I wonder why didn't the company do a red carpet screening with Midnight Runners like Battleship Island promotion. It's not that I complain with a lot of sighting and pictures of KHN promoting his movie  it's just I think it would create more buzz thus a bigger impact of marketing for the movie.. just a lowly opinion of mine...

Anyway, can't wait to see him guesting in Running Man!

I am so happy that more of her CF out! She is just so effortlessly cute! I just want to give her a big hug! I don't know if anybody can resist her charm, but if somebody does, they must be half made of rock. This explain why all male leads that ever do project with her always end up being soo affectionate to her. A very lovely person indeed! 

I wonder what kind of role does she want to play next. 

I read somewhere that Yeon Jin Goo is being offered a role in a drama with Lee Yeon Hee. I wonder how will PBY feels about this. But reading the drama plot further, I dont think the heroine role is suitable for her, unless if they are going to modify the role's age into something younger than 31.

@willowmyst @mei1209 It is such a pity that they didnt get to do a movie together, but I am pretty sure its not because he doesn't want to act with PBY. He had lots of projects that year, I think it was 5 movies and Scarlet Heart on the top of it.. and it's maybe also because the movie with PBY was on melodrama category, I mean even PBY is a little wary about taking melodrama because she has never experienced the grief of being hurt by someone you love dearly. But I don't know though, I am just listing other possibilities since I still want to hopeful about them to do movie or drama together.

First time commenting on this thread, hello everybody  

Just want to say that Kang Ha Neul is such a gem! Such a sweetheart and ray of sun shine! Watched some of his movies and bewitched! I believe one rom-com lead role will definitely bring this thread to have more than 200 pages in a flash (just because rom-com seems to have a wider audience also shippers power).

Hope to hear news of him for new project. Hopefuly he'd say yes to Dog or Witch, but Bad Guys 2 is such an awesome opportunity to be missed too!

@willowmyst I am very happy to see that the new CF is out! She looks so gorgeous here with the white dress! 

I wanted to gush and talk about her too, but honestly its really hard to be actively talking about her when there is very little news, almost no news on her. I am a silent lurker in the other forum because I am not so much of a shipper (no strong heart to bear the fact if the ship sink hahaha), but reading so much comment about her is very fun!

But right now I am trying to patiently wait for 1st of June promised V Live. I was melting to know that she actually read her fan messages, I don't know about other celebrities, but I think it is very rare for them to read their fan letters thoroughly. She is just so precious. It's just too bad that I don't know hangul nor speak korean that I can't interact with her on V Live or reading interviews first-hand in Korea.

Thats what I also thought! I am very upset if thats really the case. I keep wondering when does PBY's contracts finished. But judging from PBY's personality, it seems like she will stay with this current agency   (could be wrong since I dont know her ersonally and only judging through what I see on screen)

 

Like today I read an article about a rookie actor who got advices from Song Joong Ki and Park Bo Gum about acting because they are in the same agency and those two happen to be his seniors. I was thinking how good it is if only PBY is in an agency with some more senior actresses or even same aged actress. She would have a lot more people to talk about acting with which would make things a little easier for her.. (I remember she talked about having no celeb friends to talk about acting with and how she envy Kwang Soo for having a squad)

Why do you think Park Bo Mi is now in the same agency? Is it because there was a lot if pic of her with Hongwon Choi (presumably PBY's manager)?

I saw an article around 2012 said that she renewed hef contract with this current agency. How long does a contract within actor/agency usually last??

I was looking into Park Bo Young's agency, Fides Spatium, they seem to have only 2 actor including Park Bo Young.. and the other actor doesnt seem to be known at all. His project are mainly almost the same project as PBY's. Wondering if PBY's lack of project is due to their incapability.. They dont even have a proper website.

I also remember how PBY said in an interview that OMG and SWDBS are projects that her company discouraged her to do because they think PBY isnt capable of the role.. I mean what kind of agency bringing down their own actress??

I am having a hard time dealing with PBY obsession at the moment. Everytime I watch a drama now, I keep thinking that PBY should have do this or that role. Like atm I am watching Ruler of The Mask but I kept thinking on how nice if it is PBY paired with Yoo Seung Ho. 

I read somewhere recently that Kang Ha Neul is considering a rom com drama offer atm, the drama is going to be about a vet-doggie-dog owner blind heiress. Right after I read the news, I cant help but imagining PBY doing a rom com with KHN when there is no news of PBY being offered anything at all. 

What an annoying fans I have become

@penelop3 Park Bo Gum is only 3 years younger though, just like Jisoo. I actually would be very excited if I see her on screen with Bogum! Its going to be cuteness explosion!! Doesnt have to be a drama, a CF or an MV with PBG is enough! Hahaha

Aside from Bogum, I think Park Seo Joon, Ryu Jeon Yol, or Im Ju Hwan would be good on screen. Ji Chang Wook and her were good in Speed's MV! Oh, Lee Seung Gi's army release is this year right? Did I mention Yoo Seung Ho?

Hang on, maybe you were thinking of Yeon Jin Goo when you said too young, PBY asked him for numoreous times to act together in melo and he is 7 years younger. I am also not sure about this pairing, she has baby face and I saw them together on stage as MCs the 7 years gap doesnt show at all. They both seems shy and cute actually hahaha

I couldnt picture her with Super Junior Siwon paired on screen though (just a random thought).

I tried to find similar theme in all her projects and female empowerment is probably the most obvious theme; from Hot Young Bloods, The Silenced, You Call It Passion, SWDBS. The only movies of her that I havent watched is Dont Click since its horror - me no horror please and Collective Invention (giant fish on the land?... eerr). 

Btw, does anybody know what happen with her supposed movie Your Wedding with Kang Ha Neul? By now I figured the project is pretty much gone at the bottom of the sea, but whhhyyyy?!?! 
She and Kang Ha Neul would make a great onscreen couple!

Indeed! Nothing sad, I cried so much while watching We Kids, just too beautiful. It has a healing effects especially when you are stressed or under pressure. Their innocence is too beautiful.

I hope it wont be too long too! I also noticed that, I remember that she also said in one article that she likes a project where the girl isnt treated as an object. I think this also could be one of the reason why she isnt in too many project as this case is very common in drama's plot.

Kang Ha Neul rejected the offer and since then no news has been heard. I agree on how PBY-KHN would make a great on screen couple! They are just adorable! Who else do you think would be great on screen with PBY?

I think Happy Together would be awesome! I just want to see her more on screen.

@mei1209  If I remember correctly her team won for their harmony challenge mission only ( the team sang "Melody of The Wind" originally by IU ). All kids participating got medal, PBY's team for Golden Voice, Tiger's team for Golden Harmony, YYS's for Golden Song ( which what I like from this program as they dont put unnecessary pressure on the kids ). There is one kid named Oh Yeon Joon in PBY's team and his voice is just gold!

She loves kids and the kids love her back. You can always tell a person's character by seeing him/her around kids and she's simply amazing!

I second that! Her interaction with Yoo Jae Hwan ( eventhough its not shown as much ) are cute as well! From her variety appearance, I think she got the knack of being aware and understanding people's feeling. She is also very cute with Kang Ho Dong on "Let's Eat Together!"

You will get hooked once you watch WE KIDS. Speaking of WE KIDS, I really want to ask her on V Live if she is still in touch with them because the kids are wonderful! You cant not love them once you watch the show. Too bad I have no idea how to write Korean though..

Looking forward for her upcoming project! I wonder what kind of project would she pick next. What project would you like her be doing next?? Havent seen her in sageuk for a while, so I'd like to see her in sageuk. Orrr her past cancelled project of 1 Lt of tears korean adaption would be awesome, I dont know if she still want to go back as a highschooler though.

Nevertheless due to SWDBS, I have watch BY's past works and find her very refreshing in her acting. For the earlier works, we can see that she is a raw diamond and there is something real in her characters and we can really feel her. She really become better when she come back after her long court case with the previous agency.  There is an added since of maturity in her partly due to her age and also due to the life experience she had gotten. 

Hope that she will continue to get good dramas or movies and see us more often! She is too good to give us a production every 2 years! Maybe drama once a year is good plus a movie in between? Anyway, I am planning to learn korean do that I can chat with her during her VLive! Yes! I will learn korea language not for a Oppa but for a little sister so that I can encourage her.... that is the charm of BY!

Talking about her being not so productive, I am actually quite surprised to know that projects that she is interested at mostly being cancelled or delayed, some because it was hard to find a male lead for her. Below is the link to the article :

I remeber there was a melo drama project with her as a lead, Kang Haneul was offered for the male leading role but he turned it down. Since then, there has been no news about the project. Feel so bad for her. I honestly can name quite a few actor that could be paired well with a good chemistry with PBY. I wonder if its because they feel burdened since PBY is the nation's little sister or is it because how PBY's project partner has been considered top actors ( Lee Min Ho, Kim Soo Hyun, Jo Jung Suk, Lee Jong Suk, Joo Won, Song Joong Ki) or is it because they are worried about their chemistry with PBY due to PBY's small figure?? 

I feel so bad for her, hopefully she can get more offers with SWDBS's success.

By the way, WE KIDS is a must watch program. Too bad it isnt as popular and no full episode has been subbed, but I watched it without sub and it is wonderfull!
