Like we would tell each other about our day/ life event, any vent that we have against coworker, family, friends and etc.I feel like i am friendzone this guy or am I just overanalyze? Try to use your intuition to determine when it would be appropriate to mix in some flirting. It seems as though you're comfortable with one another, so it may serve you well to try to analyze where you stand with him. qnbbb said: So I've known this guy for almost two years, we've been friends since then, but at one point he told me he liked me and I told him we should be friends. He told me he couldn't be friends with someone he has had feelings for and stopped talking to me. He started messaging me again two months later and told me that he missed me and such and we just started talking again. I knew from the beginning I liked him too, but at the point where he told me he liked me, I thought that it was too quick for us to get into a relationship and I couldn't explain it to him because he was ignoring me after. After we started talking again it was just like it used to be, however, I never took the chance to tell him how I feel. I went away for a summer and after I got back, we've became distant. We still see each other around now and then, but I think I definitely missed my opportunity to tell him how I feel about him. Should I just let this feeling go and not tell him at all or should I take my chances even though we're distant now? Would you regret not telling him? Is worth going after? You should note that perhaps your relationship won't be what it could've been.

Show that you pay attention to what she says. Maybe you could remember things that she has casually mentioned that most people would gloss over. Show a genuine interest in what she's interested. If you want to play the subtle game, she may not notice.

We used to talk everyday(we hung out everyday too), but after being busy with work for a month, we started to talk less. After a month, we started seeing each other every day again for a couple of days like we used to, but now when I message him, he doesn't reply the way he used to. It takes him a couple of days to reply to my messages. He told me he wasnt feeling well these past few days so thats why he couldn't reply. He hasn't talked to me since. Does he not like me anymore? Maybe he wasn't feeling too well...but if there's one thing that's scary in life, it's a woman's intuition.
The relationship isn't the same anymore, or is undergoing changes (different circumstances). There isn't a sense of commitment here. Perhaps he is now disinterested because you're responding too much to him. Maybe he feels undervalued? We can think of all these scenarios/reasons, but ultimately that is just pure speculation.

So...instead of speculating here with strangers, try to have an honest conversation with him. That will help clear the air between the two of you.

    You're making it awkward. staaaaaaph.
Just talk. Don't think about it. Talk to him as much as you would to other oppas.

    @ReckLESS_

    Depends on the first date.
Usually i'd ask a day or two after the date to have a second date the next week.

I like the passion, but it's misplaced. This is the "ask the ladies" section. In case you missed the memo, this is not really a place for debate, rather it is a place where you request the perspective/insights of the ladies in this forum.

I let it go (let it go~), hoping that you'll heed the calls of the other members. It does not merit a warning at this point, but please read the forum rules, the original post, and the L&R rules once more.

  5. Picture this scenario.

You're graduating college. You're moving away. You like this dude you've been good friends with for three years. Your friends know. His friends know. You're pretty sure he's dense, and he doesn't know. You've been spending a lot of time together in the recent year. Sometimes alone, but strictly platonic so far.

Do you confess to him? Why, or why not?
What compels/prevents you from taking action?

    Some guys?
My friends tell me only under the following:
    1. They're trying to set me up with her
    2. They know I think she's attractive
    3. She's a friend of mine

As for me, I don't volunteer that information. I just answer their questions and inquiries.

Could it be due to feeling an emotional connection through text that this would occur?  uhh...No. At least, not since the puberty days.
I get the weird pang in the heart. Almost as if it's becoming lighter?

  8. roastedmilktea said: How would you guys feel if a girl confessed to you by giving you a peck on the lips while you only like her as a friend? My first thought would be to ignore her, but if she's really my friend...Oi, oi.
It's hard for me to like somebody, even as just friend, so it'll be conflicting. I would make it clear that I am not attracted to her.
This changes the friendship dynamic, and it usually doesn't go down well. I'd try to stay friends, but it's probably not doing any favors to her (or me).

  9. Joyce said: How do you guys feel about girls wearing heels? I'm short so I appreciate the extra height sometimes, lol. The highest I have is 4 inches and I dress pretty conservative/simple overall. It's just that when I do wear heels I notice guys would point it out and make a comment. Even a male relative of mine tsked at me when I wore 2 inches.  I may be alone in this, but I think heels are overrated. Many women wear it for the posture and height, but I'd rather hang with somebody that's comfortable on their feet. If you MUST wear heels, 1-1.5 should be enough. Do you watch modern family? Remember the time Gloria wore high heels to Disneyland?

    GG.
