Fans on DC gallery/Korean buyers of the dvd, individually sent an email with payment prove as attachment to the agency. For you who bought the dvd and has access to fancafe can see the template letter and email address. Or maybe we can send a private message to instagram cos it's easier in hoping that they will see it.

About the blueray/dvd, at the beginning the drama production team didn't have a plan to release it. No plan at all. But the fans on DC Gall begged them to produce blueray/dvd. The production team made many excuses and fortunately the production team has a new drama and they used it as a strong excuse. LUTYN DC gallery had to make petitions, they made postcards with some kind a letter written on it and they were sent in boxes. They had to design the postcards and boxes, collected money for the production and sent them to the drama production team. Even after they received the petitions the production team was still reluctant to produce the blueray/dvd. A representative from DC Gall had to attend many meetings with production team representatives to convince them that many fans want the blueray/dvd. Sometimes they were desperate because the feedback from production team was not positive. After lots of meeting and finally they agreed but it can't be produce right away because they are so busy right now. Not until few days before the preorder closed, they came with a good news that fans request for commentary has been approved by the 2 lead actors.
Actually, we International fans owe a lot to the korean fans. They worked so hard so that the drama team would produce the blueray and dvd. And as bonus we will also have 2 lead actors and director commentary and not long a go the writer also agreed to include original script.
Edit:
I remember the production team also said they probably can not make the director cut coz the director is busy and also no bts coz no one has time to edit it. So originally it supposed to be the drama in dvd format only.
PS: AJ and NG never did commentary for their drama. This would be their first time.
So ng and aj don't have to be very close behind the scenes because the producers are not going to release DVD

@delusionalsquid LUTYN is a magical drama. The chemistry is so strong and natural, thanks to AJ and NG. I too enjoy the drama and will wait for the director cut, hidden bts, and the commentary.
