Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I went to Seoul two weeks ago and finally went to a salon to get a digi perm. At first I was still not sure if I should get a digi perm or just the regular magic straight...but after I saw thousands of korean girls with beautiful wavy hair I thought i should just give it a try and risk it. I already checked a lot a threads about good hair salons in Seoul, but most of the people either recommend really expensive brand hair salons or they don't know the name. But if you go to Seoul I think it wont be a big problem finding a salon who does it. On that day I went around Ewha and found a lot of hair salons. I also went into everyone of them to check out the price. Prices range from 30.000 (which is waaay too cheap...maybe they meant normal perm?!) - 90.000. I went to one that looked professional and only cost 50.000 won (Its in Eedae in front of Yes!APM ...but the one where you have to go down stairs not the big one). I think its a reasonable price.
One big problem as a non-korean is the language barrier. The ppl in the salon didnt speak english AT ALL. So when I asked for a digi perm they told me 50.000 ...but in the end it turned out they thought i meant the normal perm...the digi perm is more expensive (70.000 -- but since it was their fault they agreed to 50.000 ...so i was lucky haha). I had to sit for three hours which was absolutely no problem ...I just slept.
So it's really not that hard as it sounds. And the end product is just <3. I love my new hair. I loveeee my curls. I would do it again, no question. So here are some pictures:That's my hair before the perm xD

I got my digital perm on Monday at HK. The salon is call Mikami Salon.
My hairstyler is Jay. OMG, he's very gentle and he takes his time doing your hair. He's really great. Ask for Jay if anyone goes there for a perm. He's off on Thursday.

He also thin out my hair because it would look puffy if I didn't.

Wow, Finally went through 30 pages and I reaaaally would love those curls on my hair.
