Find it pretty funny how Emily's this mastermind at planning revenge and covering her tracks, yet she creates such a simple password on her hidden laptop that anybody could guess. Also find it odd how the Initiative hasn't "caught" on to what Emily's been doing this whole time, considering that she's probably (don't remember for sure) talked about the Graysons/Initiative with Nolan inside his bugged office.
Looking at the preview for next week, I'm guessing either Amanda or Jack gets killed....that would suck. -
Hope Unohana didn't die. Would be kinda stupid to have a strong captain die (and be shorthanded), instead of having 2 strong captains fight the Quincies.

Kind of an odd reason Bach gave for the quincies not being able to steal the old man's bankai. If it's "too powerful" to handle, then why can't they steal Ichigo's bankai?
