Kim Tae Hee to halt all promotions to focus on her newborn baby
Kim Tae Hee is planning to take a long break for her newborn baby.
On October 25, Rain announced he and Kim Tae Hee have welcomed their first baby daughter into the world.
A rep from Kim Tae Hee's label also commented, "Kim Tae Hee has healthily delivered her baby. Currently, only the family members have gathered in celebration."
As for the actress' upcoming schedule, the rep stated, "Kim Tae Hee will focus only on her baby for a while. Specific promotional activities have not been planned. Rain will be busy with his comeback and 'The Unit', however, he's already glued next to his daughter."
The celebrity couple got married in January and shared the news of Kim Tae Hee's pregnancy in May. The two are now parents of a baby girl. Once again, congratulations!

Rain Talks About When His Wife Kim Tae Hee Is Prettiest
Rain’s close friend Kim Kwang Min will be appearing in the upcoming episode of MBCevery1’s “Video Star.”
Actor Kim Kwang Min throws Rain under the bus and reveals, “When I told Rain that I will be appearing on ‘Video Star’ he told me that anything goes on that show so I should start a fire. He didn’t hold back his support.”
Kim Kwang Min also compliments his friend’s wife Kim Tae Hee and says, “Even when she’s bare-faced, a halo appears. It’s like she’s not a person from the real world. She’s like Saint Mary.”
He also shares that Rain had called him about Kim Tae Hee being pregnant and happily told his friend that his “all of his wishes came true.”
During filming, Kim Kwang Min calls Rain and asks him over the phone when Kim Tae Hee looks the prettiest. Rain answers, “[She’s] always pretty, but she’s prettiest when she’s eating.”

Rain Talks About His Career As A Dancing Singer Nearing Its End + Reveals Plans To Comeback This Year
Rain attended the Viral Fest Asia 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand and answered a few interview questions before performing at the event.
He began saying, “I think my career as a dancing singer is nearing its end. That’s why I want to gift my fans with an even better song.”
“Dancing performers reach a peak in their careers like athletes. Personally, I don’t want to dance anymore when my body becomes too slow. I’ve always thought about quitting dancing when my body becomes unable to follow the beat. But in my next album, I want to show a dance that comes from my experience. One that my juniors can’t follow. I’ll probably able to show this fierce side to me about one or two times more,” he explained.
Rain also mentioned Park Jin Young, who is still active as a performer despite his age. “Park Jin Young is also doing very well as a dancing performer, but I’m getting tired. This is something I should learn from him. I’ve known him since he was in his early-twenties, and even now I’m still learning from him. His secret [to youth] is to live a regular life. Whether he sleeps at 4 a.m. or 5 a.m., he always wakes up at 8 a.m. It’s really amazing,” he said, adding, “I also work quite hard to extend my career as a performer.”
He revealed that his comeback will depend on whether or not he accepts a new drama offer he received. “If I accept the drama role I was offered, the album will probably come out in December, and if I don’t accept it, it will most likely be out in late-November. I will try to make a comeback before the year ends.”
Meanwhile, Rain is filming his new movie “Uhm Bok Dong” starring Kang Sora, Min Hyo Rin, and more.

I don't think Rain is the owner of the resto which is situated at Show DC, a Shopping & Retail Mall in Bangkok, Thailand . . . and I suppose the venue was used as a meet and greet event for his fans before his show. . . . the standees and decors were installed to welcome and honor Rain. Boy, this couple doesn’t waste time. Kim Tae Hee’s management agency announced that the actress is about 15 weeks pregnant. That makes her due sometime late September or early October. The couple must be thrilled since both have openly expressed their desire to have a kid ASAP. Congrats and kudos to them for getting hitched and having a child all within the same year. I guess we can rule out Kim Tae Hee returning to dramaland for 2017 at least.

Kim Tae-hee and Rain are expecting their first child.(Bazaar)
“Kim Tae-hee is currently 15 weeks pregnant. She needs to take care of herself. We believed that it’s the right thing to let the fans who have been supporting the couple know first,” said Kim’s agency, Ruach Entertainment. “She will focus on prenatal care and prepare to become a mother.”
On Jan. 19, Kim and Rain got married in a small, private ceremony after dating for five years.
(Bazaar) Rain recently finished his Japan fan meetup tour “The Confession” in Tokyo on May 5. During the tour, he visited three cities in Japan to celebrate the 15th anniversary of his debut. He is preparing to return with the upcoming film tentatively titled “Uhm Bok-dong.”
As of February this year, Kim was reportedly preparing to return to the small screen with a new TV drama or movie.

As was expected, Korea's super-couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee just bought their dream house, where they will settle down and hopefully start a family. Though the house itself is still shrouded in secrecy, how much they paid for it has been made public, and it's definitely not in the range that mere mortals can afford.
Right after they got married, Rain and his new wife Kim Tae Hee famously lived with the singer's parents, so that they could take their time while looking for the perfect home. Well, it seems as though they finally found what they were looking for, and of course, their purchase made the news. Already considered one of the wealthiest property owners in Korea after combining their assets, the couple still found a way to blow people away with how much they paid for their new residence. According to reports, the couple threw down five billion won, which is the equivalent of around 4.85 million US Dollars. That is A LOT of money for a house in Seoul, or anywhere else for that matter. But obviously, not a big deal to two of Korea's highest-earning celebrities.
As they prepare for the next chapter in their lives together, Rain and Kim Tae Hee have so much to look forward to. Whether it's work, or starting that family they always wanted, they'll be doing it all in their new home, one that will surely make their future full of wedded bliss and happiness.

http://linkis.com/ilzOPSouth Korean K-Pop legend Rain made his debut performance in Cambodia, headlining the Smart Mega Concert on Diamond Island for between 40,000 to 50,000 fans last Thursday night.
The concert was organised by IMS Consulting Group, Cambodia’s premier media agency, in partnership with top rated television network SEATV and exclusively sponsored by leading telecom Smart Axiata.
The decision to air the Smart Mega Concert live across the country during SEATV prime time was made after Rain’s local fans inundated the organisers with requests. The concert is understood to have reached a majority share of Cambodia’s television audience making it the highest viewed televised broadcast for several years.
At a press conference held earlier in the day at NagaWorld hotel, Rain made his first public appearance with the media and a group of contest-winning Smart Axiata subscribers. While answering questions from reporters, Rain explained he was so happy to finally be performing in Cambodia and thanked his local fans for their support in making it possible.
There were already large crowds gathered on Koh Pich when the Smart Mega Concert started at 5pm with a celebration of original Cambodian songs performed by many of the country’s most popular singers including Khmeng Khmer, Eda, Laura Mam, Nikki Nikki, P-Sand and Bross La.
At 8:30pm, a crescendo of cheers rang out from the audience as Rain launched into the first of two sets showcasing his unique mix of high energy, R&B styled K-Pop. The star – also known as Jung Ji-hoon – sang some of his best-known hit songs such as “It’s Raining”, “Hip Song”, “How To Avoid The Sun”, “I Do” and “La Song”, all of which received an overwhelmingly positive response from the tens of thousands of assembled fans.
Following the successful conclusion of the concert, representatives of event organiser IMS Consulting Group praised Rain’s exhilarating performance before highlighting both the professional partnership with SEATV and strong support from Smart Asiata in making the King of K-Pop’s Cambodian debut possible.

Hi @Nancyzak, thanks for everything. You've been so cool, reliable, sincere . . . never left any stone unturned when it comes to our KImBi couple. Can't ask for more.. .. my gratitude also to @Lucia-love and @lavender2love . . . . . . so honest and real in their postings. I must confess that I've been a long-time Rain fan that is, since he started his showbiz career which I religiously followed and totally supports his union with KTH. It hurts to say that some of his so-called die-hard fans are not in favor of his marriage . . . . we respect that . . . . and maybe later, they will realize that what matters most is Rain's happiness. Even at his official website, infos about him and his activities are scarce and I hope it's only temporary.

K-pop star Rain’s PH concert rescheduled to 2018

Filipino K-pop fans still have the chance to see Korean pop star Rain anew on these shores with his cancelled benefit concert “Rise 2 Shine” reset to next year.

Recall that last week, Rain’s management released a statement on the 11th hour that the singer-dancer will “not participate in the performance” as an entity involved in the concert has been “dishonest in fulfilling the performance contract.”
“We hope to have the understanding of our fans, and we will pay more attention and do our best to avoid such happenings in the future,” the statement further read.
As of this writing, the entity has not issued their statement on the matter.
The benefit concert would have been Rain’s second visit to the country after shooting some scenes here for the Korean drama “The Fugitive” in 2010. Aside from being a singer-dancer, Rain is popular as actor, having had roles on the hit rom-com “Full House” with Song Hye Kyo; and the Hollywood movies “Speed Racer” and “Ninja Assasin.”
Star Music singer Val John, one of the organizers in the Philippines, told reporters in an interview Nov. 4 that they were already set when they learned the news on Oct. 31 about the hitch.
“Two days before the show (ay) ready na talaga. Kanina may invitation video din si Rain kasi ang plano sana namin, siya yung final bang (sa promotions). Yung mga Filipino (kasi) kung bumili ng tickets, last minute eh. Kaya lang, October 31, nasabihan kami na hindi (tuloy)…so nagkagulatan kami,” Val claimed.
The singer-cultural diplomat added Rain “really wanted to do the show” as it would’ve benefitted the victims of Marawi crisis, the Make Your Nanay Proud Foundation, and the Ko-PH.
Val John and his fellow organizers feel sorry for Rain and their beneficiaries. They said their main purpose is not for the sake of profit but to give a show and help for the said groups.
“Very apologetic kami. Naayos naman on our side at sa side ni Rain. Yung tickets na pangbenta, bumenta. Yung tickets for charity, binigay na lahat eh. Yung mga ka-coordinate namin sa Crame, sa Marawi side, siyempre disappointed din sila,” he said.

The benefit concert would’ve featured other artists, including Jay R, Kris Lawrence, Val John, Isabelle de Leon, Sam Concepcion, Jin Ho Bae, and Dasuri Choi, among others.
Val John assured the ticketholders that the concert will be rescheduled in 2018 as they have also made good relations with Rain’s company. They would first check on all of the artists’ schedule so that the lineup would be the same.
“Pero inassure namin sila na of course pasensiya na pero itutuloy namin ito sa 2018, first quarter. Ayaw lang naming magbigay ng date pa ngayon kasi dapat coordinated lahat. Sa 2018, maaasahan niyo po si Rain.”
The “Rise 2 Shine Benefit Concert” organizers announced that ticketholders may refund their tickets. For those who want to watch the rescheduled concert, their tickets would be valid on the rescheduled date.
“Yung mga ticketholders na gusto magrefund, they are allowed to refund. Pero we are already coordinating with Araneta and Ticketnet that existing ticketholders are valid until the reschedule,” he said.
