Joseph has been busy!! Love it! :)
He films one work after another. Not sure he has time to rest, and I feel bad about being so happy with having so many shows to watch, but so happy that it shows that he's in demand.
Wish he lands more endorsements deals too.

Aside from the nagging character and kind of toxic relationship haha, I still like this drama a lot!! I usually don’t watch historical dramas - if it has to be a costume drama, then I prefer wuxia. I am a wuxia fan! However, I love the whole chivalry notion of courting and protecting women - his character was good!! He was snobbish at first, but then he was so in love with her, it melts my heart!! I didn’t like the other costume drama - Rebirth for you, even though I think Shunxi suits the historical roles very well!! I first know him from Heavenly Sword so that image got stuck!! I have seen his other modern dramas, but I still prefer him in the historical ones!!
I saw them doing the video chat - he was super playful with her!! Can’t wait for this drama to air and hit the internet. I am not Chinese so relying on the mercy of subtitles!!

Love them in the historical drama. Yes, her role was a bit nagging, but if that’s how the was written or how the director wanted the role to be portrayed, then it’s not her fault!!
Other than Joseph’s lip service needs to be more pouty, they had great chemistry. They looked natural together!!

Would love to have a decent remake of the Return of the Condor Heroes. I watched some newer versions, and they were disappointing. At least the Legend of the Condor Heroes has the 2017 version, which I thought was nicely done.
And regardless of what people say about the 2019 version of the Heavenly Sword... I thought Joseph Zeng did the a decent job, never understood why people were so cruel in their criticism. Those 2 remakes are my favorite remakes so far.
I am a Jin Yong fan - even read the books, not just watching the drama - and I wish they would remake other works as well and not just this trilogy.
