To me, James and Oliver has the most identical features.
The rest, there's still alike, but not much.

so Aaron was the one who acted in Smallville, for whole my life, i thought that the one in Smallville was Shawn ! They are identical ! >.<

Mary Kate and Ashley are actually fraternal.  They just look incredibly alike! 

I didn't know that Nicholas has a twin, they're identical
