I have just joined the soompi but I am unable to create new topic. I have Just came across to something that says post 5 replies to get promoted and to start to create a new topic.

 

Is it right?

There are 500 topics made about this problem, no need to make another one and read the FAQ!

But this should be notified at the time of registration.
