1) could be because of the new, unnecessary new features, especially that little bar at the bottom. rawr. it bugs me even if i hide it.
2) this is only for the korean celeb photos forum and maybe it only applies to me, but it's a reason i stopped going to soompi as much. before all the upgrades, the only forum i went to on a daily basis was the kceleb photos, because they had news, and photoshoots and such. but now, practically the entire first page is filled with official thread this, official thread that. i don't see the point of these official threads, and i think it's a possible reason as to why there are less posts. if you had a brand new topic about a certain event, lots of people are going to discuss it. but if you have news posted in only the official threads, only the FANS will see it. there are plenty of people who don't care enough to go check each individual official thread for news/pictures. now, there's barely any discussion/news topics in that forum. and if there are, you probably won't be able to see it cause honestly, all i can see when i go there is official picture thread official picture thread official picture thread.

On Win Win Kim Tae Hee said that she would want to introduce TAEYEON to her younger brother Lee Wan. They asked her to pick a girl entertainer and she picked taeyeon because she sings well and her personality seems to be good.

Soshi's first concert in Taiwan sold out in 90 minutes for 10,000 tickets!
Taiwan's sones are very frustrated because the online ticket system totally crashed.....another batch of tickets (2,000) went on sale offline was gone in two hours.
Superdome (the company that's organizing this event) is currently negotiating w/ SM to add another concert.
