Worst thing I've probably done was ignore my boyfriend and shut him out when I feel jealous of him and his friends that are girls. He keeps on texting, calling and messaging me on MSN/FB and tries to get my attention when we're together. He tells me I'm being silly and that I shouldn't worry, but he's so friendly with all these girls and ignores me when they're around.. :/ But I'm more or less okay now because I'm the girl he chose and not them heh.

My daily routine usually goes: moisturiser, BB cream, powder, eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara. Sometimes I'll use sunscreen if I remember to use it.

Taken, been dating for about 5 months now. Generally I can say I'm pretty happy, but there are moments where the frustration kicks in and I want to kick him. But we both work on it.. I hope. We're working at this thing called 'love' or whatever you want to call it, and I feel like we get closer because of that. However! It gets complicated at times because we're each other's first love. *sigh* I hate how bi-polar I can get when it comes to us lol.

Hi I'm new to Soompi and I saw this topic so hey
I was planning on modeling for SM since my singing is well..less than desireable. My mom says I can't hold a tune in a paper bag. Anywho, I heard that even if you audition for modeling, they'll ask you to sing and/or dance too. Is that true? I can sort of dance to choreographed dances(gotta work on that though). Ahhhh I'm so nervous >.< I was planning on sending an email but what I saw in the posts was that they were kind of looked over. So I was just planning on filling out the form and sending some pictures. Oh, and my height is like 5'6"-5'7" and I think I weigh like 120 pounds. I'm 14-almost 15 and I'm Caucasian. I looked on SM's USA audition form thing and it said that they didn't really care what race, age, or gender you were so I guess that good sorry longer post than I thought it was gonna be XD
They most likely will ask you to sing if they're interested in you. In the times I have auditioned, there were girls auditioning to model and they were asked to sing. I highly recommend that you prepare at least one song. They might ask you to dance too, so I think it'd be a good move to practice.
uhm... do you guys know if they speak english in the korean weekly auditions ? :/
From what I've heard, they do have someone on hand who can speak other languages (English, Chinese or Japanese) at those auditions.
Hello everyone, i would like to ask that,
What shall i include in the envelop besides of singing clip CD and dancing clip's file?
Can i sing SM entertainment's song? I planned to sing ZhangLiYin's WHY. Is it ok for me to sing sm's songs?
if i passed the MAIL audition, must i go to korea for another round of audition?
or they will just pass me and let me be their trainee??
because i couldn't afford the flight tickets........ T^T too sad.

Include the information they want from you like: name, age, birthdate etc. All of that can be found on their website. You can sing their stuff, just as long as it suits your voice. In the event that you do pass the mail audition, you must attend another set of auditions. Two I believe? Most companies usually have about three rounds, so I'm basing it off of that.. They will pay for your tickets.. I'm not too sure though. Hopefully someone else will give you a more definite answer.

i have some questions about the SM audition... hope that you guys can help me out!i'm 16 this year, i'm a chinese from malaysia. and i'm thinking of joining the audition of SM,
i have a pretty good basic for my singing and performing arts,
i have a grade 8 qualification for singing (Opera and Art Songs), my piano have a diploma qualification too. & i'm quite ok with dancing too.
1-am i too old for the audition?
2-i was thinking of trying the audition via email, if i passed the 1st round, i must go to korea for the 2nd and 3rd round of auditions?
3-If i don't have money for the air tickets,will they pay for it? (if they think that i'm talented.)
4-Is it ok for a trainee to have a few days of holiday?
5-can i sing chinese songs or k-pop for the auditions?

1 - No, you aren't. There are many stars who auditioned at your age and even past sixteen.
2 - You could do that, but I think it would be a wiser choice to send in your audition via post because e-mail auditions tend to have a repuation for being a little tricky since a lot of the times it doesn't get through or they don't really bother to check.
3 - I'm pretty sure it's okay since Korea has a lot of national holidays.
4 - You can sing whatever you wish to, as long you are comfortable with what you are singing and it shows your skills off nicely.

This might be super late, but try checking out Long & Mcquade or Remenyi? But try Long & McQuade first since they tend to be more varied in selling accessories for musicians, like lip balm etc.

^ You can buy Laneige products at the Chinatown Centre/Dragon City(?) at Spadina, either Koreatown at Finch or Christie/Bloor, P-Mall or if you live all the way in the west end, the PAT market on Dundas in Mississauga has a small shop near the entrance. There should be a few more locations across the city, but I'm not too sure about where they would be..

Hi!,, This is Wincy and can anyone help me with the SM Auditions?
I have sent the email audition to SM and they have replied me for 2 times, this first time is the one tht everyone received and the second one, offer me a chance of audition but they date have not been set yet and I have waited for 4 months,... what can I do? I am getting older and older( just 15 years old) , I can't visit Korea untill next August... what can I do?!
So frustrated now... can anyone help me.. Is there anyone who had received the second mail from SM? Please help me!
I think those e-mails you got were automated... And you're not getting on in age. 15 is still pretty young. You still have plenty of time to audition and perfect your skills, so don't worry.

I heard something called 'Whistle Register yesterday, so what is it and can anybody without training do that?
But in general, i think it's not how high you can sing, it's how well you sing, right! (Simon Cowell said that on AI)
Mariah Carey can do that, if you listen to some of her songs, you can hear her sing in the "whistle register". It's basically those really high notes that she's belting that sounds like a whistle. You can't really do that without training, I think it's somewhat based off of your natural talent and somewhat based on some formal training

For those living in either Toronto, Vancouver or San Francisco, there will be auditions apparently... I'll come back with more details about it since I haven't gotten around to translating it ^^;; But it seems the audition rounds this time are called "JYP World"

I keep on checking the SM site if they've uploaded the vids for the global auditions and they haven't yet.... It's been well over 5 months now :S and two months for the Korean version.. I wonder if they are still looking through the vids...

I really like this brand, but it's so expensive here and they charge tax making it even more expensive T___T But I do like the fact that one of the sales clerks at the store I usually go to is an unni of mine so she always gives me so many samples :3 I really like the Strawberry Peeling Gel, smells so yummy XD I heard some products were discontinued.. Does anyone know which products they are?

^ The reason why it's coming back as a failure is because that e-mail is no longer vaild. The only way to audition online is through their website.

I also applied around January but at the end of the month though, and I think I may have accidentally deleted the e-mail if itwas in my spam folder XD;; I can't but help feel that I miseed out out on something important even if I have already seen a picture of what the e-mail is supposed to look like... Oh well, I'll take it as if I did get the e-mail lol.

I tried uploading something since everyone here was saying they couldn't. I was able to upload photos buuutttt my vocal file wouldn't go through D: If the file doesn't work, I'm just gonna stick it as acting or something .___.;
edit: Okay, lol it did go through, but I was stupid and didn't realize that the volume was muted when I went to check the file. But my file got cut off since the wav converter I used was crappy. .__.; Won't let me change the file to the better file though.. T_T; I'll try again later...

Super toxic ex/current boyfriend came back into my life to rub into my face he slept with another girl. I was never okay with being in an open relationship. I knew I wouldn't be okay but I said I would try just to give it a go and maybe go back to being in a monogamous relationship.
I'm strongly considering calling the cops to check if the no contact order is still on against him.
