I have not posted for months! I hope everyone is well (If anybody even remembers me!)I just wanted to share my thoughts regarding the latest 'scandal'
When this came up on my twitter feed, I was totally confused & I couldn't just overlook something so reckless. After he has come so far, it suddenly all just blew up again!
Quite frankly, I was gutted and p*ssed off to begin with. I mean, he's about to make a comeback - and the public even started to sympathize and realize just how dirty Choi is.........Then THIS f*cking happens!
Of course, his current case and this incident have absolutely NO link, but do the public see it that way? From what I'm reading... NO. People are far too narrow minded. They were just waiting for him to screw up.
And honestly, why on Earth did KE lie? HJ clearly drove more than 1km. SK is known to have CCTV everywhere. Did HJ actually say that himself, or did KE take it upon themselves to make that statement? Bad advice again? Who knows, HJ may have said it to KE. We don't know.
Anyway, what we DO know is that HJ fell asleep for 15 mins at a red light, we know he willingly went to the police station the next morning, and we know that when he was found (that night) his alcohol level actually wasn't high. So he told the truth, 2 pints of beer would sound about right.
Yes, he should have been more careful, yup, he shouldn't have driven (lack of sleep + slight intoxication = knockout) and some fans have even dared tell him he should never drink alcohol again! I honestly think It's getting a bit much now, He is a grown man. He makes his own choices/mistakes. Like all of us!
God yes, it was idiotic... and no, I don't defend it at all (some of the fans ridiculously defending him 'Oh its cute, he fell asleep' etc - these words make rational fans a laughing stock)
But, we all mess up. He obviously wasn't s**t faced drunk like the media try to make out... but, yes he was over the limit by SK law. His license was rightfully taken away, that should be it, DONE! Move on! What else do people want? Why p*ss and moan? He HAS been punished and publicly shamed, yet AGAIN. He is no doubt humiliated and probably not feeling great about this.
What are these idiots pushing for? They just love to bring people down.Anyway, I am sorry, this is a very-long winded post and probably quite incoherent. I haven't posted in months. This is not in response to any messages on here, I just wanted to rant a bit and let my frustration out!

I have to wonder what Choi is up to behind the scenes.
And I must agree with Teleri, perhaps they are waiting on the outcome of the civil trial before the Criminal trial can conclude. It makes sense, otherwise, why would it take so long? LJM thought it would be done within 2 - 3 months, right? I may sound super dumb now, but do these kind of trials usually link? (I am a law virgin, totally clueless! I)
What on earth is going on, who knows? I will try to think positive... though I totally get fans frustrations. But at least it wasn't delayed AGAIN!
Choi's constant delays have only made her look bad. So really, this crazy bish has only shot herself up the you know what.

Ah, of course, and the interview that was supposed to happen before the DNA testing... but then this crazy turns up hiding behind a scarf?!
Yet she was the one to sell everything to the media? She is definitely a few sandwiches short of a picnic.-

Anybody know how the SK public are reacting to all these delays from Choi's side?
I can't imagine many would still be supportive. She is no longer just screwing with HJ and his family, but playing serious games with the courts.
I hope to see this fool in handcuffs soooooon!-

@theone4me I hope the above article was somehow lost in translation....
I can't see HJ's side dropping the criminal charges against Choi.
Let's say that perhaps she really is sick, who knows? Though much of what comes from her side is very hard to trust. It seems more like her side are just sh***ing bricks and making any excuse to delay...otherwise why on earth postpone again and again?!
Are they not seeking justice? *coughs* Yet, they have been doing this for the past 4 or 5 months.
HJ seems to be a very soft person, but I do hope he continues this fight to clear his name. I am sure he will.-

I never believed there could be a person behind Choi before - it seemed too far fetched...but I have changed my mind the last few months.
The texts between Choi and her Mother clarified what many were suspecting from day one....
Whereas I just believed she was the typical, psycho, bunny boiling type. I didn't think she had many people backing her - other than her slightly overweight, creepy lawyer.
Well it seems I could have been very wrong.

I'm just lost for words. How can this keep happening? What about HJ's human rights....why does everything keep going in Choi's favor?
The stress he must be going through...*sigh* This latest voice message is pretty sad, to me.
On another note, I typed a lot more but most disappeared when the link was pasted below! How annoying! This always seems to happen to me!

I think a lot of SS501 fans started to attack HJ ever since the popularity of BOF.
Jungmin was also doing his own thing at the time, but nothing much was said. It just seems KHJ had to take most of the hits and answer to everything. And as others have mentioned, when SS501 went their separate ways, many fans seemed to direct their anger/hate at HJ.
So, it's clear that his success pissed off a LOT of people...which is really quite sad.

Choi and her Mother are outrageous! Every time we hear from that side, things get even more ridiculous!
The Mother seems to have been the mastermind of this entire scandal.No wonder her daughter grew up with no morals.
I take it her Mother is not currently under investigation, hence why she filled the paternity suit? I am not so sure how these things work, but if her Mother fights for custody, then would that simplify matters if Choi were to serve a prison sentence? Since Choi's family have been raising the baby?
I know very little... so please feel free to correct me if anybody knows more about these things.

There are some pics of Choi as a teen circulating, but there is another picture which apparently isn't her. I hope fans can be responsible posting...and check for reliable sources.
After tonight's interview with HJ's Dad, exposing text messages between Choi and her Mother... wow. I am glad HJ's family are fighting hard like this, beforehand, they were even asking Choi's permission to reveal text messages exchanged between HJ's Dad and Choi. What a turn around, Choi has abused their kindness.
Anyway, these messages must have come to light during the criminal investigation. So, I take it that it's going well

The fact that the DNA sample HJ submitted (very publicly, at that) was totally disregarded, I think that is suspicious in itself. I am sure LJM is on top of all of this, just he has class and doesn't run to the media every week.
Plus Seon betting his career on the DNA results.... showing pictures from his phone, of a handbag HJ supposedly gave Choi, it's unbelievable! Surely nobody could take these things seriously, yet... it's been dragging on for nearly a year and a half.
I honestly have no idea what to expect. I think the DNA results will be positive, whether they are legit or not is another matter.-

Yet again, it has been made clear that HJ does not want to be anywhere near this woman.
I honestly have no idea what to expect. I feel so sorry for the baby, being exposed like that. Whether he was hidden or not... who puts their baby in such a situation? Leaking the date to the press... argh! Her only aim is to harm HJ, not to protect her child.
I read that HJ will testify as to why he paid Choi last year? Will this be on the 23rd or later?

Whatever they were, it's over now!! She blew her chances at being with a really good man. She knows that he is a good man which is why she didn't know how to treat him and took advantage of him. I hope he is not too jaded or give up on finding a good woman after this is over. KHJ is going to make some woman a really good husband one day.
@Lyana87. You hit it right on the nail when you said she has nothing to loose. She is desperate and she is going to do whatever she can to distract us from the DNA test she is refusing to take and the fact they have no real evidence for her lawsuit except text messages. I can't wait until the day she is in prison.

Yes, its probably partly money (for her much needed facial reconstruction upkeep) but she is the definition of 'bunny boiler', in every sense! She has no dignity. To release texts hinting at apparent anal sex just says it all! After releasing such private conversations, how can she even face her parents? How can she expect HJ to just happily meet up with her?
This utter fool seemed to have thought that torturing him like this, could somehow scare him into marrying her.
And now her pride must be sooo wounded, especially after HJ clearly stated 'I never want to see her again' ,,,,
