Although SBS′ Punch held onto its place on top, MBC′s Shine or Go Crazy is becoming a bigger threat.
Shine or Go Crazy hit double digits with its fourth episode with 10.2 percent, after starting out with 7.9 percent a week earlier. Punch rose from 11.4 to 12.2 percent, but with the rate Shine or Go Crazy is going, the drama can easily catch up to first.
Meanwhile, KBS′ Healer saw a small improvement from 8.7 to 8.9 percent.

This drama make me want to know more.
The downside of me is Yeon So speak with modern tone. That is sooo drawback for me. It is obvious and visible. Other’s actor/actress speak is still acceptable.
I know this is fusion but I hope a bit of effort from her part on that. Her acting is good tough.

JDH is the most brilliant villain i ever met in a drama! She outdone everyone.
Ok put aside HR and her past whosoever, she even killed the witness of the real case o thef aunt husband death. Even we put everyone who @yawang1234 said as to blame also, put aside for a while.
She just like that. She willing to KILL those who are even not involved in her past to make her way to the highest place. That is amazing, inspiring and incredible. I hope she is happy and people who admired her is happy!!
I have to say, in this drama there is NO ONE who is righteous or right in everything. Everyone has their own portion of mistakes. Even HR. I never see her as a good man or else. They all have their flaws and mistakes. But those people learn from their mistakes, KNOW their mistakes, admit their mistakes and learn to be a better person. THEY HAVE CONCISE which JDH once had but it has been buried down due to her evil heart and ambitious. Its normal if we buried our concise and move along due to our GREEDINESS then we are familiar to follow our bad intention. Again and again and again until we can't differentiate what is right what is wrong and even if we can differentiate we CHOOSE to be the other way around. Be careful people, this is truth and real aspect in life if we taking it lightly then we can be just like her (in diff way)
JDH is one in a kind. I think she resemble many politician nowadays.
The term evil or ambitious that I WILL DO ANYTHING that caused so many people lives etc is actually a norm now me think. Only we didn't know the truth.
oh btw: I dont want a first lady who people THINK will make a happier country who killed a people (the witness of the aunt's husband murder) just to be a first lady and make a BETTER COUNTRY. Get real man, get real!
oh btw again: where we want put the BLAME for JDH who intentionally put a bomb in a car to kill HR? Well, maybe we can execuse her since she killed the wrong person she intended and then called the ambulance to get the help. At least she do something. Bravo, JDH. Bravo. (DH decided and chose this route...she figures, HR can't do much for me---again, self-preservation...to people looking in, this is an evil deed---using people who loves you and manipulating them...but in DH's mind, it's a way for her to survive.) 8. DH asking HR to finance her studies in America. (HR's truly a fool for falling for this...it's like fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...HR could have chosen to say NO, but he didn't---again, not DH's fault) 9. DH decided to break up with HR and be with BDH (DH's securing her future and Eun Byul's future...harsh reality for HR...seriously, he didn't see that coming??? HR should have heeded bar owner's advice that money changes people...that's reality) 10. HR agreeing to go to jail instead of DH. (HR had a choice---he could have ratted DH out, as he was doing in the beginning...but he succumbed to DH's deal because of Eun Byul's future...as any good father would , right?) 11. EB's death was an accident. (It could have been prevented...yes, as someone mentioned, it can happen in real life too) 12. JW's death was also an accident. (DH as an accomplice for knowing what happened...for DH, there's really no turning back...She's already in deep $h1t anyway, might as well go all the way...again, survival instinct.) 13. BDK refusing DH and BDH's marriage. (DH's sees this again as unfair treatment; she had done everything to be worthy of the Baek clan and yet, she's still not good enough...that's why DH had to resort to blackmail...that's the only way BDK would budge.) Of course, this drama isn't flawless. But you have to agree, it's very engaging. It makes you think critically. DH's childhood hasn't been explored much, there's probably more to it besides the abuse. What's the angle with step brother? It was mention in the beginning that he also went to jail...did he go to jail for DH? Someone said DH attaches herself to anyone (HR, BDH, Aunt Jimi, Step Brother, Chang Hak) who can offer her protection-I agree on this assessment. n self-preservation [ˈselfprezəˈveiʃən] the natural inclination towards the protection of oneself from harm, danger etc. Self-preservation is our strongest instinct.

No one with a right value, dignity, mind and concise can defend and support what is DH is doing. No one can justify what she is doing. It is pure evil and ill and very bad.
With any single aspects, reasons and whatever excuse you have in this world as long you have a healthy body, a right state of mind you can't find excuse your doing because of anything. If there is anything, YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN PATH. First second, there is maybe it is bad choice/mistake/fate, but later on it is your choice! I believe that what DH is portrayed too. She know she is very wrong to choose the path but still in a very clear mind she want to pursue her ambition at any rate and course.
HR is weak, very weak and not intelligent at all. The revenge is laughable and it is not strong. He is not capable that much to do an organized and smart revenge.
I think it is a very loose script. The first mistake HR did is he admitted to know BDK. If he lied on that it is very easy to trace his educational and law practicing background to clash with his working on the ranch. Later on, he keep give DH hints that he has something on her; a feeling he is HR. It is intentional and not subtle which make DH move faster and smarter to catch with him. The mistakes come again and again like the frame pictures, the thumps stamp etc.
When BDK discovered HR picture in and profile in the end of ep 10 and beginning of ep 11 it is the best for a tight and smart plan to admit that HR is his twin brother and he has meet him in prison once but now HR is reportedly missing. That will erase any possibility people check that they both has actually met in prison and JW fiance/girlfriend and their father also can admitted that fact. He even let another person know he is faking another person identity (the woman inside the restaurant who said that the ajuhma has immigrated to japan who watch their meeting)
She murdered not once but TWICE! (excluding her daughter since it is accident even tough it is cause by her irresponsibility as a mother). Even the dumb, weak HR willing to take responsibilty by taking the blame for dumping her father corpse. That what we called a human being no matter how dumb, how many mistakes you made, how poor, how hard life is, how people screw on you you take the responsibility.
I dont support anyone in this drama except HR father. -
Wow I agree with everything you said. You only see the real Gun-Wook when he is with Jae-In. The scene where Gun-Wook is crying while eating (after Jae-in made him food and left without eating with him) made me bawl my eyes out. Jae-In is so important to Gun-Wook. There's so little happiness in him, but did you see that face light up while she was cooking him dinner? The scenes with GW and JI may not be as sensual as GW and TR, but it is filled with honesty and sincerity that it bursts out with warmth. I love them!
I LOVE this drama to death and its been a long time since I felt that way.
I think when we wathc Bad Guy, there is much elements/aspects that each one of us are interested to. For me a drama need an excellent acting/production/scipts and chemistry. Despites some flaws, Bad Guy still have a special place in my heart.
I have to say, for lots of Tae Ra and SW shippers its more like KNG and OYS acting. Its their excellent deleverencae that convinced people to attracted to them. As for me I always love intense relationship but its means nothing if the two doesn't love each other and there is no sincerity.
As for TR&SG It started with a sexual tension. I can feel the love from Tae Ra. But there is no love and just a blankness from the soul of KNG. He will just smirk whenever Tae Ra left. The love word is just meh. A trap to a lonely woman soul. He didn't care for her but he understand her tough. I want him to be happy and clearly his happiness is not with Tae Ra.
The same goes with JI and KJW. I LOOOVE KJW and the cuteness is overload. But we know that JI heart wasn't there when she with him in this latter episode. Someone else has her heart already.
As for HGI acting, I have to agree its not strong enough. Usually I loath this. But I can take this on this drama. The relationship between the two of them goes beyond sexuality, child-like or any kind intensity. But yes, I hope HGI or anyone who brought Jae In role can bring it more brilliantly since it can reflect more complexity and depth then what we have been presented.
Its sincere. I understand why GW love Jae In. It kind of remind him of his Noona. The one that really and only love and know him. And JI love to GW is sincere too. The two of them reflect their ownself in different way. The one that we can be ourselves with and just be happy together.
Anyway, what a production, soundtrack and acting!
Madam Shin has brought a different evilness in k drama. I think her character is VERY realistic than any other evil character in Kdrama. Usually we can get a mother/elder woman who plot to get to the higher place OR stepped down people because of their greediness- CLICHE but she is different.
She is just plain pathetic and inhuman. In short, single minded person who blame everything on her husband and GW. Its far scary that people who admitted their wrongdoing. She just plainly treat other people like an animal.s No one will remember them anyway. *Scary

The world cup fever has stopped this drama almost three weeks, and has dropped the ratings.
I believe the ratings cant reach 20% if not because of world cup since the previous episode before they stopped is 15%
I took my time almost two to three weeks to watch back Bad Guy.
I LOOOOOOVE Bad Guy but I have used to not having anything to watch.
I can't say HOW MUCH i love Bad GUY....After a loooong time. There is a drama that have a place in my heart. After MISA.
I will continue here after watching ep 6.

Either she charge forward toward her desires or fall in love and go through conflicts during the process. Jae-in is a character who is going through an inner battle because she has her desires and the emotion of love keeps creeping up on her. So I would like the producers to express her as someone who gets hurt more and lives more intensely. When I tell the director, “Sir, I would like this to be more intense,” he would say (Han impersonates director Lee Hyung-min’s voice) “Ga-in, you don’t like pretty, lovable characters? The viewers could hate you.” But I want my character to have a clear, definite motivation as to why she has to go her way, even if means viewers might hate me a little. Even the director told me that Jae-in is a character who changes and grows up in the story and that she will have more force in the latter part of the drama. I too worried a lot about how I can express such aspects and I think I will be able to grow up a lot more. So I want to show people a different image and personally hope that Jae-in will be a more memorable character.”
There is so much to love in Bad Guy.
I thinks its only me, I don’t really feel for Tae Ra’s character. The acting is brilliant but I dislike the character written for her. Its complicated yet its predictable. Their interaction is intense and sizzling hot. But that's it.
On the other hand. Han Ga In character growth is surprising me. Her acting is yet to reach my expectation but her hard works is shows. I really can see why Shin Gun Wook fall for her. He thought she is predictable when he asked her to clean the house but she is unpredictable despite the transparent motive.

Bad Guy is my fav dish kind of story. It does not reminds me of the Devil, MISA but once I watched the trailer it looks like my fav japanese drama, Millions Stars Falling From The Sky. Woman pesona, evilish pesona, seducing woman, etc.
This drama is not ur typical revenge types. It has more dimension, intensity, intriguing in a subtle way and depth more than you can imagine. Even IRIS, The Devil can't match this up I suppose.
The thing that have made me hesitated is Han Ga In acting. Erm.... I remembered how Im So Jun left me a very immense impression once I laid my eyes on her. But we can only wait.
I just hope the first page can be edited/organized more formally i.e like others threads which included links, recaps, news etc.

I agreed with you. That what make me FALL IN LOVE with this drama. Its realism, not too cliche, not dragging, its subtleness and its wittiness. It has its OWN charm.
Partner stand OUT as its own. It different, has its own charm and have a very good pace. Its realistic, subtle despite certain flaws. But its strong acting, plots, the great execution of law story is very fantastic and amazingly done. The character development of its leads is very realistic. The plots is NEVER dragging and moving in a very GREAT pace.
I LOVE THIS DRAMA SO MUCH. This drama despite its holes in the subplot and the side character, buts the leads story and the leads acting and the leads plot is SURE VERY amazingly done.
Its hard to find a k dramas that based on the works oriented plot. Most of kdramas is a LOVE STORY that used works related subject to emphasized on the love story. PARTNER is different. Its is a LAW DRAMA which has a human drama, conflict, love as its background.
Its been long time since I addicted to Kdramas, and the last one was MISA. And the cheesy one was GOONG.

There is certain things i still can't understand. Why did TJ surprised when his brother mentioned that? Didn't he ALREADY realized when he knew that EH husband's has connection with Wooshik? Or what is the exact reason he felt devastated when he know about that in the end of ep 11? Aren't it the same issue that his bro mentined? I thought he felt devastated at THAT time when he realized that HER husband death related with Woo Shik death?

I'm watching this now. But I wondering why is Toda Erika is place the third place on the first page. She are'nt the third important and significant character but Tetsuji is. In dramawiki is was Tetsuji that was place the third place.
I don't know why but I just dislike when people overrated somebody.
Anyway, I like the three leads actors; Amami Yuki, Yutaka and HOT, HOT Tetsuji.
He was talented in Bara No Nai Hanaya San and has a VERY strong screen presence.
I hope they played the characters well.
This drama has been VERY popular and supresess the The Quiz and Show as the first place. The ratings always was very high.

Is is that bad. I dont like when actors or actresses didn't establish themselves strongly. Erm maybe I will find another drama.

I never know that this thread was actually exist. Memang tak sangka.
I just want to ask two quick question if there is anyone who kindly can help me here.
1) There is one Chinese drama aired on RTM2 now, title 'The Game'. I want to search about the actor in that drama but failed to so so. It happen whenever I entered ' The Game' chinese drama in the search engine but the finding lead to nowhere. I wonder what is the KNOWN title of the dramas actually.
2) In past three-four years I have watched a Chinese drama in 8tv. The drama is about a man works in somewhat publishing company and falls in love in one girl. Cliche ney? Not at all. This man is a cold and serious man. The be exact, the man wife has died and her heart has been transplant into a woman who has a heart problem. Yah, the woman happen to be the woman that he now fight to not fall in love. A struggle inside.
I'm so want to know the title of this two dramas. The exact Chines title or any of their actors names.
If anyone who might know the information, I thank you in advance.

I'm not a fan of any girls group out there coz I felt they didn't full fill the criteria of a good singer or a good music except two group whom I fell talented. Davichi and Black Eyed Girls.
It such a loss for people for not knowing them. It such a loss for SM to not to promote them. I love their style and I will supoort them. I love how they are like the woman version of DBSK!!

This pains me so much I can't believe it. I have read somewhere that he injured his foot during Law of Jungle and ankle of athlete championship. His father said that his injuries has occurred even before CNY and SM didn't really did something serious about it. I don't know how sm treated their injured artist but when one is supposed has an injuries they should went to the specialist and a very extra care should be given. Furthermore when you are in a foreign country when you did;t have family to back to and can only relied on your agency.
Whatever it is, Tao be healthy.
