    What's really bothering me is that, we know SYJ has a lot of friends in the venue, (Gyo Ho Jin, Kim Hye Soo etc) who she could've greeted or had a small talk after the ceremony. I mean between her and HB, she's the sociable one, right?

     

    But she didn't mind to be sociable that night and just clung to HB after the show.

However, wonder if it was in an agreement not to have as much full shots of them. Normally you would have the camera focus on both of them on stage while they are both accepting the award and making their speeches. The camera person chose to focus on the person making the speech instead. I found that decision of filming interesting. And they immediately zoomed out to a full shot of the audience once they were done their speech. We barely got to see them leave the stage lol.

     

    What the director planned, we'll never know. The behind the camera photos from different media outlets were very limited too.

    The saddest part really was their decision to not let any audience watch inside the venue, also the limited space they gave for the red carpet. Basically they literally didn't gave us a chance to have juicy contents haha. The same reason why people had extreme assumptions from the minimal contents we saw. Unfortunately. 

     

    They could have at least allow 3 fan members per artist to give support. Lol. But anyway, it is what it is.

    With all the noise after BAA, I just hope and pray now that V/@st or MS/Te@m would not release any denial statements again. It would totally ruin everything from my point of view. :(  I'm leaning on them being quiet even though the rumors are still there and us fans still keeping the faith for these 2 lovebirds

    Hey guys! I'm sure these articles has been shared here previously. Many shippers were delighted to see these and said how powerful BinJin are as the media put a spotlight on them rather than the actors with major awards.

     

    And this is in my opinion, one of the reasons why they had keep their actions discreetly. They knew, even if they have denied the dating rumors countless times in the past, the rumors didn't really died down. Because of the obvious ofc. Just look how a "popularity" award made headlines. Avid fans/shippers were not the only ones who were on stand by for new contents from Binjin. We can basically say that ALL EYES WERE ON THEM. 

     

    It's too much pressure already and for sure they truly respect the other attendees to steal the thunder from anyone. So please. For the love of God. Please stop with the cold comments. HB and SYJ are humans too. They can be exhausted too.  

     

    Speaking of. I just feel sorry for HB's stylist. You cannot blame her if she turned off her comments section because of the pressure from some shippers scrutinizing all the details. I would also do the same if I were her. I mean there's nothing wrong to comment, but please, be responsible enough before you type in anything. Some comments are just cringe worthy really. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK. 

     

    And lastly, I truly respect JHI but please stop comparing him to HB and say that JHI is more caring towards SYJ. They are two different individuals for goodness sake. I just can't believe what I've been reading on IG lols.

     

    IMHO, HB respects SYJ as a powerful independent woman. And I truly believe this is one of her traits that made HB fall for her :wub: Its actually heart fluttering for me, the moment YJ climbed on the stairs and his eyes were carefully watching her feet from behind. I'd take that small gesture rather than seeing them faking everything. With the holding hands etc.

     

    So yeah. I just want to let this out because I've been reading alot of negative comments towards HB. He's such a bear to be hated. I just want to hug him with all my might but I'm not SYJ, so I can just wish. :lol:

Compare to actor and actress who is not in special relationship with their costar they will show their friendly side casually. Or if they have to milk away their on screen popularity so that more articles will come out on media just to make their name keep being mention. 

    My conclusion is son yejin and hyunbin are in their llate 30s going 40s soon they don't need this kind of attention by selling their relationship to stay relevant in the entertainment industry. 

    There are so many thing they most probably have learn from other actor+actress couples who couldn't last longer after all the media play about their relationship (being sweet openly).  I won't name those couples here. You guys can Google it to find out the list.

    The fact that it was televised, local and international media were watching closely, it totally made sense why their actions yesterday seems a bit discreet to each other.

    That photo of SYJ and JHI talking for me was 2 colleagues catching up because its been a long time since they saw and talked each other. JHI obviously kept the social distance to YJ. HB and SYJ don't need to catch up with each other. Because they do it regularly. LOLs

    Exactly. I've checked out other SK celebrity couples in the past. Even married celeb couples. Its not really in their nature to show affection especially on big events where they knew a lot of media were present.

     

    They're behavior yesterday was similar to CLOY presscon, Lots of cameras so they tried their best to act as if they're not that close.

    But again, the smirks, shared laughs, the stealing glances just proved to me that NAHH its just their ploy. AS USUAL lols

    Hey guys! Just wanna share my thoughts here because I can't talk to anyone I personally know cause they obviously wouldn't understand my shipper heart. lol

     

    Yesterday was definitely a whirlwind of emotions to a lot of us. We were very excited due to alot of reasons.

    We were so happy CLOY got a lot of nominations for this year's Baeksang Awards. We have to understand that it was a great honor for the drama to be nominated. I mean how many K-Drama is being released in a year? But then CLOY was one of the dramas who bagged quite alot. And from what I read, Baeksang is like counterpart of the Golden Globes in the US so I'm pretty aware this was huge. Being nominated was huge for all the actors, writers, directors, etc.

     

    I admit, I don't watch a lot of K-drama. I watch more of western tv shows and animes actually. But living in the PH, I was pretty aware how SK established their TV and Film industry. It was years of hard work and dedication. And the quality of their works has evolved to a very much higher level to the point that they've been recognized internationally (Parasite). I have not seen any of CLOY's co-nominated shows, but based from what I've read, esp Stove League and When The Camellia Blooms, all of these has really good reviews also. Which makes me decide to watch these dramas. What's really interesting to K-dramas/films nowadays is how they are now more open to tackle some social issues in their story lines. I have nothing but high respect for them, honestly. 

     

    Now moving to our OTP, I must also admit, I was one of those who was expecting to see them arrive together at the red carpet. Be sweet and all that jazz. I think, weeks of anticipation really made us thought that way. Some of us, and I think a lot of international shippers felt that our agony was neglected by our OTP. It really saddens me how some shippers expressed their disappointments from the awards, and most esp, on BINJIN's actions yesterday. In my opinion, the fact that Baeksang pushed their show amid Covid-19 pandemic and Binjin confirmed their attendance was a huge blessing already. I remember few months ago when people were worried if its really gonna happen, and it finally happened yesterday. Not to mention a week before the event, reports of new Covid cases in SK increases I was worried they might cancel the ceremony, but hey, the show still went on.

     

    Lastly, and I learned to finally accept this just yesterday haha. Binjin are South Koreans after all. They're strictly conservative. Showing affection in public is like a mortal sin and we have to accept that reality. Yes, we international fans are open minded but its in their culture, South Koreans value their culture. Its just the way it is. Its how their life works and we have to also respect that. They are after all, professional artists.

     

    Apologies if this burst the bubble for some, but I think some really expected way too high yesterday. High expectations truly leads to disappointments. Every shipper must know that.  I've been into other ships in the past that's why I've learned this the hard way.


    Nevertheless, the glances are way too precious to invalidate it. The laughs and smirks are still giving me the same kind of electricity I needed to keep this ship from sailing. So yeah. BINJIN PA DIN hahahahahahahha 

     

    A lot of good photos yesterday but this one is my most favorite. Because we knew, HB was staring at the giant screen where SYJ was being focused. :wub:

    ONE DAY TO GO :D

     

    Have you guys tried to open the JBTC page on VLive? Lots of fans expressing their excitement to see mostly Binjin.

    The anticipation is very high, I'm pretty sure the show would also push Binjin to attend. Lol. I mean that would mean high ratings, right. 

     

    We literally haven't heard from them post-CLOY (aside fr HB's brief Metrostyle interview), so Baeksang would be the perfect venue to show appreciation for all the love and success of CLOY.

    Hmm interesting. I mean with Baeksang coming this Friday and they just updated their website is quite intriguing to me...

    As a shipper, Im not really the type to assume but with what you just said I feel like this is a hidden gem
