because "ga" is usually used with potential verbs.
sooo,
it would be:
ryoma wa tenisu ga dekimasu.
ryoma wa eigo ga hanasemasu.
^^
he = kare
if you were writing it in a paragraph, it would be common to leave out the subject "ryoma" since it's already understood. Japanese does this a lot.
"ryoma wa tenisu ga dekimasu." "eigo ga hanasemasu."

my assignment will be about ryoma and its about what he can do
so i tried to write that he can play tennis as:
ryoma wa tenisu wo dekimasu.
since the teachers example for doraimon was:
doraimon wa tobemasu.
she said that my wo is wrong D:
