is much of a spoiler... sorry if it is)
A lot of dramas start of well then start dragging. e.g. SKKS (think someone menitoned this already)
Funny how noone mentioned Winter Sonata (my husband's most hated drama... HAHA.. I just start humming the song and he will shoot me a DAGGER look!) - I liked it though! -

They were recording everything in the room right? Cause what sk said on the speakers about "if he doesnt stop he wont get a single penny" is corroborating evidence right? Which can be used to back up the guys witness testimony.

Because you ignore all the bad things she's done and for some reason believe that only her goals matter. So what if she kills a few people along the way she'd be a great first lady right? You're doing way to much fanboy'ing.
I believe DH only had two options by ep 24. Either she kills off everyone against her - HR, BDK, the fat guy. Or, she has to kill herself. Because by now, it is clear that HR will not give up.
Being first lady is to die for, it is a chance to go in history, and I myself would never give it up, under any circumstances. And if I killed mysef, I would firstly make sure I die as famous as Eva Peron or Jaqueline Kennedy.
