    Dear all SIKers,

    I’ve read this thread every day but I was short of tool to post my comment. I really need a PC/notebook to post comment. Normally, I’m on iPad/iPhone. It is too difficult to post any comment in this new forum.  This thread is always active and full of friendship. Thank you everyone to make I feel this way.

    Dear Kish_agnes, Ann-yong my old friend. I’m so glad to see you here as well.  I’m a new SIK fan and  I’m a bit regret to fall for him just recently.  I agree that LW looks like a young version of SIK especially his eyes. They both have sharp eyes. For me, SIK is very charismatic and charming at the same time. He is someone you won’t forget once you’ve fallen for him.  Thank you for your advice. I’m now watching EoTS. SIK looks great from head to toe. I hesitated to watch this drama for a long time since Bae Soo Bin plays villain role and SIK is the second lead guy. But after seeing a lot of advice from SIKers here, I have to watch it. The first episode impressed me already. I’ll watch it til the end for sure.

    Dear ardent and Kona, thank you for sharing the info about SIK dating. I love the video of him and KJN. I’m glad that at last he found the “right” girl for him after being heartbroken.  

    Dear ardent, when I watched the first episode of AMCG, I felt the same way but may not as strong as yours. I found that he looks so different (but still very charming). I was amazed by this guy. How can he can be totally different in look and role? OMG, I suddenly fell in love with Michael King character. Before that I fell for Prince Muhyul and Ki Ho Tae. I did not expect that SIK can portray a character like Michael King so damn well (sorry for using this word). Perhaps I’m to bias. Whatever he does seems to be right!

    Dear Celia, thank you for sharing awesome photos of GeNtLe 10th anniversary. They are so touching. I would probably die in his arms if I have a chance to hug him like that. One of my dreams would be fulfilled then.

    Dear ardent, I love you video. The kissing scenes of Ki Ho Tae and Kang San are cute. I quite like SIK's role in Fermentation Family. He just portray Ki Ho Tae so perfectly well.

    Dear HWJ, welcome back and hope you have some progress with Fermentation Family. It is really good drama. The story might me slow during the first few episodes. But it is getting better and better as the drama goes.

    Dear Kona, Than you for all photos and news as always. I love the couple in Fermentation Family. They really have good chemistry. I've just started EoTS and have not seen any chemistry between SIK and Soo Ae yet. They even got Best Couple Award from this drama, so I'm really interested to see them together in this drama.

    The photos of SIK signing for his fans are awesome. He does have nice hand writing!!! A lot better than mine! Your photos with Mr Hummer are great, too. Thanks SIK to bring you guys together.

    Dear elisabeta, thank you for your information. I’ve just started Emperor of the Sea. The first episode impressed me already. I hesitated to watch this drama because my beloved Bae Soo Bin plays a villain role and Song Il Kook is not the first guy. It took me quite awhile to decide to watch it. Thank you for all suggestion from everyone here. It seems to be a good drama as well. SIK looks good from head to toe.

    Dear SIG, my birthday is July 10.

    Dear Ardent, Unlike Thailand. We don’t need a visa to go to Korea for a visit. BUT the Korean custom is very strict. If you are single (no matter if you go with a tour package), they will ask you a lot of questions. You need current work certificate from your country to proof that you won’t come to Korea as an illegal worker. So we think, having a visa may be better.

    Dear Kona, thank you for all news and photos as always. The meeting in Hawaii looks great and enjoyable. Very lively and colorful indeed. I can feel friendly atmosphere there.

    I hope to see the documentary of “Road for Hope” SIK section soon. But the way documentary is prepared may need more time to edit and compile. I’m so glad that SIK joined this activity. KBS also uploaded the 2011 Road for Hope program to YT. It was allowed in public for a short while then KBS made it private. Now, I’m so glad that KBS allowed us to watch it again. You can see some activities from this link (this one is Bae Soo Bin and Jin Gu section in Congo and Rwanda). I guess SIK would do similar activities like other Korean actors. Until then we just have to wait and see.

    Dear Kona Thank you for all photos and news. The photos of SIK presented the plaque to HKmom made my heart melted. He is so thoughtful and gentle. It is something I did not expect. So it was like a pleasant treat. This makes me love him more and more every day.

    Dear all SIKers, Love, love, love what SIK did in Africa. This guy certainly has great warm heart. Can't wait to see clips of his activities. I'm glad the guys I love have done great thing for others. BSB did the same last year. He was crying at the site and also in the studio when the program was on air. It would be interesting to see SIK in the show later on. Something to look forward to.

    Dear Ardent Thank you for sharing the old interview. I like the way he talked so straight forward about his personalities. Love him more and more. My friend told me that Lobbyist is a good drama. It's certainly in my watch-list this year.

    I did not manage to finish Hong Gil Dong. Can't survive even the first episode. I like Kang Ji Hwan, Jang Geun Sok and Sung Yuri but I don't like this drama at all. I'm the same, Jumong is the best historical drama (for me).

    I've been absent from this thread for a few days and there are so many things to catch up. You guys are so awesome!

    Dear Kona I feel so privilege to be the very first fan from Thailand here. Hope I'm not last one from my country. I think we have forum in Thai for SIK lovers. We are not good at English so we prefer to talk in Thai. For me, I like talking to people from other countries. There are so many interesting ideas and point of views to share. It is amazing that even though we are from different part of the world, but we share the same dream! Thank you SIK to bring us together.

    Thank you for all photos and clips. Love all of them. His photos at Jumong press conference (?) with specs are killing me! You've made me want to re-watch Junomg! But I will check out EoTS next. I've done with AMCG. OMG Michael King is so adorable. He made me stay up late until 3 a.m. on Saturday night!

    Dear jojoanna Glad to see you here as well. I also enjoy Iljimae. Lee Jun Ki performed so well. I also like the guy who played his father who raised him up. He is the guy who starts the story. I like this drama so much to watch it more than once. Jumong is certainly one of my favorites. As I mentioned, I watched it because of BSB and I captured a lot of scenes he is in. If I did the same thing with SIK, I may need a new hard disk! Glad to know that your JJH has accepted another sageuk drama. Something to look forward to.

    Dear all SIKers, the new version of Soompi forum took me 2 days to be able to access the thread. Thank you Gabi to help me out. I'm finally make it.

    Dear Kona, thank you for all the news and photos as always. I'm glad that SIK is doing good thing in Africa. I can guarantee that you will cry when you see the clips of his activity there. I've seen what other actors (Lee Byung Hun, Kim Sa Ranfg, Bae Soo Bin, Jin Goo,...) did in Africa for 'Road for Hope' or 'Love Request' by KBS. I was crying and so were those actors. I feel so proud of them at the same time. I'll feel the same way for SIK. He does not only have good look, he also has good heart.

    I love all photos of him with his fans. He is so friendly and close to them. At first I thought he would be very quiet and not so friendly. I was totally wrong! Sorry my dear SIK.

    Dear ardent thank you for suggesting some other dramas. I watched 49 Days, Secret Garden and Dream High last year and I like all of them. I could not finish You Are Beautiful. The story line is not so addicted towards the end. I could not watch Boys Pver Flowers and My Personal Taste. Just don't like the characters of the female leads. (my personal thought, don't be angry with me, ok?). I spent most of my time in the last few months in the last year watching Jumong. The drama did not disappoint me at all. I feel ashamed to watch it so late.

    Now I'm hooked with Michael King. Just finished EP 20 and I hope to finsih it this weekend. What next? I have to pick one of these choices, Emperor of the Sea, Crime Squad or

    Lobbyist. Any suggestion?

    Alex1999, welcome to our small, wonderful, warm and loving world! I'm pretty sure eventually you will start to realize that you're here not just because of SIK but because of all of these SIKers here as well. If you go back about 20 pages, you'll find out how each of us fell in love with SIK. I discovered him in A Man Called God and was head over heel falling in love with him :wub:. In the few begiinning episodes, I thought his face looks too bony but he has great facial features. I was drawn to his eyes and thought his acting great and thought he portrays the character MK so well. By about midway through the drama, I developed this strange and strong feeling for him, something I have never felt before. I was depresssed...maybe I was lovesick?.. then I ran into Kona and Ardent and here I am. I don't feel lovesick anymore...or maybe I just got used to that feeling so I don't notice as much. I watched all of his dramas now and half of them twice :D

    About BSB, I really like him too but no one can beat SIK. I really liked BSB after Temptation of an Angel and started to search for his dramas to watch because from TOAA, I could clearly his acting skill, it seems like he can take on any role since his role in Jumong is so different from TOAA.

    Dear charmy2 Sorry to cut your post. Thank you for sharing your feeling towards SIK. Now I'm watching AMCG and I agree that his face is bony but his face feature is great. His nose looks even more sharp with bony face. MK is just PERFECT! I did not expect him to play this role so well especially seducing women. His elegant clothes also suit him.

    Thank you for your kind words about BSB as well. I can understand that. No one can beat your number one guy. For me, only 4 guys can make my heart beat fast and hard. SIK is one of them!!

    Hi SIG I'm in my fourties (too old to mention :P ). I have one 12-year-old daughter. Thank you for your kind wish to her. Now I won't aim to study Ph D but I will try to study for professional cerificates related to my job. It would take some of my time as well. As a working mum, I've been very busy but I'll try to find some time for studying.

    Hi jojoanna, I'm so glad for the fans in Singapore. Jumong is a great drama that we must not miss. It was shown in Thailand a few years ago, just after it was on air in Korea. I did not watch it until last year. I just blamed myself that where had I been for the past years!!

    Dear Kona, such a symbolic video - but so short! He did so many many things in all these years (does he ever sleep?). I made this collage, 1998 vs 2012: nothing changed (same scripts, same routine) but on the other hand, there are 14 years of hard and successful work, on his way from an unknown extra-actor to international mega-star. So much work! So hard road!

I don't like to storyline when Vivian betrayed MK. She is too cruel. The way 2 villian guy and girl work together is a bit to common in Korean drama. Michael King is so awesome. Perhaps it is enough for me to watch it til the end.

    Yes, Once is love, forever in love. I'm the same, I did not have any interest in Korean drama or actor before until I fell for Lee Wan in 2004. I've been hooked with Korean dramas and Internet ever since. I did expect to be SIK fan either. I accidentally fell for him, and when I have that feeling, it will remain forever.

    I'm so happy to see this thread really active. Appreciated your contribution and sharing. I can feel friendship and warm environment here. You guys are ROCK!

    Now I'm at EP 12 of AMCG. Michael King looks better in every episode. Just a bit disappointment that the bad guy of CIS knew that he is Peterpan too early. I don't know how the story will be in the second half of the show. I just prefer the secret to be revealed near the end. Well, that's my own opinion. As long as SIK is there, I will keep watching it any way. I like the way the writer made the story progress in FF better.

    Dear SIG wish you success in your studying and get Ph D. I was thinking of studying for PhD when I studied for my Masters and I was single then. Now that I would save that money for my kid to study as much as she wishes instead. BTW, thank you for praying for me :)

    Dear hoonwoodjoon yeah, Michael King is a quiet gal catcher. He has warm heart, too. His scenes with HCY are awesome. However, I think his chemistry with Park Jin Hee in FF is better.

    I'm so glad that I fell for this guy. He is such a gentle warmhearted guy. Seeing him greeting his fans made my heart melted. He is one of an A-list actors but he is so down to earth. I must admit that I love him more and more every day.

    Dear Kona I agree with you about Michael King role in AMCG. He looks so great (and neat) from head to toe and in every angle. I have seen a few criticism about his look in this drama but I don't really agree with them. He looks better as the drama is progressing. I think I fell for Jumong, Muhyul, Ki Ho Tae and Michael King (as far as I have seen him). All of the roles he played are charming in different ways.

    For me, it is very hard to fall for someone. But if I love someone, my love will last forever. I can guarantee you that I will support our SIK forever. So I don't have many favourite actors. I love only 4 actors (Lee Wan, Kim Ji Hoon, Bae Soo Bin and now Song Il Kook).

    Thank you for your sharing. The clips of GeNtLe 10th anniversary are so awesome. I should have fallen for him earlier.

    Dear Ardent You have done great job. I really respect what you have done. I agree that we can re-marry but we have only one mother. As a mother, I know really well how precious our moms are.

    Dear SIG Yes, do enjoy your single life. You will never know, when you fall for someone, you might want to marry him straight away. If you do, I hope your future guy will be like SIK. I will also pray myself for my next life!!

    Dear all SIKers,

    I'm so glad that SIK will participate Road for Hope programme. Bae Soo Bin also went to Congo and Rwanda last year for this programme. I cried myself out when I saw the clips of their activities. All celebrities who joined this programme shed tears when they saw the hard lives over there. After seeing the clips, we sould not complain about our comfort lives here.

    I'm still hooked with charming Michael King. I can understand how hard SIK felt when he had to seduce a girl in this drama. I would be melted/fainted if MK is right in front of me.

    Dear ardent Thank you for your wonderful poem for Mother's Day. I'm also a mother of a 12-year-old girl. So I really know the feelings of being a mom and how hard & happy is.

    Dear Alex, wait a bit more in AMCG. When I started watching, I was shocked seeing my prince so thin, I was afraid he is ill or something - well, when he appeared on the beach with a surfing board .... oh-oh-oh!!! In next episodes he abandon that hair style so ... :wacko::crazy: , puts some meat on him (1-2 kg) and becomes ... wow!!! as you can see below:

    Hi gabisikfan Thank you for the awesome photo of Michael King. I love his role in AMCG. MK is so trendy and charming. When I saw him at first I thought he was too skinny and looked a bit unhealthy. Now I've just finished Ep 8. MK is looking better and better. Love his clean face without mustache. His hair looks strange but I can bear with it. Anything on him is fine. I wonder when and why MK fell for Jin Bobe. I expected some sexiness from HCY but I think I won't see it. Will it be kiss scene between them? I like them both.

    Dear all SIKers,

    Thank you again for your warm welcome. I've just tried the first Ep of "A Man Called God". Wow, SIK is so skinny and HOT. See his abs is just a big treat. But I prefer his face to be a bit bigger like present. I don't know which drama I should continue between AMCG or CS. Any advice? I'm still thinking of his roles in FF, KoTW and Jumong. They are all good.

    I've been catching up his news and photos from this thread slowly. Thank you for your sharing as always.

    Thank you for your warm welcome. I'm catching up SIK's projects slowly. I'm still stuck with Ep 3 of Crime Squad. I feel like re-run Jumong, KoTW and FF. They are all good. EoTS is also on my must watch list.

    Dear KonaBeans I don't agree with you about those pix from KoTW. SIK really looks handsome even he is in bad pain. I still remember that scene. I really adore his role as Muhyul. His acting is superb. His role in FF is great as well. FF is the best heartwarming drama I've seen. He has good chemistry with PJH.

    Thank you for the pix of him visit Myanmar in 2010. I wish he would come to Thailand some day. BTW, I'm from Thailand.

    Dear gabisikfan Thank you for the photo of SIK and BSB in EoTS. What a double treat to see both of my beloved guys on the same scene. I hesitated to watch EoTS since BSB plays a villain guy but I respect his decision to accept that role. Plus I heard that SIK's role is great there, so I will watch it for sure.

Now I've just realized that I have safed a lot of his photos. I just can't take him out of my mind no matter how hard I try. He will be in my mind, my heart forever...Once in love, forever in love.     Dear all SIK fans,

    I'm a new fan of SIK. However, I have watched quite a few of his dramas; Jumong, KoTW and FF. I must admit that I did not fall for him when I watched Jumong. I'm a fan of Bae Soo Bin so I watched Jumong late last year because of him. I really like Jumong so I decided to watch KoTW just because I would like to see the death of King Daeso. I fell for SIK from this drama. Even though Jumong has more screen time of SIK but I think his role in KoTW has more emotional scenes. I can't resist his charm as Muhyul. After KoTW, I decided to watch FF. OMG, he is so hot and cool. I really like the drama. I thought he would only look great in historical costume but I was totally wrong. He looks so handsome in FF. I really like his hair in particular. How can he look so young at the age of 40???? Now I'm watching Crime Squad. I would like to see his romance between SIK and SJH but I might be disappointed. However, his role in Crime Squad also suits him.

    I've been reading this thread quietly for a few weeks (also voted for him for April top hearted). You guys are so nice and friendly. Thank you for all your contribution. I just popped in to say hi and express my appreciation of your sharing. I don't have any news/photos of him to share though. I would like to get those from this thread hehehe. It would take me ages to catch up all 675+ pages. You guys are ROCK!

    I've finished it last week. Wow, it is full of twists. Bae Soo Bin is great and charming. I can accept the ending. It reflects reality. Anyone can not be with a guy from a family that kills her parents. It's understandable. It's such a pity for both of them. Hope Bae Soo Bin will have a new project as the main lead like this drama soon. I love him so much now.

    The only reason that I watch this drama is Bae Soo Bin. He is just a perfect man in this one. LSY is great. I never hate her at all. I've not finished it yet but I should be prepared for the sad/disappointed ending. Hope Bae Soo Bin will have a new project with him as a main cast like this drama.
