I agree with you once again. Their timing was so sloppy! They should have followed up the success of Sniper promotion but they did nothing in 2016. Talks and promises about releasing new album but so late. And no preparation for Touch promotion. It's luck that they still got a win. I would love if they followed up soon after AOYL, while it's still hot and we're so energetic. If not the new album then maybe the remake? (Didn't they promise us that too, lol. I'd love a remake). Don't wonder why casual fans didn't know they had a comeback. Doing SHinbang after the promotion ended right now won't do much, plus I don't think they're too interested in doing it. Personally I prefer them go to the shows that let them sing. They're singers and promoting as singers so they should go to music related shows.

Same. I can't agree more. He's always been so sweet and fans listen well to him because he's always communicate with them eloquently with so much love and care. Fans know he has good heart. If you see fansigning fancams, you'll see how well he treats the fans.
Exactly. Did haters forget how Dongwan always tried to update fans when Shinhwa was not promoting, during the hiatus, so they knew Shinhwa would be back for sure!

Right? It doesn't matter to me if you're a solo stans or you love all the members equally, as along as you don't hate on other members. There were older SHCJs who I used to look up to but they turned out to be antis and it was super disappointing. What's worst they won't admit they're antis which is ridiculous since everyone can read their posts.
Also it's sadden and enraged me when haters who are long time SHCJs talk and sprout nonsense about Dongwan but others swept it under the rug because they've been friends with those persons for a long time. So they preferred them to continue telling lies? Oh well.
On happier thought, I met a lady at the gym and she's a Korean who recently moved here. We talked about Kdramas and eventually Kpop haha. She asked which group and which member I like. When I said it was Shinhwa and Dongwan, she recognized them and she said Dongwan is a very nice man and very generous. Very sweet to fans. And he sings very well!! I went home feeling super happy and I hope I'll meet her again haha.

I'm always sad when old forums and blogs gone. One of Shinhwa's oldest forum has gone and Dongwan's related old forum too, but luckily I found another one for Dongwan dating back from 2004. At least we still have Dongwan old stans since from Shinhwa SM days still keeping update about him. One is not active on her Naver blog anymore but the last I checked on her fangirling activities was she went to Cyrano and she still recorded the mini FM after the show. Dongwan doing musical is the best option for his old stans to support him. They're not active doing fangirling stuff such as going to music shows, streaming and etc, but a musical and concert is the best way for them to support him.

As fans growing older, it's natural for life to get busier, unfortunately... It's nice to hear older fans are still able to come and support him/Shinhwa with their own means. It's comforting to hear they are still there for them and for us. Especially for international fans who aren't able to physically support them in person.
Besides buying the albums, concerts, fan meetings, and musicals are definetely are more accomodating ways to support/see them than going to music shows recordings. Plus with musicals, there are more dates to choose from so fans can have more options. It's not cheap though
I think Dongwan thinks about the fans too, how they would skip school or took leave from works if they 're promoting in music shows.

@fromlepus You have sharp eyes. Yes I notice Song Han Saem's name popped up sometime on his FB. Didn't Dongwan say he wanted to do Le Passe Muraille again but the producer or director didn't do it anymore? Argh Shownote produced TV dramas too? It's very interesting!!

Rom com please I know he wants to try other genres but I think he would be fun and lovely in a romcom But I'll take anything. hahaha. I wonder if he's interested in releasing another solo album, it sounds like he's not too fond of doing solo promotion T.T But if he has time, he should do musicals more often than he is doing now The last three musicals including Gentlemen's Guide have been the first Korean versions, I'm quite proud of him participating in them.
I know right, he can be a DJ, that would be so fun, we'll get daily dose of him. His house is even farther away now, it's almost impossible haha... Well he can DJ from home with Jessica lol!

Wanjin bickering was too cute. They've now grown up men but they still bicker like kids. Shinhwa has never changed
It made me remember when Dongwan said Shinhwa will let members do what they want even though it's weird but Jinnie said it's because they gave up on DW hahaha LOL. Jinnie ate so well and I'm happy to see him laughed and smiled a lot.
Oh I don't know about young Dongwan's adventure hahaha. Did they ran away from home? Lol. Young Dongwan has a lot of interesting stories. Is there a way to invite his friends again to chat aout the old days? XD

@fromlepus Thanks for additional information about the event that Dongwan went to. very sweet of him to always support the Confort Women.
When I first watched Shinhwa on their old varieties, I was very entertained then after a while, I was thinking of the risk they've put into. Can't believe they did all those dangerous stunts, at such young age. I wonder what their parents were thinking about that, they must have worried. However SHinhwa is Shinhwa, they looked like they enjoyed it, hahaha.
I enjoyed the 1N2D very much. And I'm so happy they captured a lot of Oppayam's antics!!
He gave the best reactions. LOL LOL!!! I love you Ilyong PD and the editors !!! I think whoever filmed Shinhwa BTS or concert DVDs should learn from them. Hah!
The unaired scene has subs, yay! I always thought how celebrities get their groceries. Once in a while you see a celebrity at a supermarket but I don't think they can shop everytime themselves. Their managers? Delivery? Especially now Oppayam has moved, it must be a bit of hasle. Maybe his mom did it occasionaly for him before? Wonder if he still keeps the old house and he sleeps there if he's too late to go catch the train.

I'm so excited for Battle Trip! I hope it's going to be fun! I thought the show is only about food but I guess not. I was hoping they go to Japan to hear DW speaks Japanese or maybe China so we can hear both Wanjin speak Chinese or English but Jeju is good too.

Super loving the Shinhwa episodes! It was very noisy, everyone talked at the same time hahaha. Each of them had presence, the screen looked full. My Jongmin heart was happy to hear 'Jongmin-ie?' 'Jongmin-ah!' often. After Jongmin mistaking Hyesung for Donggu, Hyesung put his head on Jongmin's shoulder XD. Dongwan put his arms around his shoulder, Andy helped him get his food XD. Both 1N2D members and Shinhwa members were comfortable with each other, they looked like they're playing, sometimes I think they forgot they're shooting :)

@fromlepus I haven't watched the full episode, only some clips, they looked like they had great time playing with 1N2D members. I know, it's always fun to watch Shinhwa together as a group but sometimes I want to see them separated hahaha. I think they can make suitable pairs with 1N2D members. Maybe like this : Donggu-Eric, Defconn-Hyesung, JOngmin-Dongwan, Junho-Andy, JJY-Jinnie, Taehyun-Minwoo. Same! I want to see Dongwan with Jongmin, the members of the hilarious Love Letters' losers gang hahaha.
It's a pity he wore cap all the time! there was this one time when he took off his cap to put on the stocking and it looked so good.
Personally I think there's nothing embarassing about their past appearance, the goth look, Hyesung hair, Kiwi cf, nude jib, etc.. They showed their rich history and experience. They should be proud!!

I just listened to the video on the guitar repair shop blog. How clear and airy the sound became. Hope Dongwan uses it on the upcoming concerts
Oh same! I wish he ditched that hairstyle already. He's still so handsome nevertheless but the hair was sometimes a hit, sometimes a miss. Is it still a trend? Why the male celebrities love this kind of hairstyle so much? Lol. The updo style will give him more sharp and clean image, which is good since he is one of the MC. Oppayam why do want to hide your handsome face hahaha. His look was such a killer in AOYD MV.

Kyungmin is one of the panelist? I can't waittt!!! They did cross path a lot When Shinhwa was asked whom they as a group can have a drink with without feeling awkward, he said HKM, XD I heard Kyungmin is going to have his second child On Immortal Singer, HKM called Jihoon and Kangta were his beloved hoobaes (Hyesung was busy with Shinhwa that time, if not mistaken). I think it's no secret that Kim Jongkook is also close to Kangta, Jihoon, and SHinhwa especially Hyesung and Jinnie. I don't know how much they are familiar with Taehyun, so curious! We'll see it soon XD XD
1N2D will be super noisy and chaotic hahahah. I hope Ilyong PD will give Shinhwa and the 1N2D members lots of freedom during the filming lol. I hope Jongmin won't feel awkward or self councious, I want them to laugh a lot
