I was REALLY pumped to watch the 6th movie (since it was my favorite book) but the movie was NOT up to expectations >_< I'm expecting great things out of this one lol

Awwwwwwww! I feel like the only person in the world that still had hope for Luo Xi and Xia Mo to end up together in the end =(
Even though this story was based off a manga, I avoided it to stop myself from reading spoilers lol =P but now I'm super sad about the ending!!
I thought it'd be a story about her finding a new love and all that jazz... and I felt that Luo Xi had a more tragic story that deserved another person by his side T___T sigh* oh wells...
It's still a really great story though ^^'' It was constantly moving and never got boring! I think 14 eps is just enough because any more and I would've thought it was too slow or draggy haha =P so I don't mind it. I just didn't like how Ou Chen never smiled much while Luo Xi always felt like he was faking his feelings sigh* but I guess that's part of their character and it can't be helped.
WAHhhhhhhhh! Just super upset about the ending couple and I know everyone else was rooting for Ou Chen so I'll shut up =X lol Still a great watch though so I recommend it to everyone ^^'' I'm just a weirdo that liked the wrong guy T_T

A sequel?! REALLY?!?!? I'm really not sure what to think X__X
I honestly thought the story ended at a good place and being my favorite t-drama of all times, I really don't want them to ruin this for me >=( rawr!
But a sequel without the main lead? I don't know how well that'll go =( I'm REALLY anxious to see Jimmy Lin in action again >=) hehe* total hotness again?! I'm so excited!!
But I'm still a mixed bag about how I feel... we'll see how this goes if it pulls through.

Well i'm not exactly young either (26) and i still like reading them :blush: . I think that isn't going to change for a long time because they have in a way become a part of my life and while reading them i remember the feelings i had when i was younger.

The hints that would be given to a friend rather than an acquaintance would be that they are more strong than subtle in order to differentiate our hints from interest and kindness out of friendship.
'Always being there' usually gets considered as a subtle hint because its usually taken for granted or taken as kindness but in my opinion is actually a big hint from guys because guys who are interested want to be viewed as reliable by the person they are interested in. So that's one "subtle" hint.
Another hint would be that they are suggestive about their plans. They may tell you their plans and describe it being a solo event. Feel free to offer him your company then as he may be subtly hinting this.
Also, during a conversation, see if he is trying to fish out information about whether or not your single. He may want to know if your tied down or have the green light to make any advancements. Although be sure that he isn't asking for someone else's behalf.
If you mention going out with a friend, he will automatically assume its a girl and vocally inform you of his assumption in order to see if you deny it and mention a potential boyfriend or competition. Eg. "I wanted to go eat sushi after playing pool yesterday but my friend didnt want to.
" "Oh why not? Is she allergic or something?"Thats all I could think of for now...
Thanks a lot ^^ Actually now that you mention it, i can see some these hints, altho it's still really hard to distinguish friendship from actual LIKING.
We're pretty close in the sense that he knows when I'm "dating" someone or when I have potential interests. He never has to reconfirm... altho I think he thinks I like someone which is a reason he never brought it up.

I used to think that I was pretty good at picking up guy signals. When a guy likes me, I can usually tell by the way he talks to me... and most of the times I'm right unless we end up walking down the "friend" route and he gives up and I never know! har har =P
However, I was wondering what kind of "signals" or "hints" guys would give if they're trying to be more subtle? Are these hints different if you liked a FRIEND rather than just an acquintanence?

I bought a Sony VAIO 3 years back for university (turns 3 years old in August haha!).
I wouldn't recommend it, since it's super slow and takes forever to load and junk... but it's sturdy and it hasn't blanked out/died on me yet =)
I download a lot of crap (I don't use BT though), and I use it as my main and only computer so 3 years and running is pretty good in my books ^^ I've also dropped it at least 5 times now and it's still OK! OH! but battery dies within 2 hours if I don't plug it in under high performance.
Since I never turn it off either (bad habit >_<) so it overheats alot... but it just gets SUPER hot, doesn't die ^^
I also have a Samsung netbook which I love =) It's only Windows XP though and I only use it because it's small and light for class. Besides that, I wouldn't recommend buying one =P

Wow... lots of spoilers lol =P Luckily, I'm pretty good at skimming and besides reading "Worst season finale EVER! everywhere, I'm not even near seasons 3/4 lol =P So no comment.
I started watching Skins earlier this week and dug this thread out from the grave to just say how SURPRISED I am =O GAH!!
It's pretty damn good so far!! ^O^
I'm so excited to start season 2... I already watched the first ep of season 2 and I'm anxious to see what happens next =X Although it's not like OMG ADDICTING MUCH WATCH type of feeling, I think it does a good job with how real each character is. I can't relate, but I can empathize and I'm pretty emotionally attached to some of the characters now =)
I hated Tony at the beginning... he was pretty much your average jerk, but now I pity him a lot =(
Maxxie is too sweet for words ^^ hehe* I'm interested in his storyline later on...
I love love LOVE Cassie and Sid =) They're SO ADORABLE you have no idea! I think even if the show fell apart, I would still watch just to see how they end up =3 I really like them lol
Chris is interesting too, I'm waiting to see what happens with Angie
Michelle is turning into such a weak character. I can see why... but I liked it better when she had a grip on herself and I wish she wasn't so easily influenced.

Ya, it should be finished in the next 2 months or so. The anime/manga are suppose to end at the same time...
Considering that the anime is 63 eps long? There's only about 11 episodes left. That's roughly less than 3 months ^^ So 2 more chapters! yay! =)
I don't read the manga fyi but I'm watching the anime every weekend so I'm super excited >=)

I actually go to Mangafox too >_> but sometimes they're a little slower on updates so I've stopped going for awhile now.
People can try www.onemanga.com instead =) I like it and it's very organized and clean. I think the only thing I DON'T like is the smaller selection and the fact that you can't maximize the whole manga spread/pictures =( but it's faster and less messy imo.
The only manga I've been reading recently are as follows:

Shugo Chara Encore! (Altho, no sight of Amu yet... but it SEEMS like just a collection of side stories of the aftermath, for all those interested =P it's all romance and cute stuff so far hehe* love chapter 1!!)

The latter 2 are probably the only ones that update consistently and their stories are actually DECENT and not draggy/stalled =) I dropped a few (Dance in the Vampire Bund, Black Bird etc.) mainly because their stories are slowing and don't update very often T_T poooo...

is anyone going to waterloo on april to write the admission assignment for accounting co-op:?
I wrote the stupid AFMAA when it was first administered in 2007 =P haha! It was quite the interesting experience since all the students applying and the staff administering it, both didn't know what to expect X_X Good luck though =) I wrote mine in January (Or Feb?) cuz I had to take time off school and drive there and blah.... =P

is Laurier 2nd year, not double though. /: Just business.

I finished HIMYM in like 2 weeks O_O and now I'm caught up to date with all the episodes =)
TBH, I found the series more fun and funnier in the earlier seasons.
Now... I think they're running out of material and they're just creating situations out of no where for no reason >_<
I hope they just finish the series soon because it's getting the point that there's nothing much more to talk about =P

Just started this series last Monday and I can't believe I blazed through 3 seasons in less than a week O_O The last time I finished something so fast was Gossip Girl LOL =P
