i just used one 20 minutes ago!! im using the rice peptide one
it was very moisturizing and refreshing
don't see much of a visible difference yet but then again this WAS after all just the first time i've ever tried it

Hm, I actually like ELF better than NARS. I'm sure a whole lot has to do with price, but the quality has been amazing for me. The only difference is that ELF's blush is a bit peachy-colored and bronzer a bit more pigmented than NARS... But both look the same on me.
Maybe you should check out their single blush? I heard Candid Coral compares to Orgasm too. I'm ordering it right now. (:
Has anyone tried the Mineral Line? I'm looking into it. I'm so addicted to this stuff. ):
no i don't mean comparing the colors, but rather just the blush powder itself
NARS, for me at least, won't rub off as easily as ELF does (i was testing on my hand)
i suppose that means it isn't as finely milled or something? idk
-
^ did you find that the contouring blush/bronzer's staying power isn't as good as NARS? cus that's what i noticed about mine.. did i get a flawed one?

LV followed by dior
And for some odd reason I've always had an urge to try a Dolce & Gabbana ad because they look super freaky but creative.my thoughts exactly! hahaha

my haul :3
primer / sealer
the sealer will transform your eyeshadows into eyeliner :]
elf primer versus UDPP
the shadow is actually more vibrant on the elf primer
however.. when i tested their staying powder...
UDPP wins hands down ^__^
lip definer in 'natural'
hella dark T___T
shape + lift brow pencil in dark
eyeshadow stick / liner in brown
pretty and shimmer however.. when i applied the shadow side to my eyelids it didn't apply so smoothly.. gotta rub and tug which is totally annoying especially for a delicate area (eye)! the eyeliner is nice though!
concealer + brush in light
great product, blends right into my skin (i'm a diorskin 21, "light" in most foundations)
after blending:
while it blended really nicely, i won't be applying it to my dark circles.. you have to rub too hard .. i suppose it is okay for spot correcting.. like for a pimple here and there but not for delicate areas
size of bronzer/blush duo and translucent powder compared to NARS blush compact
translucent powder
i love this stuff! ♥ works well and umm.. yes not much to say about it lol it serves it's purpose well =)
the bronzer/blusher duo
it is shimmery like NARS orgasm but more peachy colored :]
also the staying power does not hold a candle to NARS..
eh, i much prefer my SHU curler to this..
i suppose it is a good alternative if you only have $3.00 on you
but if you can afford it, please invest in a SHU curler
the difference is very dramatic (at least for me)
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE ALL THE BRUSHES. incredibly soft and minimal shedding.
i only experienced shedding on 2 brushes
1) one of the two powder brushes shed like 3 hairs when i was washing it
2) one of my three angle liner brushes shed like crazy when i washed it.. 1/4 of it just fell out.. but the other two brushes were okay so i suppose i just got a defective one
powder brush: LOVE IT, my new favorite brush. very dense, very soft- amazing for full coverage application, also good for buffing
complexion brush: it is kind of floppy, but that is good for applying light coverage for powder :]
angle foundation brush: perfect for liquid foundation!!! the cut of the brush makes it easy to apply into like hard to reach undereye/side of nose areas and the size is good too
c eyeshadow brush: very good dense shadow brush, really good at packing shadow onto your lids. perfect shape for applying shadow all over the lid too
concealer brush: it is thinner towards the tip of the brush, so that makes it perfect for blending it into your skin!
contour brush "dome" brush: perfect for applying darker colors to your crease
angle liner brush: good brushes, not too flimsy, not too hard
small percision brush / smudge brush: errr i don't really see a difference between the two one is like slightly smaller i guess (by like 3mm?).. but for me they are pretty much the same. a handy tiny brush for applying shadow to the lower lashline!

i used the free product coupon (for any $10 solid item) and decided to try out the godiva solid shampoo.
this is my first time using a LUSH product! i will def. repurchase. so far i've used godiva twice- it smells great and a little bit goes a long way! i think i'll be needing a conditioner though, it's not very good at untangling my hair alone.
i hope to try sweet japanese girl soon! everyone seems to like it

i'm so afraid that someone i know will get offended, so i steer clear
i guess it's ok to wear them around people who don't know you though? i mean it's not like strangers will go up to you and ask about it.
