korea started with all the ulzzang thing.....after awhile different sites start to hold ulzzang contest and who ever wins is called an ulzzang but not offical ulzzang....you have ? to be korean to be called an offical ulzzang since korea was the one that did the contest thingy......

if you won a contest on sites that holds ulzzang contest you can call yourself an ulzzang but you'r not an offical or real ? ulzzang ....... your like a fake ulzzang but at the same time your not fake or real just in the middle.....

ulzzang has become an international (mostly asia) term for online-celeb/beauty contests. i guess since korea was the first to officially name this kind of contests..the term just carried on.. there really isnt a "real" or "fake". i mean, it can be any term. if we all decided to name it the "blahabljajdsfkhs" contest instead of "ulzzang"..then it might as well. know wat im saying?
