    I got recently back from my worltrip -> 14 days quarantaine. I have a lot of time right now. 

     

    The last week i startet to try out a few new dramas. This is the only one, i really hooked ups with. Great chemistry and nice story. I like the mix and the change with funny and sad. For me, it ist’s good thing, to see fresh faces. Not fresh in the Industry, but for me personally, because i don’t know both leads very well. Only saw one other drama each. 

     

    I tried also a Piece of Your Mind (not good), welcome (Not Good) and 365 Repeat (ok). And sugesstions for me for another new good one like find me in your Memory?

     

    Does anyone know the brand of the blue checked coat yesterday at the dinner? The coat and belt was sooo beautiful. 

     

    Stalker... there are to many suspects right now. The movie director was to early way to suspicious. And now he has a alibi for the breakin, because he was very drunk with her sister. 

     

    The doctor friend.... suspicious as well. 

    Pro... he is a psychatrist, he could know the first mental sick stalker in prison through work as well. He could get obsessed with her when she was his patient.

     

    Contra: he is his best friend. He knew from the Start the truth about the Fake-dating and the sad connection. The letter moves would be to early for him.

    Okay, I'm going to stop now because I could just continue to point out logic fail after logic fail, and it's going to get old. Needless to say, these fails prevented me from enjoying the last episode.

     

     

    I´m on the same page. I enjoyed some parts very much, but i´m mostly dissappointed. So many things made no sense, so im pretty sure, i will never watch MoA for a second run again.

     

    You can as writer change logic with fantasy elements, thats really fine for me, but the world needs for itself consistency.

    Example...all bugs were already dead people! (Marcos, CHS, CBJ, SJH) JW was alive, there was no body of him in the real world, why would Emma stab him?!?

     

    I have no problem that there was no real happy ending, although in most cases I prefer it. with the development of the last epsiods  I found a sad ending for JW more and more fitting. In addition to the missing logic,  MoA had a second major problem for me. Too many badly written and superfluous characters that you could hardly connect even after 16 episodes. I mean mainly Jung Hee-Joo and her environment, with the exception of her little sister, who was at least still charming. For example, the key scene, when the brother returned home barely after a year did not touch me at all! By contrast, I found the scene when JW deletes Bug-Secretary in the church really sad and moving.

     

    The love story did not work for me at all.

    - No chemistry (for me)

    - Badly written main female character

    - too little screentime together and things have developed too late and too forced

    In addition to much for me to root for the main couple.  that´s really rare for me in k-dramas.

    My heart almost stopped. Why mention a poem with terminal illness? :cry:

    like a bad omen i fear now the worst for ep 15-16. Korean writers love way to much storytelling with a long separationen near the end or deadly illness. I thought, this is a (romance)-Drama not melodrama. 

    But i saw the last 2 ep to many subtil signs. :crazy:

     

    Ex-husband... i liked him a lot in the first episodes. His character was so interesting  and i feeled so bad for him. His mother is such a horribly person, so i can understand where he is coming from. But i stopped to feel sorry for him, as SH told, she smiled the first time at the day on her divorce. She don‘t even remember at the details, what her mother-in-law did awful to her, but will never forget how her husband was standings next to her und watching this for years. And buy her bags und jewels the next day... idiot. Maybe the marriage was arranged, but SH sure tried to make it work. He dissapointed her und lost her trust for life. 

     

    WS know SH to well and everybody can see, how happy she is right now. 

    But what did the idiot do in ep11? He wants her come back? In this miserable life... i mean nothing has changed. Not really. He go‘s to JH und declared war. He knows how much the Hotel means to her and now he wants to force his way in the hotel and her life. Great!!! :angry:

    take the Hotel as hostage and sperate her from the man she loves, so she can come back to you and your lovely mother and of course ...a depression life. 

    Maybe he should remember, why in the First Place he came up with the Fake-affaire and gave her a way out and her freedom back.

    Wednesday is still too far away. I really need a new episode. Too much stress right now.:cry:

     

    I hope we'll get to see some flashbacks this week. I don't mean from childhood, but from the last 9 years. I really liked the flashbacks from their early days in america. you could early see how they started to care about each other a long time ago.

     

    So far, the brother is way to creepy for me. i wouldn´t mind, if we get a little bit more plot and more character depth for the support characters. so far this is a bit too superficial and the characters except our two fantastic main leads are a little pale. Ep 5+6 getting in this aspect a little better, maybe the writer switchover will continue to bring even more positive changes.

    hello everyone,

    I'm really happy to see a nice rom-com again, especially with 2 of my favorite actors. :wub:

     

    i wanted to thank you for the links to the webtoon! I clicked my way through all 80 webtoon chapters this weekend. Since I can't read hangul anyway and didn't want to spoil all surprises, I avoided pictures with the background story. The first 27 chapters cover the first 4 episodes quite well. (~ 7 chapters = 1 episode) Both the style and the story are very close to the webtoon so far.

     

    There are really a lot of romantic scenens, hugs, kiss and more ahead.

    If no one has communicated it here before, i think, i have a nice day and share the information with everyone. not everbody has time to click through 80 chapters :wink:(-> from chapter 47 things devolp quickly & chapter 74 for the bedscene )

     

    If they keep the pace, we'll probably have to wait for real progress until episode seven. we will see if they will continue to follow the webtoon so closely.

    I came yesterday back from my vacation. Holydays were great but i missed DotS so much. Of course i watched the last 5 Ep on very tiny screen with the worst wifi ever...but...i think you know...what is needed to be done, needed to be done. ;-) I noticed during the vacation, there are several Eng Sub versions out there. i watched so fare with viu subs, but i think there are not so great. Can anybody tell me, where i can find other versions like viki or others subs with better quality? I would be i great help, when i rewatch from the start on the weekend. thx (You can answer me also via PM)

    I loved City hall und liked Secret Garden and Gentlemans Dignity very much.

    Descendants of the Sun is love again. So great and it´s only Ep3.

    Since healer, I was not so excited about a new drama.

    i was really suprised, out of the blue (for me) is a new forum.

    i decided my first post get to healer. ;-)

    i watch actually great new dramas, but my heart obviously dosen´t moved on so far. LOL

     

    Can anybody tell me about the Directors Cut? What is the difference with the TV-Version? Many new scenes?

    I saw the box, but it´s really expensive and I'm not sure if the box is worth.

    For me, both are really crazy.
    I think, it´s really stupid in this situation only blame one side. He goes on vacation with another girl and meet with her in his house, but offer his pregnant ex-girlfriend marriage? wtf Both don´t really know what to do and changes minds all too often.
     
    i do think he abused her and he is obviously a cheater. Ms. choi isn´t likely a angel either.
    Many people do mistakes. thats reality, who have nothing done wrong in his life? But most people don´t have thousands of fans who claim to be a saint
    and put always the whole blame on others. ;-)

    Either of them is ready to be a parent. i feel sorry for the baby.
    it looked like, they both don´t have such a bad realationship how the medias and fans suppose.
    after the events last year, both still cared for another and got temporary back together. i found that stunning!
    that´s probaly a good thing for the baby, when both can forgive and they always can talk to another.
    raising a baby is not a easy job and i didn´t get more easy, when the parents are not together.


    Fact is, his manangment is really bad. this guys do a terrible job.

    Omg, i finished the last ep. Sad. Glad. Dissapointed. All in the same time. I love healer so much, best drama in years, but the final was to short and lacking. So much is missing and the story make not sooooo much sense how they got rid of the elder. I was really looking forward to mother -daughter reunion. The ending very nice but also too short. 5 more minutes with much closure had suited better. Bad guys... *sigh*

    I´m a little sad, because it´s soon over. It´s fine, because the drama is great how it is and i don´t need a unnesessary extension. (so far I have not seen a good extension for the storytelling in any drama)
     
    Healer has a great start, now.... all i need is a beautifull happy end.
    What i don´t want to see is people for years in prison (synonym for people go study abroad in the last episode as in 9 out of 10 dramas LOL) or dead.

    they can go to a beautiful island...or make beautiful babies or have a beautiful wedding...or end as beautiful badass reporter couple...

    ....or all of it. we have many options. LOL

    Next week i will probably suffer a lot. :-(
    I get my wisdom-teeths extracted.

    There are two things, that will help...painkillers and rewatch Healer 1-18. At least i hope so. LOL

    I liked ep 16  a lot. YS's was really great. As Human, as woman and as girlfriend. she finally lerns the truth and is shocked and sad. thats normal, everybody needs some time to take in such news. She hurt JH a lot with her reaction and JH didn´t blame her. As soon as she saw his hurt face expression, she runs after him. she tells him, he should find evidance and come back and when he didn´t find anthing he should even though come back. What a great girl! So it doesn´t matter the result... in the end. What a great couple! I adore both so much.

    Same reaction later with MH in his office. she came back with coffee and food.
    the world would be a better place if everyone had a great heart as YS.
