The last time I was this crazy over a korean drama was moon lovers. Really love dramas where the male lead is fiercely protective over the female lead
. This show also made me turn into a lee seung gi fan. He’s looking mighty fine.

Watched the sbs version and it was executed waaaaaay more beautifully than the international version. The sbs version made me come to an acceptance and gave me enough closure.
We can see that even after WS became king, his love and affection towards HS remained unchanged. When no eyes are looking, their behavior and actions returned to when they were still carefree (sort of, at least during Mu's reign). At least he knew that HS has left him a beautiful and adorable child, who will visit him from time to time to give him the comfort that he needs.
Goodbye eclipses, it was indeed a sad journey. However, for myself at least, i was able to smile towards the end of the episode thanks to the beautifully shot piggyback scene.
All in all, thanks to scarlet heart ryeo, the character WS will forever have a piece of my heart.. a piece that my boyfriend / future husband can never own in this lifetime (MUAHAHA)

i think we're all frustrated because you gave us the expectation that there will be a happy ending. Our high expectations gave us mega huge disappointments. Don't promise us things that you can't deliver! I demand a happy special episode NAOOOOOO -

This is just my speculation but i think:
1. For the still cut where GJ is touching his scar, he is thinking about HS after her death, cause she was the only one who was allowed to touch his face/scar.
2. For the piggyback scene, it's highly probable that it's a flashback of GJ on his deathbed many years later.. because even after all those years, GJ still misses HS so much.. she has always been deeply etched in his heart n mind. In the cdrama version, when the 4th prince passed away, he also envisioned ruoxi dancing in a red dress. This is the same for king taejo. When he passed away, all he thought of was his one and only love, lady oh.
