    To start:

    Distribute the caramel sauce evenly in the four pudding cups.

     

     

     

     

    Even if the sauce doesn't spread out evenly on the bottom of the cups it will when the pudding itself is poured into it.

     

     

     

     

    1. In a pot add the pudding mix, milk (300cc / 1.5 cups), egg yolk (18 grams, don't use the white shells), then mix together with a beater.

     

     

     

     

    2. Turn the stove on medium, then let cook while stirring with a spatula. After it comes to a rolling boil turn the heat on low and let cook for an additional minute.

     

     

     

     

    3. Pour it evenly into the pudding cups, and let them freeze/harden in the fridge for over an hour.
