well because there is a point in my life where

i was fascinated by cyworld's photo stickers and someone made

a tutorial on how to sign up on japanese cyworld and i tried it and i got one!

and even though i can't read a single character i was so familiar with what tabs to click.

so i just use the site for editing/storing

^ sounds exciting where will u be in Japan?

今年の冬休みは多分、関西の京都、大阪、奈良、そして姫路と九州（隈本）に行くつもりだと思っている。

今、計画を作っている。I'm planning to stay 5 days in Osaka (1 day in Himeji), 3 in Kyoto, 1 day in Nara and 2 days in Kuyshu (Fukuoka and Kumamoto) or Nagoya, not sure yet. I'm planning to travel a total of 11 days and take 1 day to commute back to Higashihiroshima (because unfortunately our first day back is a Thursday =/). Is this sufficient travel/sightseeing time? I know 正月 is a busy travel time in Japan. I'm planning to buy the 青春１８切符.

Does any one have any advice in general for traveling in Japan? It'll be my first time traveling alone around Japan so I'd appreciate any advice

how do you say

"I need comfort"

"I never had a chance"

btw, if you want to make a negative action do you just add "nai" at the end of the adject.

if i wanted to say "i am now stupid" would it be "boku wa bakanai desu"??

^ If you want to say that "I'm not stupid",

then it would be "僕はばかじゃないです" which is "boku wa baka janai desu"

For nouns you use ja nai, ja nai desu, ja arimasen, dewa arimasen (they all mean the same thing just different levels of formality)

baka - idiot

baka ja nai - not an idiot

For adjectives that end in -i you take off -i and add kunai.

omoshiroi - interesting

omoshirokunai - not interesting

Only exception is adjectives which can end in -na, you use ja nai with those

kirei - beautiful

kirei ja nai - not beautiful

(kirei is kireina when used to modify something, like kireina hito, a beautiful person, so you say kirei ja nai and not kirekunai)

This is probably such a simple question, but I'm having such a hard time figuring out how to say, "Going to see"

I'm trying to say to penpal; "Next year, I'm going to see the Japanese band Dir en grey."

Would it be something like, 来年、私は日本のバンド「ＤｉｒＥｎＧｒｅｙ」を行って見る。

I should really brush up on my grammar. >____> But yeah, any help would be appreciated on this. T______T;;

4 years of japanese study and I struggle on such things. ._____. Gonna go get personal with a grammar book. ;_;

I found an example in wikipedia which had the following sentence:

映画を見に行く

eiga o mi ni iku

it means "I'm going to see a movie"

I guess you could use "見に行く" to say that you are going to see something.

This is probably such a simple question, but I'm having such a hard time figuring out how to say, "Going to see"

行って見る would mean something more like, I'll go see/try.

Like nuwera said, 見に行く sounds pretty good :3
