Naeun posted the following insta story today:
I think this panda is alluding it to be somehow related to Hayoung but for reasons too sensitive to discuss here out of respect for pandas, I will just say that I don't think it's about Hayoung at all. I think it's about Taemin. So, without getting into any unrelated discourse, here are my 3 reasons why I immediately thought of Taemin:
1. It was his birthday yesterday, but posting it then might have made it too obvious.
2. "You know it too, the best things in the world are worth waiting for." Who is Naeun so obviously waiting for? Who else but Taemin?
3. "Miracle of a Rainy Day" we all know that Taemin is called a Rain God by fans right? Even he always laments how he brings rain with him everywhere he goes - we got some forever iconic performance stages from it, like when it only started raining during Taemin's Move performance at 2018 Dream Concert and stopped immediately afterwards. Rain is also a common motif used in his music videos and lyrics. The second I saw "worth waiting for" + "rain", it hit me like a freight train.
But I will welcome all differing views! It's been a long time since we've gotten any obvious hints from them like this one.

So I was reading a post on another forum about wgm.
I saw a interesting comment talking about how shippers are delusional and that it was well known within the fandom that Taemin was dating a non celebrity during that time.
Honestly i don’t believe that taemin was in a relationship and then at the same time go on a show to play lovey- dovey with someone else (even if it was for a show) It doesn’t make sense especially during that time where he was very busy.
Curious, has someone ever hear about him dating a non celeb during wgm

Naeun leaving PlayM is a smart choice. When it comes to her solo career, she is going to get more opportunities elsewhere than in PlayM.
I hope she opens a new YouTube channel. Wishing her the best in her new journey and looking forward to her new activities in the future.

- I had to go back page by page of this thread and read through it again quickly to collect all the hints. Good thing I already did the first part before up to June - this was just me updating it from July-December! I think it's something this forum thread simply needs because Taeunians forget hints and coincidences after a short while and then start doubting Taeun over and over again, which starts to irk many ppl so this should be a nice refresher ;p

Something clear is he always mention that he “dated” in elementary school when he admits he has dating experience - as a cover up for his current dating life (like he did in radio star).
Before wgm his answer is always the same, admitting he’s a motae-solo but after wgm he gives different answer every time & started to mention about he dated in elementary school. I’m sure he still remembers wgm and naeun. In my opinion the reason why he said that he has no dating experience is to avoid people digging into his current relationship, but his actions are way too obvious that he’s lying. Just look at the Ellen show video he’s clearly panicking and lied.
You’re right, sometimes he says one thing but his body language says something different. The way he always awkwardly mention how he dated in elementary school just makes it even more obvious that he is using that as a cover up. It’s kinda sad that he has to do that but very understandable. I mean even though Taemin is a private person, he even said that fans don’t like to hear him talk about his dating life, so because of that he just doesn’t.
I hope that in the future he just doesn’t care about those kind of fans and can talk about his dating experience whenever he want but can also share that as an artist.

I was watching SuperM “as we wish”, where Taemin and Lucas were selling flowers.
And that customer told them he has no dating experience and Taemin responded with “we are the same” but with a awkward body language and smiling face he always does and Lucas just looked at him like Sure Taemin.
I think Taemin probably forgot he admitted on radio star he has dating experience .Also Taemin was asking the customer if he also wrote a love letter.
Baekyun then told Taemin, “ I can feel you’re years of experience here”.I just thought that part was very interesting, he definitely has a lot of experience because he was so cheesy, the usually awkward Taemin but at the same time romantic and very thoughtful lmao and Baekhyun saying that was just kinda bold.
Idk what do you think Baekhyun meant with that, was there some truth in that or was he just being sarcastic/joking.

Let’s say Taemin and Naeun were in a on/off relationship during that time. I don’t think Naeun is that kind of person that would be dating someone else just because she is in a on/off relationship.

I saw a shawol saying it’s not about that Ship, implying it’s not about Taeun. So like you said it indeed could be about Yooa or someone else but since kshawols are hidden it really well to protect him. Its not very clear what it’s about. I am suprised because he normally doesn’t speak up about things like this, so I hope it just goes away and SM also protects him. Because he obviously was upset about that rumor.

If this person is deleting their account and is not supporting Taeun that’s on them and that person has the right.But if they are not supporting because of that wax thing then I find that a bit stupid. First of all many shawols have not even heard of that supposedly controversy whatsoever but I guess korean fans did because SM has removed that part and put the edited vlive version on YouTube.
But it’s very obvious that some fans from the other SuperM members are the ones hating on him and always have been from the start because he is the main singer, dancer, center and that is something they just don’t like and at this point these haters are looking for anything to hate about and are just trying to stir something up so that they can create rumors about him.
I just don’t like that people are so quick to judge and assume Taemin has a horrible personality or manners because he poured a little wax on the carpet. Like really, he probably wasn’t even thinking while doing that and it’s just something innocent. I am just glad it didn’t blow up because knetz are something else.
Again people can support or not, it doesn’t matter but if they are all of the sudden stop supporting Taeun because of that and automatically assume and believe that he is this kind of bad person they make him out to be because of something that’s is not even worth being called a controversy. Then i am so glad they are not supporting him or Taeun anymore and good riddance. That’s all, Sorry for my rant.

I feel the same way. Some shawols have been complaining about this and I kinda agree with them. A lot of times Taemin and Naeun are always on the twitter search. I understand that it can be annoying for some fans who just wanna support Taemin and his music. Some people also tag Taemin and Naeun in there instagram post, I find that also too much. You can support them but do that without tagging them both. It’s just create unnecessary attention to both of them and us.

I don't know who is Yooa so I searched her, she's pretty and talented too. Is this the end of Taeun? I mean I will support whoever Taemin or Naeun end up with.
Someone supposedly saw Yooa, Taemin and his manager at a cafe in Cheongdam. That person said that they could not have been dating because they appeared to be really awkward towards eachother. So probably first meeting?
So if this is true and the person really saw them. Then like many others, I believe they had a work related meeting. Taemin in his whole career has never been caught on a date with someone else and even if he was dating I don’t think he would be that careless to just meet up in a public place. He was also with his manager, so I believe that cafe in cheongdam may have been the cafe in SM building. Like how Twice members met Taemin at SM for there collab. Anyways we will probably see if Yooa will have a dance related collab with Taemin in the future for his new album or other projects. Honestly I would not think much of it then just work related.

I really like when Taemin does instagram live. I wonder if Naeun would ever do a instagram live. It would be nice to interact with her but also see a different side of her where she can talk freely to her fans because she is very reserved and laid back. I listen to Apink and of course as a Taeun fan I know Naeun but I don’t follow her as closely as I follow Taemin. I don’t know i wonder why she doesn’t do them maybe too shy or afraid there would be too many people mentioning Taemin. I am just very curious!

they asked something probably about a guy to naeuns male friends one of them said Taemin right in front of Naeun hahahahhahahhaha she started laughing and got very shy and her fans laughed and screamed to hahahahahahah wth even her male fans think that she's with taemin i guess btw i recorded everything so i actually have a video of that moment but I don't know where to share it

I think Naeun does has the potential to release a solo album. She has this very mysterious aura on stage that attracts a lot of people. She is maybe not the strongest vocalist, but neither are sunmi, hyuna etc but the girl can still sing( her solo santa baby, she improved a lot) and she has a sweet voice. Like how SHINee are releasing solo albums, would be very interesting to see Apink members releasing solo music too.

Her fans only saw her once a while through cf, photoshoot and her social media. That’s different from her main job. Her last drama was last year and her new drama is going to be in 2023.
I mean the way she left it was just kind of sad because she got a lot of backlash before leaving. What I meant maybe she is just telling her fans to wait a little longer before we see her on the screen again and when she is more active in her new career.
