    According to the news from real estate sector, Park Yoochun is expected to move from Hannam-dong UN Village to top-class residence, LaTERRASSE at Gangnam, Samseong-dong in October. He will be the neighbour of Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. The core of 'LaTERRASSE' is that it maximizes the field of view. It offers unique designs like a bird's eye view of Han River from the unit, anti-earthquake, security of private life etc. Each unit cost about 4 to 5 billion won.
    LaTERRASSE is a top-class residential dat invested,developed & designed by Lee Jung-jae. Expected to be completed in September

    This is what has happened from airport to town in Shanghai today which you usually see it in action movie. 
    Junsu: There will be lots of new songs in Shanghai concert. I have even learnt Mandarin that I will say during the concert.
    Junsu speaks in Mandarin : "Hello everyone! I am Xia"
    Summary what Junsu saidHe will also include the style of what he has in the 2nd album for this Shanghai concert.

    [FANACCOUNT] CEO Baek is a nice guy. He was sitting beside Junsu and totally agreed to let me have Junsu's autograph. When Junsu made his autograph ...(trying to spell my name to JS) I:"S~T~E..." JS:"S~T~A~err? E or A?" CEO Baek and I :"E!!" JS: "Oh~~E!Follow by?" I:"L~L~A" JS:"S~T~E~L~L~A Oh~STELLA~!!(≧∇≦)" Junsu can you don't so cute when you read out my name(≧3≦)

    [FANACCOUNT] Junsu was very happy today! He kept on smiling while he was signing. I kept looking at the hair on his legs ... felt like blowing it ~ After signing, he started to read the letter that I written to him [shy] It has been long time that I have not written any letter. Junsu slept in the flight. After he woke up, he used his mobile phone to watch video. His expression was so cute.

    Coca-Cola having name on bottle event in Chongqing(China) till 22Jul13. Due to copyright, staffs say they couldn't have the name of the artiste on the bottles. Instead of "Park Yoochun", they have his nickname "Sweetie Park" given by Chinese fans on the bottle. Just need to wait for about 2mins to have your customised name printed at the back of the bottle. One of a lucky Chunsas got 2 bottles with production date as 2013 0604. "你的甜心 朴甜甜" = "Your sweetheart, Sweetie Park"

    Chunsa has concorted new drinks.

    She found that Chunsas loves to post cute and lovely pictures of Prince Yoochun in day time and when come to night, they tends to post Yoochun's sexy pictures instead. She also remembered that Yoochun said during FM that he likes girl that lovely in day time and sexy at night.
    Hence she came out with her latest concoction (named: 6002) -> Cocktail that refreshing as well as strong in taste
