Although I said it's still a theory, it's not an empty theory.

As I explained before, the real answer of those questions only ZZ and his team would know, we only have theories. But if we seperate fact and speculations, the only sensible conclusion that came from this puzzle is because ZZ relationship with JY is real.

To state otherwise does not make sense unless you think ZZ is a cruel and heartless person who done things in cold calculating methods. So if he is not that kind of person (and we certainly do know he is not that kind of person, otherwise people like 5MilesLove will never exist), as ironic as it sounds, the only explanation that fits perfectly into the whole puzzle is ZZ protecting JY whom I believe has been a little bit too obvious in captaining YuZhou ship recently. 

And again, the real reason why ZZ did that comes back to 1 thing: their relationship is real (unfortunaley for those who are still in denial will be forever questioning why ZZ did this grudgingly). That is why I am not upset at all, because I have accepted the true nature of their relationship long time ago. It just happened, two young men fall in love with each other. It happens every seconds every day around the world, what so strange about it?

The only difference is, and this is what makes things complicated, they are both just starting their careers in chinese entertainment industry in which the government does not tolerate gay relationship - all while their popularities have been skyrocketed a little bit too fast.

Hi ronper2016, ZZ probably won't make any official statement since it is not something that will affect his career directly. One other way is for any interviewers to nudge the question during interview sessions and that then we can finally get our answers.

I am glad that the recent events bring back many family members and YuZhou supporters out.  We might have different views regarding the truth, some believe only in their friendship, some believe convincingly in their relationship, it doesn't matter as long as we support them.

I have read several fans left the fandom in protest of what ZZ did. Please reconsider that, when you're overwhelmed  by emotion, you tend to take drastic actions. Take several days off to calm down and then come back, you might be surprise with the new perspective. 

I personally think we human so easily to judge. The 30 seconds clip might actually mean nothing at all. Until the related person confirm, rumour is not the truth. Please remember when eventually it's confirmed, whether it's true or false, do not judge ZZ for I believe he hasn't done anything wrong on purpose.

Sometimes people fall into difficult circumstances let alone a 22 years old guy whose career just started. Rumours always cut especially in entertainment industry, but how deep the wound is depends on themselves so let's hope that both boys will emerge from these difficulties unhurt. JY will surely protect ZZ like he always does, so let's not make this harder for him.

Hi @boysloveismylife Let's look at this way, it's pretty logical:

Because their relationship is real (let's cut the BS here, I say what I saw), the government decided to ban them personally. Because they got banned, they couldn't interact and speak about each other anymore. Because they can't show their love to each other in public anymore, fans can only guess and delulu. Because fans can only speculate, fans are in doubt. Because fans are in doubt, some display YuZhou publicly during FM (and even captained by JY). Because of the growing YuZhou display, the government tightened the ban. 

It's a vicious cycle which at the end would leave the boys hurt. Even if the ban was lifted, there is always their careers to consider, etc. This is the path they have to take, unfortunately. They have very little choices but it doesn't mean they gave up. JY doesn't, and we must believe ZZ doesn't either. They still support YuZhou in their own subtle ways. So must we.

Remember in his interviews that ZZ dislikes paparazzi and even requests media or obsessed fans to respect his privacy?

So the normal reaction of a paparazzi hater is to move away from these sources and not to be proudly staring at the cameras like he knew the exact place of that person. It's a fight or flight response and I won't be convinced that a star wakes up one day and suddenly that he/she likes paparazzi. The car is wide open, windows not tinted and the area is well lit and even if he wants to show this so called "romance", he'll be startled and he will still move away or should have closed the door with respect to what they "may" have but then it didn't happen.

Again, no star suddenly forgets that he/she is a star and no one likes paparazzi or secret footages either you're in a relationship or not especially in PUBLIC.

 

 

My reasons for this being a PR are very simple from psychological point, just 2 things:

1. She was not even anywhere near ZZ in any sort of news until that clip

2. The BIG question is herself: why her? Why must be a girl who played a former gf of ZZ in Addiction movie, which is also the link to JY, has suddenly became his gf IRL? Unfortunately, most often - the best choice is always the most obvious one. Whoever spread this news need to learn one or two thing about human psychology first because I can smell BS from miles away

Just a short post here to shout to everyone: GOOD JOB! I love you all!  I finally catch up all the posts since page 1460, so many candies (and one nasty surprise!) 

I am still enjoying every bits of those pics from JY's bday event. Gosh, he is so handsome! 

Finally, I actually don't feel surprise regarding that video of ZZ, I have thought it's bound to happen sooner or later, and it did, during JY's bday nontheless. If you watched that entire clip and the news reporter voiced JY's bday after that, what comes to mind? Exactly, what it is: PR. 

1 year of candies (delulu or not: matching clothes? goro necklace? photos? all of ZZ's written songs? 5MilesLove?) can't simply be wiped out by a mere 30 seconds unconfirmed clip (and not even a convincing one either, I did way more intimate with my best friend than that). I just hope ZZ would choose his next step carefully after this, because some people would get hurt (especially the girl).

We all have been through that phase, so don't worry  I can't tell you whether ZZ took that pic during his stay with JY or not, although the analysis done by that person in IG is very good. Another point: ZZ purposely use B&W to post his photo is pretty suspicious to me. But I can tell you one thing: they were together during JY stay in Seoul. There are plenty of evidences for that so I won't go through that anymore. 

 

To all Soompi family, I finally can say that I have been free from this addiction. My days have been spent less and less with Yuzhou stuffs  but I ensure you that I will come over from time to time just to check out the latest news.

Haha, good point. First the rhyme is killing me, OMG ZZ I can see you are good in writing song lyric. Another English song, please  The door definitely look similar with the one in JY's pic. I think ZZ love the hotel and decides to stay there again. Now about the text. The first sentence is there just to make it relevant with the event of the day which is Thanksgiving. But the rest are more important and written specifically to show his appreciation and love to a certain whale.

Edit: IT IS THE SAME HOTEL! I wonder why?? And what message did he intend to send by posting his hotel room in Insta??? Did he want to confirm to fans that, yes, I was here not too long ago with him???

Me too! And I think they would - but discreetly. 5MilesLove is an example. Some of the cpf are hellbent they are together, with I suspect they know something we don't, but they can't elaborate to protect either boys. Just my opinion  

@heathereb @boysloveismylife OMG, so many candies and possibilities on this ZZ new photo he posted on Weibo!  ZZ should know better that in Soompi we would never let it go. Every details are significant. 

Edit 1: I am waiting for pics from Airport in Beijing today. Both JY and ZZ will fly to Shanghai from Beijing on the same day, but different time. I think ZZ first. But can you imagine the fans of both boys filling the airport?

Edit 2: Someone on Instagram mentioned Shangyi / Addicted has been uploaded officially on Youtube again by Huace film and TV itself and it is the UNCUT version (but minus English translation which Viki still has). My take of this news is that slowly but surely the ban is going to be lifted. Fingers cross.

You are right, she looks like her assistant (phew, nothing to worry about there haha). Maybe she was taking this pic because of how dreamy ZZ look like, she understood he was missing his whale at that moment and wanted to share it with their fans.

@1blankstare Haha, don't underestimate Yuzhou cpf. Even they are not together in the pic, we can always tell they actually are!  Did you notice ZZ's white jacket underneath JY black leather one? How gentleman boss whale is letting his kitten go in first. I think the sneaky kitten knew and  purposely did this to us

This is just my delulu story, inspired by 5MilesLove post from the song “First Snow”. The story is from JY POV during his stay in Baotou and it is written as a letter to ZZ.  I wrote this between breaks at my workplace so please forgive me for any rough edges.

To my dearest Xu Wei Zhou

Listening repeatedly to this song “First Snow” it reminds me vividly of you, and what I desperately need to tell you.  Believe me for I have so much to tell you. Everything in my heart feels like dangerously going to explode if I didn’t say this sooner, but I am exasperatedly not good with wordings (Of all people, you should know that words fail me often). So I write this short letter, and say only the most important things that matter.

I remember when we first met during the filming Addiction. From the start, the first time I saw you I already knew beyond doubt that I like you, well, I thought of you as a friend at first. Frankly speaking, I didn’t have much experience in love, let alone knowing anything about love between two men apart from the scripts and novel that we had to enact. See, I used to think that I was going to date a beautiful woman, someone with western look, perhaps, before I met you. 

Then everything changes (or not so much). But I didn’t know at that time because I always see you as a real man,  and so am I. But no matter what my head stubbornly insisted, my heart for you equally and stubbornly told otherwise. Personally the idea of loving another man was still feel awkwardly strange, yet the idea of loving you was felt familiarly justified.

But for you who didn’t know any troubles in my heart, I would rather keep it that way for as long as possible. I thought it was enough at first, I were happy just to see your beautiful smile and your antique in your own naive way which strangely warmed my cold heart often. So I waited, weeks then months. Spring ended, Summer came and went and now it’s already Fall. Seasons changed but not my feeling to you for I now undoubtedly know what it is. It’s building up slowly and it’s threateningly going to fall anytime soon. Sadly, I have never thought that I could ever feel lonelier in my life. It was suffocating.

Welcome and have fun reading through 1451 pages  I know I did! This is an addictive eye-opening experience I have to tell you , this forum is like a very well documented journey of YuZhou's RL love story - an extended from Addiction drama series. And much more addicting I gotta say.

I won't be surprise if he did. There are several facts very interesting related to this particular GORO necklace.

1. The fact that JY wear those during his vacation with his family after ZZ returned from Japan,

2. The fact that it's hard to buy from (with only one shop in Japan where ZZ has been confirmed visiting by fans) not to mention it's an expensive jewelry,

3. The fact that it has a unique TWINS feathers with a heart design symbolizing a bonding soul.

4. And now the fact that JY has been showing it off, not once but twice this week, proudly in front of everyone.

In summary, for me, this is one of that indisputable special evidences of YuZhou love.

The Eagle has long been the symbol of honor, bravery, love, friendship and mysticalpowers for the Indian Nations. The Eagle give visible form to WAKINYAN (He who speaks Mystery),the Being who moves between man and Wakantanka.

 

Wakinyan shows up in endless variations of eagle-likeness in Indian design from thesouthern tip of South America to the North Pole area.

 

Each Tribal group has its own stories and legends concerning the Eagle and Wakinyan(Thunderer, Thunderbird). It has to be more than mere coincidence that many of these stories are identicalin tribes widely separated in both Americas.

 

One story (from the Walla Walla) is widely spread but little known outside the IndianCommunity. It concerns the two identical wing feathers found close to the breast on each wing.

 

Eagle feathers, like finger prints, look alike, but under close inspection their differences canbe found. This holds true for even the feathers of a single bird, except for the two feathers which arecalled THE TWINS.

 

Not only are these feathers TWINS, but aerodynamically speaking, they act as the Eagle's"trim tabs". In layman's terms the two feathers are able to be twisted by the bird to give a smooth, level,effortless flight, when riding thermal currents.

 

Indians, in their exquisite wisdom, learned much from observation. They had discoverednot only the "likeness" of the two feathers, but they had observed, too, that with the loss of either feather,the Eagle, in spite of great skill, was capable of only erratic flight.

 

These two feathers were never platted into clothing, but become valued for their symbolismin marriage and in personal relationships.

 

As the modern wedding ring has become a symbol of joining together two people, so thesefeathers had meaning in the Indian Community.

Good catch. I don't think YuZhou knew about the story behind this beforehand, probably when ZZ bought it, the shopkeeper told him about it. It is true that the two feather together usually means symbol of relationship between 2 people but in Goro design it's rare. I usually saw one feather or three feathers.

@skeletonworks thank you for updating his streaming event for us who can't watch it. Regarding that cpf jacket, she wrote a message inside it saying that if JY didn't wear it pls pass to ZZ. I guess he likes it so much, "sorry baobei but I like the jacket so I can't give it to you yet. But if u're cold I will take it off and cover your body with it." 

He is in Beijing and he looks so happy. Guess who is also currently at Beijing? There are only 2 things that make JY happy: being told shuai and a certain kitten.

Do you think since JY finished filming the movie, their relationship has gone yet another level? From what I've seen, in the past they were still cautious, or rather there were careful and showed less obvious signs. Perhaps they were still exploring this new thing since they had never dated guys before.

I just want to add that  a piece from Goro is like a piece of art, the craftsmanship and care to detail is unmatched. People told stories of waiting in line for hours and days just to score a piece. Even if you waited in line for a piece there was no guarantee that they would allow you to purchase. They are extremely particular with who they allow to wear their pieces. You have to be kind of connected to just walk up in there and get a piece. So imagine ZZ must went through all the trouble to obtain it for JY, it's really one special gift for a special person. The fact that JY wearing it today means he is showing off his love  their relationship is still going strong, stable and he is going to meet his baobei in Beijing.

@xix19xix Haha, no matter who is 5MilesLove, he is not an ordinary person. Regarding the photo edit, he could be a close person who work for both boys. One would exclaim, ‘oh what a coincidence!” But nothing in this world is coincidence. Just like CJD replaced the original actors for Addiction, resulting in the two boys met. I bet they would also meet each other through other mean even if CJD didn’t replace the original actors.
